“I will deal with you myself!” Biian released a wave of divine energy which pushed Greg back while his hammer turned abyss black. Tomato goddess teleported to me and I evaded her punch.

Hey Tomato goddess! Surprise!

I swapped myself with Greg and he slammed his abyss black hammer on her. Raishin followed up on dropping a powerful kick at the back of the hammer to drive her into the ground. The ground under her cracked as she tried to resist the force.

“Zax do something!”

Oh, he is doing something. He is dealing with my illusion of 12 full sized Nilahs

Hehe he looks freaked out! Raishin put more force into the kick and Greg's hammer slammed her into the ground.

How are they responsible for wiping your races out if they’re this weak?

Tomato bitch gave off a familiar glow. “Oh let me show you! Hammer! Coat!”

Greg got forced into turning into a hammer and I turned into a coat. I had hoped that she would never do this. Nilah broke out of the illusion and blocked the [Divine Light] flying at me. Greg’s shadow absorbed it. Unfortunately, this had canceled his 3t mode. We are kinda fucked now.

We returned back to normal and Raishin went in for a [Raishin kick].

“Tiger, Fox!” I expected to turn into a fox but Nilah turned into a normal fox. Nilah will be fine but Raishin however… I made an ice cube and swapped him with the ice cube. Nilah got blasted but it didn’t seem to do anything to her.

“[Divine Brilliance]! Bathe in my light and my beauty!”

The sky glowed gold and beams of light rained down upon us. It wasn’t a laser but close. This tomato bitch seems to be my natural enemy. Not quite the goddess of lasers but quite close. I had to swap Raishin with some ice cubes to make sure he didn’t get blasted. Greg was a bit tired but light attacks don’t do too much against him so he will be fine.

Greg did his best dealing with the [Light Waves] and [Light Beams] she shot out while light was still falling from the sky and he was getting overwhelmed. I needed to give him breathing room.

Something exploded behind me.

Shit! Raishin, can you keep Zack busy? I’m going to help Greg.

Bian was floating in the sky and looking down on us. I’m sure she enjoys it.

I fired up my [Tail Dynamo] and waited in stealth until the lightning turned orange. I beckoned Nilah and she turned into Shirayuki. I focused and exhaled.

I can’t just cut her in two. I have to piss her off doing so. The moment Greg gets more breathing room is when he can start attacking. He must have enough energy stored up for some more abyss magic.

Hey Shirayuki, can we do that attack where you made a 9-sided snowflake cut?

I dropped out of stealth because the area around me froze. Shirayuki seemed to have agreed and staying in stealth when I’m freezing the area around me is pointless. This snowflake will be imbued with orange lightning though. I will target her face and cut it into 9 pieces.

She looked at me and that’s when I unleashed [Ninetailed Snowflake]. It cut her head in 9 but the frost kept the pieces together. Her expression became distorted because she couldn’t control it nor regenerate properly.

Greg! I know you’re tired but can you speed draw her face in this state?

I opened my dimensional pocket and dropped drawing supplies in his hand. I jumped up and cut her arm off. She tried to shoot a [Light Beam] at Greg, but I wouldn’t let her. She also tried to say something but was unable to.

I made a [Frost Mirror] after Greg confirmed he was finished. How uselessly fast can he draw? He showed the drawing and it was detailed and accurate.

Tomato goddess exploded in rage after seeing her appearance in the [Frost mirror]. She launched me into the ground and one shot me. I lost a life but it was totally worth it. The frost on her face shattered and her head regenerated.

“You little shit!” I got targeted by a laser but an abyss-colored mass shot her out of the sky. I caught Raishin who got blasted away by Zack.

Ouch that’s hot. I was wrong they are super strong. I don’t think I do well against him. How about we swap, you keep him busy and I help Greg.

Sure. Nilah! Sic ‘em!

I think I have to thank my gramps for instilling this fear into Zack. Even in her cute form Nilah seemed like a boogeyman to him. Unfortunately, the only frost skills that hit hard and I can use now are [Nilah] and [Kryokym] so this is all I can do. Greg had garnered the attention of tomato goddess by showing her the drawing he made. Now that tomato goddess is aggroed to Greg. And Zack is wary of me, we might be able to not instantly die.

I just needed another push to make sure he would keep aggroed to me.

Hey Zack. I know how that tomato goddess looks like behind her makeup!

“Lies! She is a natural beauty! And even if that was the case there would be no way you would know!”

I smiled maliciously. Oh really? I can tell you what’s in her trophy room!

“What?! She only let me on once after centuries of begging!”

I told him what I could remember from her trophy room. And the things she said after doing her round.

“You… how… how do you know that!”

Oh, you don’t know? Didn’t she tell you to keep me alive?

“She told me she wants to breed you!”

And who would be the female be?

I was bullshitting but he was biting. It should be illegal to give idiots like these this much power. I showed an illusion of her face that was parted in 9 not too long ago.

“No… this is impossible! This can’t be! I will ask her myself!”

And why would she tell you anything? You were sealed away for almost 3000 years and she never told me anything about you, she didn’t even look for you!

“This… this is all your fault!”

