"Why does it matter if we are leaving or not?" asked Bai Meiyue. She raised a brow and stared at the man in front of her before saying to him, "We are not obliged to answer the base as we never joined it. Anyway, even if we did, the protection that the base had offered is something that doesn't deserve our loyalty."
