AZI Volume 4 Chapter 51
As Mo-laoban’s fist approaches, Long Hua mutters—
“Flowers within the Mist, Moons Dwelling within the Lake.”
Twisting Shui Yue—that is stabbed into the ground, Long Hua draws out three flowers, all of which, are giving off an ominous glow of crimson radiance.
In the same instance, a crescent moon manifests behind Mo-laoban.
Different from last time, the moon is no longer white, but bloodstained red.
“…”
“…!”
*Grrrooooo!!!* raising a vicious roar, the White Serpent King lunges both heads forward, and bites onto Mo-laoban’s shoulders, preventing her from retreating!
“…”
*Boom!!!* with a ruthless smile on his face that is hidden away by his helmet, Long Hua twists Shui Yue again—causing the bloodstained moon, and the three flowers nearby, to detonate!
Similarly to a maelstrom, sword Qi—in the form of threads and flower petals, swallows the figures of Mo-laoban and Long Hua!
*…! …! …!* and as the violent storm of sword Qi tears away at their bodies, the two grit their teeth, as their blood scatters into the air!
(Does he intend to take me out with him? To hell with that!)
Thinking of this, Mo-laoban stomps the ground harshly—tearing her arms and shoulders off, to get away from the epicenter of the sword Qi storm!
Enduring the pain of losing both arms, Mo-laoban continues to distance herself from Long Hua, and upon coming to a stop—
“Bastard…!”
Mo-laoban curses aloud, and raising her head, she looks to the direction of the sword Qi storm, where the grounds near it are littered with blade scars.
Just as she straightens her back—
“Falling Snow’s Dispassion.”
A cold voice is detected by her ears, and as the sword Qi storm bends itself in her direction—
“…!”
“…”
Emanating with killing intent, while shrouding himself within a veil of sword Qi—formed of threads, petals, and snowflakes, Long Hua appears in front of Mo-laoban without his helmet, as he lunges Shui Yue forward!
“…”
“…!”
Meeting Long Hua’s azure-colored eyes that are giving off a chilling blue glow, Mo-laoban’s scalps turn numb, and in the next instance—
“Uh…!”
Impaled through the chest by Shui Yue’s blade, Mo-laoban widens her eyes in astonishment.
Following this—
*…! …! …! …! …!* the three different forms of sword Qi charges forth from behind Long Hua—skewering Mo-laoban’s body repeatedly like the bullets of a gatling gun!
In a brutal manner, Mo-laoban’s body is chiseled out of existence until finally—
“………”
With a large puddle of blood beneath his feet, Long Hua lowers his right hand that is holding onto Shui Yue.
Numerous laceration wounds—created by his own sword Qi are present throughout his body from head to toe, and his helmet is no longer present—having been ripped to shreds, along with his overcoat.
“Hack!”
Exhaling a long-held breath, Long Hua cough out a mouthful of blood.
The last time he was this badly injured was during the fight against Dao He Tian Xue’s divine sense-infused replica. Although, the fight against Ye Chen and Shao Tianming might have come close to this.
Gasping for air, Long Hua thought—
(This world actually has a weapon spirit with this much strength? What the hell really…? How strong would a 100,000-year-old weapon spirit even be?)
Wiping away the blood that was on the bottom of his lips, Long Hua couldn’t help but feel utterly amazed.
(If she ended up using her Weapon Spirit True Body…)
Shaking his head, Long Hua doesn’t even dare to think about what would have happened in such a scenario.
(Being able to win this time is pretty much because she had let her guard down… But…)
As an unsettling feeling manifests in his heart, Long Hua uses his divine senses to scan the area from every possible angle.
(………She really is dead this time, right? She was killed by having her body wiped away into nothing—twice………)
Eventually, the unsettling feeling vanishes.
(Falling Snow’s Dispassion… With my current cultivation base, it’s difficult to even demonstrate a quarter of its full strength. …Ai, let’s just find Tian Cheng, and head back to the yacht.)
Thinking up to here, Long Hua turns around, and—
“…”
“…”
Dressed in nothing, but with all limbs present, Mo-laoban stands at an arm’s length away from Long Hua. The expression on her face is one of irritation and surprise.
“…”
“…”
Staring at one another in silence, Long Hua felt the urge to just pay for the cold spirit ore with another treasure that Tian Cheng had picked up from the ruins. However—
(To hell with paying for it at this point.)
With his mind made up, Long Hua is just about to speak, but—
“…”
“…!”
Raising her left hand, at a speed that Long Hua is unable to keep track of—
*Pah!* Mo-laoban lands a slap onto the latter’s face.
The sheer impact of this slap causes Long Hua to loosen his grip over his weapon, while also throwing his body into the air, as he heads for the edge of the highway.
*Pah!* following the sound of something hitting the waters—
“………Ah.”
Realizing what she had just done, Mo-laoban returns to her senses, and runs to the edge of the highway; however—
“…Dammit.”
By the time she made it over, Long Hua had already vanished into the dark waters below.