The temperature rose and the mountain next to him started to slowly melt. I made the [Frost cloaks] on my buddies extra strong. Now that I have him successfully provoked. It’s time to lure him away.

I dashed away and he created fire jets behind him and followed me. I now have to find a way to keep him busy for a very long time. This is our best-case scenario. We have to survive and hope the 9t chicks notice and help us out. Or if we’re lucky Neia notices. Maybe she will bring Norya and then we might be able to put these gods down for good. But I also have a plan for if that does not happen.

I know another skill that acts like the boogeyman for gods. I want to hit both of them for maximum effect though. But I think we should do enough damage to them for them to feel threatened by it.

They could see what I was up to because I was still sharing my vision with Greg and Raishin and I could also see that while they were in a tight spot they were holding out. Raishin created several openings to which Greg responded with Abyss magic.

“Stay still!”

Ok.

I instantly stopped, almost ignoring inertia, because I hardly have any mass, and turned around with Shirayuki drawn and pointed toward him. He almost ran into the blade and jumped up. I made an arching slice upwards and cut his leg off.

Now the question was. Is this guy also weak to water? Popular belief states that fire is weak to water but this is only true if the water user is stronger. I might get blasted by steam explosions but I do have unlimited access to water which changes the situation a bit.

I was still connected to the air leyline currents but I realize I should have calibrated myself. I can’t do this if I’m moving around like this. He had resorted to close combat. The fire won’t hurt me but a punch of a god is going to hurt. So, I had to evade and deflect his punches. I could also abuse my [Auto Dodge] because there was a lot of force behind these punches. He either needs to drop the physical force, restrain me or break the sound barrier if he wants to hit me with these punches.

I shifted his center of gravity and threw him around whenever I could. I got flashbacks from my training with Ted.

Send punches off course before they pick up in speed, mess with their center of gravity to make them fall or weaken their attacks. And counter whenever possible. I combined my martial arts with some moves of Dragonvein and could get a trail of water around my arm and leg movements which acted like some sort of whips.

They kept increasing in volume as I continued defending myself. I made him slip, drew Shirayuki and cut his head off.

“Ugh, I should visit Wyndur more often to polish my close combat.”

His head regenerated and I cut his arms off. Now that I had the range advantage, I kept cutting his hands and legs off. He became agitated and blasted the area with a [Heatwave] but Shirayuki absorbed it and I unleashed [Kryokym] at the next cut.

“Aaagh! Honey was right! Fighting your race is truly a pain in the ass!”

His power spiked and he bulked up. Not extremely so but enough to make me doubt that staying close to him was a good idea. I sheathed Shirayuki and dodged a punch. He hit the floor, which started to melt and a pillar of fire erupted from it.

This eruption seems to have a lot of blunt force behind it so while the fire wouldn’t affect me the blunt force will. I guess it’s back to range. I shifted my stance and used [Water Dragon Festival]. I caught every punch with a water dragon and doused it. The first 2 times ended up in steam explosions but at the third try I had given the dragons enough volume to prevent this from happening.

I let these dance on the ambient leylines while I started using [Drowning Pulse].

“Ugh what is this nonsense! This isn’t magic!”

He seemed to take considerable amount of damage from leyline energy. I guess if this is the will of Isi then gods are a problem in her eyes. The area started to flood the area and I had to deal with a lot of water evaporating but these just created clouds above us which I could use later on. His scars suddenly started to pulse and shadows burst out of them and he got fucked over by it. I guess this is Greg’s work.

He collapsed to the ground. I kept fast-moving currents around him to transport the heat away from him and cool him off. He couldn’t evaporate the water faster than I created it. He set off multiple steam explosions by using [Explode] but his heat got stolen soon after by all the cold water that I had made.

“Are you an Ardella Demi?!”

What? I’m not a demigod. Just half 9t, half phoenix

“Ugh, that bitch Edea had kids?”

Right down you go!

I created a current that pulled him down. He started to glow and turned the water into fire.

Hey that’s cheating!

“I am the Sarian god of fire! Do you think some water will defeat me?!”

It was doing a great job not too long ago.

Not all the water had disappeared. Zack was shin deep in a layer of water. I had chucked some frost in the water to prevent it from evaporating.

I shifted my stance and started using [Waterfall]. I rushed at him and used a water dragon as a whip. We were back at close combat but he was white hot so I had to protect myself with water. His basics hadn’t changed so I could still throw him around but less frequent because I had to build up enough water to do so.

I don’t know what cheat he was using but I was feeling a bit warm. I looked around and everything that wasn’t covered by water or frost had melted to goop. Maybe it’s hotter here than I realize.

I guess my heat resistance is not all-powerful. I rammed into him with [Waterfall] and used [Kryokym]. Nilah was bathing in a pool of lava absorbing the heat as energy. Zack is not going to like this. I did not notice when Shirayuki turned into a fox and escaped though. I was too busy throwing Zack around. I froze a spear of frost and started harassing him from a distance.

He messed up and I launched him into the air and used [Vanishing Ripple]. It’s the skill I used on Donkey and Monkey by keeping them airborne. I have slightly renamed it. Zack used [Explode] to break out. My spear melted causing him to break free. Energy welled up in him as he was starting to do something dangerous. That’s a lot of energy!

