On a high-rise building closest to the square in the Flower Capital, Shanks, Dragon, Hawkeye, and the major cadres of the Buggy Pirates watched Buggy's passionate speech.

"When did Buggy become so talkative?" Shanks wondered aloud.

"To be honest, my blood boils when I hear him!" Doringo exclaimed.

"Just now, Enel rolled his eyes at me. I didn't think he was hot-blooded enough, so I punched him to make him feel it! Except Roger, Buggy is so intense," Bullet laughed. "Making people excited, even Roger back then was far inferior to him!"

"Hey! Bullet, is it really okay for you to say that? His deputy-deputy captain is still here!" Shanks, prompting more laughter.

"Hahaha!" Everyone burst into laughter, the camaraderie evident as they shared in the moment, united by Buggy's unexpected charisma and the fervor of the revolution they were witnessing.

"Long live Emperor Buggy! Long live the Kaizo no Kuni!"

At that moment, Buggy raised his hand to signal for silence, and almost immediately, the entire Kaizo no Kuni fell quiet. Buggy shook his head slightly at everyone.

"It shouldn't be 'Long live emperor Buggy,' but 'Long live the people, Long live the Kaizo no Kuni!' Why do I say that? Because the future of our country will be determined by your blood and sweat, and it will be your hard work and strength that will protect you! So, the people should be first! Everything that benefits the people is correct. So I say, Long live the people."

Though the words were vulgar, they were like a sharp knife piercing hearts, making everyone who heard them tremble uncontrollably.

At that moment, all the people of Wanokuni finally understood what kind of country their future Kaizo no Kuni would be. They also understood how the emperor of this country, now called the strongest man in the world, regarded them. From these words, they realized that this man truly came to save the poor people of Wanokuni.

Then, the entire Kaizo no Kuni erupted in a wave of celebration.

On the top floor of a brothel on the outskirts of Flower City Square, Kozuki Hiyori watched the high-spirited man on the platform in the distance with a complicated expression.

At that moment, the entire Flower Capital—no, the entire Wanokuni—no, it should now be called Kaizo no Kuni! The entire Kaizo no Kuni was cheering for this man! Compared to the peace, equality, and freedom he brought, his father seemed insignificant.

Kageshiro's body shook, and he looked at his former master in disbelief. As if not seeing his reaction, Hiyori suddenly said, "I heard Kurozumi Orochi was caught."

"Right!" Kageshiro gloated. "That guy tried to use his fruit ability to escape, but he was cut down, leaving only his head!"

"Oh?" Kozuki Hiyori couldn't hide her surprise. "Did the man say what was going to happen to him?"

Kageshiro shook his head. "I don't know about that. Hey, wait a minute, look over there!"

Hearing Kyoshiro's awkward change of words, Kozuki Hiyori couldn't help but chuckle, then subconsciously turned her head to look.

Under the golden platform where Buggy stood, a group of people were suddenly pushed up on the left and right sides. "If I had some doubts about Kawamatsu's appearance before, then with Hyogoro the Flower here, it must be Buggy who captured the SMILE Factory and liberated everyone inside. Otherwise, it would be impossible for Hyogoro to come to assist with this. It seems even Hyogoro approves of Buggy!"

Kozuki Hiyori was equally amazed.

After Buggy ordered all the cadres of the Beasts Pirates to be brought up, the whole of Wanokuni erupted into cheers once again. Everyone was looking forward to what was to come. Buggy shared this sentiment. He intended to show that those responsible for the suffering of Wanokuni would pay the ultimate price. With Kaido fleeing, these people had to use their blood to honor the souls who had died in vain on the land of Kaizo no Kuni over the years.

With a snap of his fingers, Buggy decisively declared:

"The hour has come! Use their blood to commemorate the heroic spirits of Wanokuni. Use their lives to sanctify this land! The new empire has blossomed unyielding in death. Blood for blood, tooth for tooth! Execution!"

As Buggy's voice echoed, the execution began on the top floor of the high platform. A series of high-level armed Haki emissions surged from the warriors' long knives. Determined to ensure these bound monsters were killed, they used all their strength.

King, Queen, Jack, and Kurozumi Orochi never imagined their deaths would be so absurd—executed in front of the entire Wanokuni. It was an insult to them, but their curses and pleas were ignored by Buggy. They had persecuted Wanokuni for over 20 years, tormenting countless people of Kaizo no Kuni.

Not surprisingly, the dozen or so cadres of the Beasts Pirates were all splattered with blood, their heads falling to the ground as the warriors struck with long swords imbued with Haki.

Seeing this, all the people of Wanokuni wept with a mix of anger and relief. Buggy understood that from this moment on, Wanokuni would bid farewell to the past and embrace the new Kaizo no Kuni.

In the annals of history, if there were to be a list of the most significant high-level executions following those of Gol D. Roger, the Celestial Dragons, and Portgas D. Ace, this one would undoubtedly be etched in future history books. It will be remembered not only for its scale and impact but also for the shift it signifies in the balance of power and justice within the world.
