"The Immortal Guo Clan is here!" another shout followed as a leading boat with the word Guo emblazoned on its side came into view.
"The Immortal Su Clan!"
"The Immortal Chen Clan!"
"The Celestial Spirits are here!"
"The Blood Clan!"
A tense silence fell over the crowd as the Blood Clan was announced. The notorious clan lived up to their fearsome reputation. True to their name, they used the blood of their victims to create a sea of blood around them. They were feared by all, though thankfully, the other immortal clans had set limits on how many people they could kill.
Soon, the immortal clans began to land as their disciples disembarked from the boats. The sight of them caused the onlookers' eyes to widen in horror.
The weakest among the disciples was at the sixth stage of the Immortal Realm—a strength far surpassing the strongest cultivators from the local sects.
"So, this is their strength?" Li Hai thought, impressed. Even with his rapid breakthroughs, he had only reached the fourth stage of the Immortal Realm. Yet, their weakest disciples were already at the sixth stage.
The members of the immortal clans headed directly toward the ruin's entrance. As they approached, ripples spread through the air as more boats appeared.
"The hidden sects," Mo Chu murmured with a smile, while the other cultivators present looked terrified.
First came the immortal clans, and now the hidden sects. The presence of such powerful entities made the rogue cultivators and those from small and medium sects grow solemn. The dangers and rewards of this ruin had just multiplied exponentially.
The members of the immortal clans and hidden sects exchanged greetings, smiling warmly as if they had been friends for years.
Among the crowd were Muchen and Kai, with Yuze and Guo Zhi leading them.
"Wow, you guys have improved massively," Yuze remarked, his hulking frame now visible.
"Congratulations," Guo Zhi said with a smile.
"Well, you're not too far behind. Both of you are already at the seventh stage of the Immortal Realm," Kai commented, smiling.
"Glad to see you both again," Muchen said, his face lit with a warm grin.
The group exchanged pleasantries and began catching up on what had happened over the years.
"I've been meaning to ask—Kai, about your wife. Her father died, didn't he? Do you know what happened?" Yuze asked with a serious expression.
Kai shook his head with a sigh. "To this day, the culprit hasn't been caught, but everyone suspects a traitor was involved," he replied, as Yuze's face darkened.
"Any idea who the traitor might be?" Guo Zhi asked curiously.
"No, but I'm certain they must be at a high level," Muchen added as they all pondered the matter.

Elsewhere...
Su Bal scanned the crowd of geniuses from the smaller sects, his eyes sharp.
"Where is he?" Su Bal thought, frowning. Soon, his frown transformed into a smile.
"There he is," Su Bal thought as he began walking toward his target.
"A... a member of the immortal clan is walking toward us?"
"Did he see something?"
"Or someone? Maybe he's here to recruit them!"
Speculation spread among the onlookers as Su Bal approached his destination.
"No way, don't tell me—"
"They've noticed Li Hai?"
With shock visible on their faces, the crowd watched as Su Bal stopped in front of Li Hai and smiled.
"Would you like to join my team?" Su Bal asked, his expression friendly, while Mo Chu's face darkened.