Nilah! Sword!

Nilah returned to me and I started using [Ocean’s Wrath] because these looked like fire lasers. I mixed some frost into this and soon I had an enormous mass of hot and cold water swirling around me. I had 729 individual hot and cold currents swirling around me and each of them could send him packing. He kept attacking me hoping it would hit me. He got 3 hits in which dropped me to 2 [Frozen Skin] layers.

He got annoyed so I sent half of the currents back at him in one big wave. The water volume increased and 6-meter-tall waves were obstructing his view as the area looked as if we were on the ocean. I created 5 shadow clones and rushed at him with Shirayuki. Time to test a new idea.

“What are these waves?!”

A shadow clone jumped out of a wave and slashed at him. It parried several attacks and a hot and cold current hit Shirayuki to which she responded by using [Kryokym]. The clone kept repeating [Kryokym] slashes until it got obliterated.

My next clone jumped in to do the same while I dove into the water and swam under him. The clones kept sending [Kryokym] slashes at him until all my clones got obliterated. I had 5 currents left. They hit Shirayuki and I hit him with a powerful [Kryokym] quickdraw.

This fucked him up and froze all the water.

I dug myself out of the ice. He had a vertical scar on his torso that went up to his face. I barely missed his right eye.

“You! How is my Honey supposed to stay interested in me with all these scars!?”

Dunno, maybe find another chick?

“This is your fault!” I tanked a [Flame wave]. It was a bit spicy but nothing I couldn’t handle.

How is this my fault? Have you tried dodging? If you dodge then this doesn’t happen!

He missed a punch but he kept his hand in the ice and melted it. No, it didn’t just melt, it sublimated. The heat started to rise and divine energy and mana started to become thick. The ambient mana shifted toward fire. I reapplied a [Frost Cloak] which had fallen off.

Ugh, so dense, need a fire dragon to eat all this bullshit!

“It’s a shame, I will have to just take this whole area down with you.”

That’s cool and all but I think you’re forgetting against who you’re fighting. Nilah!

Nilah was loving all this mana. She had returned to her fox form and used her [Tail Dynamo] and made a mana free zone by absorbing it all. She was visibly growing and at this moment Zack realized that he had fucked up. I piled on by using [Eternal Winter].

You might be a god but I’m a terrible matchup for you!

“Uggh! Where is Honey!”

Nilah was back to the size of before she used the big [Kryokym] nuke earlier. I could see that Zack was regretting his choice. He took off and flew toward Greg and Raishin.

Nilah, full powered [Kryokym] on my location after I swap!

I swapped places with Zack and he got hit by another near full powered [Kryokym].

Damn Nilah is so overpowered. Nilah ran at me in her small and adorable size. Zack was knocked out. So, Gods can also get knocked out, eh?

I walked over to him. He was very much alive. It didn’t even seem as if I had done damage to him besides the [Kryokym]. There is only a finite amount of times I can abuse this skill. At least I hope I have deepened his fear for [Kryokym] I will have to see if I can make it stronger when I have time.

I tried various things to kill him. Cutting his head off didn’t work obviously, nor chopping him up. I couldn’t freeze him with frost for a very long time and none of my frost skills seemed to be nearly as much damage as [Nilah] or [Kryokym]. It seems that I might be able to kick his ass but not kill him. How annoying.

A [Solar Stream] dropped down where Raishin and Greg were fighting but it wasn’t Raishin who had cast it.

I looked at Zack who was unconscious and tomato goddess who seemed to be struggling a bit. Did they really wipe out our races? Something is not right. They have very bad matchups against us but while they aren’t weak… we’re just not strong enough. It is as if they’re afraid of something but it’s not us. Maybe they're afraid of attracting the attention of Neia and her daughters.

I looked over to the jungle. It was quite far and I had to strain myself but it seemed nobody had noticed anything in the Floating Fire Lotus. And another question that I tried to avoid. What are the other 10 Sarian gods doing? I only ever hear about these 2. Will they interfere if these 2 create too much of a fuss? They had led a genocide of 2 races. I’m not sure If the other gods would be happy with that.

I created a sturdy frost cage around Zack and walked over to where Greg and Raishin were fighting. I was just in time to see Raishin drive an [Orange Lightning Spear] through her torso.

Hey tomato goddess! What are you so afraid of, you shouldn’t be this weak!

“Shut up! You wouldn’t understand!”

I was thinking the same. While I do think that we have a favorable matchup and might be able to stay alive, defensively they are quite lacking…

So Agnis, my intuiting tells me that after she casts a super powerful spell, she reconsiders and calms down after that! As if she’s trying to not grab the attention of something!

“Congratulations, you have added the six tailed tigers to my list of races I need to wipe out. I should have just let Zax get beaten up by you. I was hoping that you were as weak as your age suggests.”

Golden light particles started to gather and the sky turned gold. I grabbed Greg and Raishin to attempt to teleport away but the range of this skill was larger than to where I could teleport. We braced ourselves, expecting to lose another life.
