Bai Meiyue laughed. She leaned against the doorframe and then looked at the researchers. Her gaze moved to the old scientists before turning to look at the many soldiers who were eyeing her carefully. Her eyes moved down, and she stared at the machine guns that they were holding in their hands. Though they came here as if they were here to discuss the matter with her, it was quite clear that they came here to coerce her and her mother. Either by hook or by crook.
"And you brought these many soldiers because you just wanted to talk this out with me?" Bai Meiyue asked as she tipped her chin at the soldiers and their machine guns, which could turn a person into a human sieve if they were to start firing in a matter of a few seconds. "I think you are here to threaten me if I don't agree, right?"
As she spoke, she glanced at Lu Yin, whose eyes were glittering with something hideous. It made Bai Meiyue quite upset, but she was not going to deal with this woman for the time being. Instead she turned and looked at Chief Lin and Dacheng; the two men looked at Bai Meiyue with an ugly expression.
"As long as you agree, then you don't need to worry about anything, Miss Bai," said Chief Lin. Since the matter was out in the open, he might as well deal with it accordingly. There was no point in hiding anything, as Bai Meiyue seemed to have seen through their actions right away. If not for the fact that this woman was standing against them, Chief Lin would have found her quite attractive.

He said to Bai Meiyue viciously, "I am telling you to open this door, you bitch. So open it or else I don't mind leaving a trail of blood for your lover to find and weep for."
Bai Meiyue narrowed her eyes just as Yang Chunhua came running. She countered the attack by sending a fist made of sand, which Chief Lin dodged. She stared at the soldiers and the rest of the people who were eyeing them. She said to chief Lin, "What do you think you are doing? If you are such a man, why didn' you come when Boss Lei was here? What's the point in showing your manliness on women, Chief Lin?"
As she spoke, she created a sandman and had him stand in front of the door. She said to Chief Lin, "If you don't leave now, then I will make sure that you will never be able to leave now. Take Miss Bai's advice and leave before we lose our patience."
The second she finished speaking, the soldiers raised their hands and the machine guns all pointed at the sandman but everyone with eyes could see that they were actually aiming for the child in Bai Meiyue's belly!
