"You picked the wrong time to piss me off, Elder. Expect retaliation from me from now on," Koa's voice sounded in the entire office of Elders in the Pangaea Castle, as Warcury held the Den Den Mushi in his hands, the other Elders not having any kind of reaction to Koa's words was befitting of their image as they were confident that they could crush Koa with their massive forces. 

"How presumptuous, now that we confirmed his guilt in the death of the God's Knights, we must hunt him down and execute him to give warnings to others," Marcus Mars then suggested, as he was not thinking about anything but the pride of the World Government, and its face to show to the world, if they caught and executed Koa, they could use it as propaganda for the dominance of the World Government and to warn others not to mess with them.

"Is that what you're suggesting? Then I suppose you could defeat Koa without making any noise, and suppress him quick enough that the public won't be able to figure it out?" Saint Saturn then asked his colleague.

"What for are the Navies getting yearly budgets from us if they could not solve this one little pirate that hasn't even reached the New World yet," Saint Mars then asked, as he then passed on the responsibility to the Marines, as despite them looking down at the common people, they would not deny the strength of those higher-ranking officials, with Garp being their best bet to defeat Koa without them moving on their own, but Garp is only interested in catching Gol D. Roger.

"Why are you silent, Saint Warcury? Don't tell me that a simple word from that scum made you take him seriously," Saint Saturn then looked at Saint Warcury as he was not talking despite being the one that was disrespected the most by Koa.

"Have you not felt it?" Saint Warcury then said, which confused his colleagues around the room.

"When he mentioned his warnings, a little bit of Haki was sent to our office," Saint Warcury then said, which shocked the others, as they all looked around, only to find the sleeve that Saint Warcury was wearing had a little tear on its edge, something that shouldn't be possible since it was strong cloth that was protected by their own Hakis.

"Hmmmm, his danger levels are through the roof, maybe even higher than Rocks. What action plan do you suggest we take?" Saint Ethanbaron, the one who was sitting on Saint Warcury's side, then spoke, as he also felt the faint Conqueror's Haki that Koa sent over to them telepathically.

"We must never give him a chance to become stronger, as we must cut off his head right now before it could grow its horns," Saint Marcus Mars then said, as he suggested killing and targeting Koa right now.

"If the operation fails and this leads to his Devil Fruit getting awakened, we have seen a glimpse of the destruction his powers could bring. Are you willing to find out what it could do in its awakened state?" Saint Ju Peter, who was also silent from the beginning, said his first word at their first meeting.

"Hmmmm, all valid points, but I suggest we wait, don't give Koa a chance to bring his strength forward. We know that those scums have limited time, and what is a few decades of waiting for revenge, when he has much to lose? Then we can strike those he values, he would not have enough strength to protect them, and in the end, he would fall to our hands as well. We are not the ones that are gonna run out of time, they are," Saint Warcury then suggested, as he wanted to wait until Koa was older to strike back.

"Our first priority must be to replenish the strength and numbers that we just lost, as we lost six of our God's Knights and a lot of Cipher Pol numbers. We must ensure that this kind of news does not reach any newspaper and find where Garling is. I'm sure he is seething with anger right now," Warcury then added, as he then suggested what they should do and prioritize at this moment, to which the others thought hard and then nodded in agreement.

"Now, that's decided, we must expect any attacks from Koa from now on, always go on the defensive mode," Warcury then said, as he stood up to make sure that everything was in order. He was the Warrior God of Justice, and he was the one who controlled the Army of the World Government and the one whom the Commander-in-Chief directly reported to.

While the Elders were having their discussion, the Koa Pirates were also having their own discussion, as they had collected a lot of loot from the Cipher Pol headquarters. There were a lot of rations and food supplies, a lot of weapons, and the slaves that they saw were sent to a different boat by Joichiro, Enel, and Jhin as they all helped them escape the hellhole.

"Is that a baby, Joichiro? Do you want to become a father?" Koa then asked, as he looked at the male baby that Joichiro was holding with great care.

"No, I found him in one of the rooms. I think he was one of the kidnapped babies or sold to the World Government," Joichiro then said, as he clarified who the baby he was holding was.

"Is there any name or any indication of who he is?" Koa then asked, to which Joichiro replied,

"Yes, I found a name on his basket—Rob Lucci, that's the name I saw," Joichiro said, to which Koa's eyes nearly fell out, as he was looking at a baby Rob Lucci, the one who murdered 500 hostages just to kill the pirates.

"Is that all we got from that island?" Koa then said as he changed the subject. He knew that Rob Lucci's future would be different, as he would be raised in a different set of values than the World Government or CP agents.

"We found three Devil Fruits, but we still don't know what they are," Joichiro then said, as Jhin placed the three treasure chests that they all saw on the island, as well as the gold and berries that they stole that were supposed to be for their operations. Koa then took out the Devil Fruit encyclopedia, as he wanted to see the names of the three Devil Fruits.

"Well, let's see here. Ahhh! This one here is the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Saber Tiger," Koa said, as he took out one of the Devil Fruits. He then placed it into the treasure chest and started looking for the other two.

"Here is the Haru Haru no Mi, and the other is the Doa Doa no Mi," Koa then said, as he identified all of the Devil Fruits that were in their possession, and they added them to the room where they would store their loot. Then they continued their journey, as they were all going to Fishman Island.
