Celeste tightened her cloak around her as she followed the masked woman through the tunnels. 

Her mind was filled with questions

The woman led her to a chamber people sat in a circle, whispering amongst themselves. A man looked up, his eyes locked on her.

" the Unbound One," he murmured, looking at Celeste with a mix of awe "Do you even know what that means?"

Celeste met his eyes. "It means the gods fear me?."

A chuckle rippled through the room, The man nodded. "Fear you? Maybe. but they dont"

He gestured to the murals. "This city was built on divine will. But there were always those who defied it. The Pantheon erased them from history, but we remember."

Celeste clenched her fists. "If you know something then help me."

The man's expression darkened. "Then it's time you know."

The woman who led Celeste here stepped forward. "We can teach you how to fight them. How to truly wield Aether, beyond what the gods allow."

This was the beginning of something far greater than herself.

The chains of fate Started to break.
