After Being Reborn, I Refuse To Be The Holy Son Of The Sect Anymore

Chapter 101:

Chapter 101:

Inside the bridal chamber, Hu Xian’er forcefully pinned Xiao Yang onto the bed.

However, just as she moved to take action, a divine flame suddenly erupted from Xiao Yang’s right arm. His sleeve was instantly reduced to ashes, and a crimson beastly shadow emerged from the skin on the inner side of his arm.

Hu Xian’er was taken aback.

The next moment, a powerful force hurled her across the room, slamming her heavily into the wall before she crumpled to the ground.

“Roar!”

An angry roar resounded as the flaming beast shadow leaped from Xiao Yang’s right arm and landed on the ground.

With a loud “boom,” flames exploded, and the beast, enveloped in fire, fixed its piercing gaze on Hu Xian’er, who was cowering in the corner. The intense heat distorted the air around it, making the room feel like a blazing furnace.

“What’s happening?” Hu Xian’er was stunned by the sudden turn of events.

“Hmph, you dared to try to drain my vital energy? Dream on!” Xiao Yang stood up from the bed, his eyes sharp.

At the last moment, he had gathered all his strength and focused his mind to summon the Fire Qilin Beast. Without hesitation, he retrieved a supreme spiritual herb and consumed it.

“Red Phoenix Grass?” Hu Xian’er recognized the herb Xiao Yang had consumed. It was the precious Red Phoenix Grass. This man not only had supreme spiritual herbs but also a storage treasure?

The realization shook Hu Xian’er. This man was no ordinary individual—he carried supreme herbs, wielded a storage ring, and now commanded a powerful spirit beast. His origins must be extraordinary.

Unbeknownst to her, Xiao Yang’s storage ring, the Qiankun Ring, was hidden on his finger. While Hu Xian’er only noticed the more common Qiankun Bag he carried, his true treasures were safely stored in the ring.

The Red Phoenix Grass dissolved instantly upon entering Xiao Yang’s mouth, sending a wave of scorching energy coursing through his body, neutralizing the toxins within him.

“Hmph!” Xiao Yang’s body shook as a powerful aura burst forth, purging the poison. His vitality surged, and his energy became pure and potent.

“Kill!” Without hesitation, Xiao Yang commanded the Fire Qilin Beast.

With a low growl, the Fire Qilin Beast leaped at Hu Xian’er.

Hu Xian’er was terrified. This was a ninth-grade spirit beast! She couldn’t possibly contend with it. The oppressive aura radiating from the Fire Qilin Beast alone made her shiver.

With a thunderous “boom,” Hu Xian’er smashed through the wall and fled. The Fire Qilin Beast pursued relentlessly, its fiery presence setting everything in its path ablaze. The entire chamber was engulfed in flames as Xiao Yang stepped through the broken wall into a larger cavern.

The cavern was vast, illuminated by countless Star Beads embedded in the ceiling, making it as bright as daylight. Streams flowed through the cavern, accompanied by pavilions, bridges, flowers, and trees. It was an underground paradise.

“This fox demon knows how to enjoy herself,” Xiao Yang remarked, surprised by the underground garden Hu Xian’er had created in her den.

Meanwhile, the Fire Qilin Beast was chasing Hu Xian’er through the cavern. Its flames burned everything in its wake, rapidly increasing the cavern’s temperature. Other fox demons began emerging from hiding.

“Elder Sister, what’s going on?” one fox demon cried out.

“Run!” Hu Xian’er shouted, dodging another attack from the Fire Qilin Beast.

With another deafening crash, the beast landed where Hu Xian’er had been moments before, incinerating the ground and turning the soil beneath its claws into molten lava. Hu Xian’er stared in horror.

The Fire Qilin Beast spewed a massive fireball toward her, forcing her to dodge swiftly. The fireball struck a pavilion behind her, engulfing it in flames.

“My lair…” Hu Xian’er gritted her teeth in anguish. This underground paradise, which she had painstakingly built, was being destroyed.

At that moment, two seductive fox demons charged toward Xiao Yang.

“Die!” Xiao Yang waved his hand, and a sword light flashed through the air. The two fox demons were struck down mid-air, reverting to their original black fox forms as they fell.

The remaining fox demons, witnessing the scene, fled in terror. Xiao Yang’s sword was too swift and deadly. Some even reverted to their original forms, desperately trying to escape.

But Xiao Yang was enraged. Hu Xian’er’s attempt to steal his vital energy had crossed the line. In his previous life, he had remained celibate for a thousand years. Even now, reborn, he was still a virgin. And this fox demon dared to covet his purity?

With a thought, his flying sword unleashed a fiery light, piercing through the fleeing fox demons with unparalleled speed. Blood spattered as one by one, the fox demons fell, their illusions shattered, revealing their true black fox forms.

After a brief moment, only Hu Xian’er remained alive.

“Human, you killed my sisters! I will never forgive you!” Hu Xian’er screamed as she dodged the Fire Qilin Beast’s relentless attacks.

“Then let me send you on your way!” Xiao Yang retorted, directing his flying sword toward her.

The sword light flashed, piercing through Hu Xian’er. She let out a pained scream and transformed into a streak of blood light, fleeing desperately. One of her arms fell to the ground.

“Blood Escape Technique?” Xiao Yang sneered, watching her flee through the cavern’s exit at astonishing speed.

“Didn’t you say we were enemies until death? Why are you running now?” Xiao Yang shook his head dismissively. A mere fox demon was hardly worth his concern.

He approached the spot where Hu Xian’er had been moments before. On the ground lay a pool of blood, a severed fox claw, and a Qiankun Bag. Upon inspection, Xiao Yang realized the bag was his own.

Opening it, he found its contents intact, with some additional items—various vials and jars labeled with names like Yin-Yang Harmony Powder, Everlasting Stamina Pill, and Confusion Smoke, all designed to induce disorientation and seduction.

“Burn this place to the ground!” Xiao Yang commanded the Fire Qilin Beast, stowing the Qiankun Bag.

The Fire Qilin Beast began spewing fireballs, setting the entire cavern ablaze. Flames consumed the once-beautiful underground garden, turning it into a fiery inferno.

Meanwhile, in the forbidden area beneath the cavern, a massive blood pool exuded an overwhelming stench of blood. Standing beside it was none other than Li Kuang, the Blade Demon.

Suspended above the pool by white threads were Jiang Ting, Qin Fei, Lei Renjie, Yun Qianxue, and Song Qiang, along with others who had been captured. They were all wrapped in cocoons, with only their heads exposed, unconscious and motionless. Even the law enforcement elder, Lei Lie, was among them.

The blood pool churned ominously as its nauseating stench filled the air. Li Kuang frowned in disgust.

“Blood Demon, aren’t you going to show yourself?” he said coldly, staring at the still surface of the pool.