Meanwhile, in the Fifth Layer of Space...
Eli's eyes snapped open in shock. Where was she? Her mind blanked momentarily as she processed her surroundings.
"I… broke through?" Eli thought, stunned as she felt her body. Her strength had increased many times over, and her mind felt clearer and sharper than ever.
She examined her arm in disbelief, watching as her skin rippled and began to change form.
"What is this?" Eli muttered, her voice tinged with confusion.
"Master, you've broken through!" a shout came from a female figure approaching her.
"Hehe, silly disciple, of course I have," Eli said with a grin, as Ariya bowed before the silvery being and turned to her master.
Eli stood to meet Ariya. "Congratulations on your breakthrough, disciple," Eli said with a smile.
"I should be congratulating you," Ariya replied, grinning.
"Haha, well, I'll gladly accept it. You should accept your own congratulations too," Eli said as they both laughed.
"But tell me, disciple, what have you been eating? They're bigger now," Eli remarked with a curious expression.
"They? What are you—Master!!!" Ariya shrieked, looking down at her chest as her master's hands bypassed her armor.
The silvery being's face twitched several times. "This girl... she hasn't changed a bit," the being thought.
Cough "Eli," the silvery being called out, prompting Eli to withdraw her hands.
"Relax! At least no one else gets to touch them but me. I'm merely appreciating beauty," Eli teased, causing Ariya's body to tremble.
"Master, you pervert!" Ariya shouted, as Eli covered her ears.
"Now stop teasing the girl," the silvery being interjected, as Eli turned to him with a sly smile.
"Should I tease you instead, oh master?" Eli asked playfully.
Cough "I meant, proceed with her," the silvery being quickly replied, as Ariya glanced at the two of them.
"Like master, like disciple," Ariya muttered, shaking her head.
"Hmm, Master, I want to ask you something," Eli said, her tone becoming serious.
"Hmm, I'm listening," the silvery being replied.
"Why can I change my form now?" Eli asked. Morphing into another being was different, as it was typically distinguishable by differences in soul. Yet, this transformation was flawless.
To demonstrate, Eli morphed into Ariya.
"Master, you..." Ariya stared in shock. The transformation was perfect, even down to her soul. The only difference was consciousness.
"Well, you have touched on the fundamentals of life itself. Now, you don't need to go to the consciousness world to pick a consciousness; you can imagine one," the silvery being said, causing gasps to escape their mouths.
"Master, you are officially a creator in the truest sense," Ariya congratulated her.
"Oh, it's nothing," Eli giggled as she thought of something.
"Alright, let's go back," the silvery being said as they all disappeared.
Just as they were gone, a colossal eye came into sight. Its size was humongous, and a universe was nothing but dust particles to it.
"Tasty. Life, food, world, devour," a loud chaotic voice echoed as the eye receded.

At the Auction House
Ariya appeared in a familiar room and saw the almost-naked Chu Su. "Sister," she called out as Chu Su opened her eyes and stood up.
"Wow, you're back!" Chu Su smiled and hugged Ariya.
"Yes, we are," Ariya replied with a smile. She noticed Chu Su's aura had grown stronger since the last time. She was already at middle-level Rank 2.
"You're stronger," Chu Su commented, feeling the disruption in space around Ariya.
"Sorry, just broke through... but yeah, not only me, but you and Master too," Ariya said with a smile as she tried to control her aura.
"Thank you . That's great news. Speaking of which, where is she?" Chu Su asked, looking around but not seeing her.
"I'm here. Missed me?" Suddenly, a charming female voice was heard as Eli appeared behind Chu Su and whispered in her ear.
"Master!!" Chu Su shouted in shock as she moved away.
"Hehe," Eli laughed as she looked at her hand. That soft, squishy feeling was still there.
"Master, stop that!" the two girls said as Eli shrugged it off.
"Well, jokes aside, dearest," Eli paused as she looked at the two girls.
"At this point, they might... surpass me," Eli thought, glancing at her chest before smirking. "They won't, but if they do, then the bigger, the better," Eli thought happily.
"Well... cough, cough," Eli cleared her throat lightly as the two girls exchanged a glance with the same thought.
"Master is having perverted thoughts again."
"Alright, so my master wants you two to explore. He says you've been stuck inside for too long," Eli paused, rolling her eyes.
"Anyway, we'll be watching you but won't interfere," Eli said as Chu Su and Ariya pondered on her words.
With a chuckle, Eli sneaked behind them. "A hug?" Eli asked as the two stopped talking.
"So scary," Chu Su said stiffly as Ariya's lips twitched.

Some Days Later
Chu Su and Ariya were prepared as they left the auction house. Looking at the cold, desolate view of space brought back memories of her capture. Chu Su's body trembled slightly.
Seeing this, Ariya sighed and held her hand.
"You'll be fine," Ariya said as Chu Su rested her head on her shoulder.
"I hope so," Chu Su murmured as they entered the world.

In Space
A beautiful humanoid being was seen pushed out of a space rift, unscathed.
The humanoid figure was feminine in nature. She passed by a black hole, unaffected by its gravitational pull.
The female soon passed by a star, and finally, a world appeared in front of her.
Her eyes trembled as they opened.
Looking at the world she was approaching, the female sighed in relief.
"Finally, a world... I'll just rest here. I'm so tired," the female said. Her Aeron form was unmistakable; after all, she was Linkir, the slave of Void. The world she was heading to was the same one Chu Su and Ariya had entered.
