AZI: The History Shattering Burial of a Selfish Lunatic, Who Walked through Reincarnation for Two-Trillion Years

AZI Volume 4 Chapter 52

The next morning—

“…”

Sitting down within the yacht’s bedroom, Long Hua has an expression of extreme irritation on his face.

Getting slapped, and washing up near the port was fine; losing the bike was also fine, but losing Shui Yue—a Core Formation realm magic treasure, is not fine.

Making the feeling worse is the thought of how recent it’s been since he had acquired it. This feeling is similar to having brought an expensive toy, only to lose it the very next day.

“…”

Sitting down beside him, Tian Cheng—who has her eyes shut, maintains an expressionless face. Inwardly, she is just as surprised by the events of last night.

“Master, I suggest we don’t attempt to steal from the Lan Si Restaurant for the time being.”

“…Yeah.”

Heaving a sigh, Long Hua stares down at his feet, and mutters—

“That proprietress really is no slouch…”

Falling back onto the bed, Long Hua stares up at the white ceiling.

Not wanting to draw too much attention towards himself, he didn’t use his full strength. However, this cannot be used as an excuse. A loss is still a loss, and the feeling that accompanies it—can only be described as bitter.

“I’m still too weak…”

Taking this opportunity, the Tai Xuan Emperor says—

(Indeed, *-laoban, under these circumstances, I suggest you gather up as much resources as possible, and purchase the Nu Luo Battle Armor from me. You have to show that bitch the power of pay to win, and earn your male dignity back!)

“Piss off, Qie.”

(C’mon, you know, I’m speaking the truth here. At this rate, it’s only going to be a matter of time before someone does you in for acting so arrogant.)

“…Maybe that’s for the best, you can take over my body, then, Tai Xuan Emperor.”

(What are you talking about? I’m not this Tai Xuan Emperor you speak of.)

Ignoring the Tai Xuan Emperor’s reply, Long Hua shifts the topic by saying—

“…The auction is less than a week from now, if I recall… They’ll be sure to stock up on more items before then. Hmm.”

Turning her vessel’s head around, the Tai Xuan Emperor uses it to reply—

“Indeed, does master intend to visit it?”

“…How many treasures did you manage to grab from the ruins?”

“Enough to fill this entire yacht.”

“Hmm.”

Since stealing is out of the question—with the proprietress being no slouch, the only alternative that they can take to acquire more rare metals and minerals is to buy them legally at the auction.

“I guess, we’ll sell them all, and draw up some funds.”

Having said this, Long Hua takes out a makeup kit. This is one of the quality-of-life items that was obtained from the gacha.

“After I’m done disguising myself, we’ll head over to the Lan Si Restaurant to register the items.”

………

On the sixth floor of the Lan Si Restaurant—

“…”

Sitting down on her luxury office chair—with a computer setup on the desk beside her, Mo-laoban holds Shui Yue in her hand, while examining the dark blade closely.

At this time, Mo-laoban is dressed in a white halter top with a pair of black mini-pants.

The double door entrance into her private room is to the left of her, and is centered to the wall. On the opposite side of the entrance is a king-sized bed.

To the right of the bed is a wardrobe area, and extending from this area’s wall is a large screen divider, which can extend pass the bed for more privacy.

The foldable divider itself leaves just enough space for a person to walk into the sleeping area comfortably, when it’s fully stretched out.

The wall behind the bed is lined up with racks. And occupying these racks are flutes with different designs—crafted out of either wood, or other suitable materials.

Hanging above the center of this room is a chandelier, and beneath this chandelier is a rectangular table—surrounded by two black leather armchairs and sofas.

On the armchair—positioned closer to the sleeping area, is Mo-laoban’s black jacket.

Finally, lining the emptied areas of the side walls are windows with uniformed red grill designs.

“…”

Playing around with the weapon in her hand by bending it, and watching it bounce back, Mo-laoban has an absentminded expression on her face.

Eventually—

*Kon, kon…* the door of her room is knocked upon, forcing Mo-laoban to raise her head, and say—

“Enter.”

As the double doors open, Nuo’er walks into the room, and seeing Mo-laoban, she remarks—

“Hm? Odd to see elder sister holding a sword.”

“…Un.”

As Nuo’er takes a seat on the armchair, Mo-laoban replies with a subtle nod.

“Hm?”

Seeing Mo-laoban’s unusual reaction, Nuo’er can’t help but tilt her head, and ask—

“Um… Didn’t elder sister call me to talk about something?”

Being reminded of this, Mo-laoban raises her head, and looks to Nuo’er with a hint of surprise, as if just registering the latter’s existence.

“Ah, yes, you’re right.”

Raising a light laugh, Mo-laoban drops Shui Yue into her storage pouch; clearing her throat, she says—

“Nuo’er, a practitioner has appeared in the Leng Bing Realm.”

“That isn’t anything new, is it?”

“A practitioner, who isn’t a part of the Ling Yuan family.”

“Ah…”

Knowing exactly who she is referring to, Nuo’er nods with understanding, while Mo-laoban continues to add—

“He managed to kill me twice as well.”

“Uh?”

Surprised to hear this, Nuo’er widens her dark purple eyes.

Raising a sigh of irritation, Mo-laoban says—

“Once he had help from his companion, but the second time, he managed to do it on his own.”

“Un, I see…”

Responding with a subtle nod, Nuo’er cautiously asks—

“…Then, did elder sister call me here to help you get back at him?”

Narrowing her eyes with a gleam of ill-intent, Mo-laoban replies—

“What do you think is my best means of locating that bastard?”
