A Disciples Fate

There's a loud barrage of explosions in the forest near the town. Mighty aura can be sensed from the forest.

“SASAKI, HOMURA, CHERRY, KURAGAMI!”

Sky is getting ready to give orders.

“In the forest, there's two giants. But it's fine because from what I sense, both of them together aren't even powerful enough to beat Rhino.”

Rhino chuckles.

“You underestimate one of my brothers.”

Rhino swings his axe at Sasaki. Sasaki dodges and gets a little slash on Rhino leaving him to bleed.

“This is how we're gonna do this. I'll stay here with Sasaki to beat Rhino. Kuragami, Cherry and Homura, all three of you run to the forest. The first giant you encounter, leave Kuragami to fight him by himself. Cherry and Homura will run to fight the other one.”

“Are you sure I'll be fine by myself?”

“You will be able to defeat him by yourself. It might be difficult but it's still doable.”

Kuragami nods.

“Kuragami if you beat the giant, go straight to Cherry and Homura to help him. But Cherry and Homura, if you beat the giant first, wait for Kuragami to come. DO NOT GO THE CIRCUS WITHOUT KURAGAMI!”

“Yes boss!”

“Now go! And also, our main goal is to free the performers.”

They all nod. The three of them run to the forest. Sasaki and Sky are left with Rhino to face.

"Sasaki, I'll weaken him. Then you attack him after."

Sasaki nods.

Rhino travels so fast behind Sasaki, it looks like he teleported there. Rhino swings his axe and Sasaki gets ready to block it.

"Sasaki dodge don't block!"

Sasaki is confused to why Sky told him do dodge instead of block. He refuses to listen to him and still tries to block.

“Sasaki, you idiot!”

Sky goes in between the attack and blocks the axe with his arm. It creates powerful pressure. But, the axe and his arm aren't making contact. It's like there's an invisible wall in between them. Sasaki uses the opportunity to jump up. Yua gains conscious again.

"Triple Wolf Hunt."

The attack hits Rhino directly. Sky uses the opportunity to go behind Rhino and give him a lethal kick to his back. A couple bones break but nothing crucial.

Rhino turns around and attacks Sky but he dodges.

“I'm too fast for you Rhino.”

“It doesn't matter, my attacks are powerful to heavily injure even the most durable Kizoku.”

“Have you even fought a Kizoku to be saying that?”

“Of course I have, and I'm still alive. All you Kizoku are all talk I'll easily kill you.”

“Is that so?”

Sasaki and Sky are flabbergasted.

“It doesn't matter Sasaki, he's still an outlaw. Air flash!”

Sky uses air flash to attack Rhino again but Rhino uses his axe to clash.

“Now Sasaki!”

“Deadly Fang Slash.”

Sasaki gets a direct attack on Rhinos back creating a large cut on his back. Blood bursts out and some lands on Sasaki's face and sword.

“Now that's the Rhino down.”

“Tornado Strike.”

Sky creates a mini tornado causing Rhino to fly up in the air. Sky also flies up on top of Rhino.

Sky double kicks Rhino, boosting his fall, causing insane damage to his body. It creates a large gust of smoke all around him. The mighty Rhino is finally beaten.

Sky lands next to Sasaki. They are both panting for breath. Rhino was a formidable foe that defeated almost everyone he faced.

“Did we do it Sky? Did we defeat him?”

“Sasaki, you need more discipline! One attack from Rhino would’ve killed you!”

“I ended up fine didn’t I?”

“Carry on being careless like that, you won’t live to see 13.”

The standing villagers cheer and congratulate Sky and Sasaki for beating one of the strongest enemies in Raffles Circus. Solomon walks up to them.

“You have defeated Rhino, but you still have the other two brothers, Raffles and The Shadow Dragon to deal with.”

“The Shadow Dragon? Who's that?”

“The Shadow Dragon is a powerful Shadow Disciple. There's rumours that he has a mythical beat spirit trapped in his soul.”

"What's a Shadow Disciple Sky? Is that even a thing?"

"Yeah they are. There's a organisation of scientist who kidnapped kids and created them into powerful Disciples. Most of them became Shadow Disciples, a new power that lets them manipulate shadows. They escaped the experiments and all became outlaws.”

“They sound strong and scary. Let's hope they're not a big threat. Plus a mythical beast? What the hell.”

“Yeah. It would be trouble if we encountered a Shadow Disciple. Especially one that's a Vasanima.”

Back in the forest..

Kuragami, Homura and Cherry are running to the direction of the aura.

“The aura is close guys. He's right here.”

One of the giants appear in front of them.

“Look at you three kids. I thought Rhino would be able to kill you. I guess I was wrong. Well I'll kill you now.”

Kuragami smiles.

“It's finally time to test my strength. Cherry, Homura. Go ahead. I'll defeat this guy then come to you.”

“All right Kuragami. Don't lose to him.”

“Be safe Kura.”

“Ok!”

Cherry and Homura both go ahead looking for the giant beyond.

“So your just going to let them pass?”

“Its easier to kill one then gang up on the others later. Plus I feel sorry for you, you got the Ferocious Bear to deal with!”

“Ferocious Bear?”

Kuragami starts dying of laughter. Bear starts to get really pissed. He runs to Kuragami. Kuragami stops laughing. He sees Bear coming to attack him.

Bear throws a punch at Kuragami. He blocks and then runs around him. He keeps running circles around him. Bear can't catch up with him.

“What is this.”

Cold glacial air stats surrounding Bear forming a circle.

“Perfect.”

Kuragami stops moving and puts his right arm out facing Bear who is in the middle of the circle.

“Ice Tornardo.”

A large tornado forms causing Bear in the middle of it to get sliced by Ice particles all around. The tornado lifts up Bear all the way up in the air.

“Now it's time. Piercing Iceberg.”

Ice spears start forming from the floor facing upwards. Bear is falling down. Kuragami's plan worked. Bear is going to fall down on the sharp spears causing him to get pierced all around.

Bear is falling down and before he falls on the piercing iceberg, he points his hand towards the ice.

“Ice Breaker!”

He swiftly curls his hand into a fist. All the ice shatters without any contact.

“Eh?!”

Bear lands safely on his two feet.

“It's a technique me and my brothers learnt when we were little. We clench our fists and create large shockwaves that can break the most durable ice.”

“Really?”

“My brothers and I are the only ones who can do that.”

“Yeah who cares, I’ll beat you and your brothers!”

Kuragami raises his aura. Aura can be used to increase physical strength and speed. He dashes with his aura appearing behind Bear airborne.

Aura is concentrated in his right leg. Kuragami unleashes a major strike at Bears cranium. Bear screams in torment. It doesn't matter since Kuragami is ready to let out a neck breaking barrage of attacks.

Bear clearly can't keep up. Hit after hit after hit. Bear decides to roar creating shockwaves pushing Kuragami back.

“What now?!”

Bear chuckles at Kuragami's confusion.

"My shockwaves are too powerful for you."

Bear claps. It creates more shockwaves that makes the floor vibrate. The shockwaves put Kuragami off balance so he tries to stay on his two feet.

“Those shockwaves are similar to what my Dad taught us.”

Kuragami does weird movements with his hands but nothing happens.

While distracted, Bear pops up in-front of him and gives him a powerful punch to the face which leaves him flying. Impact on a tree stops his moment in the air, but his back is in pain.

“How do you like that kid. There's no way you can beat us. If you can't beat me then how the hell are you gonna beat that dragon kid, Big Bro Rhino or even Scorpion?”

Kuragami smiles while stuck to the the tree. He detached from it and wipes the blood off his mouth.

“Rhino? You mean, the big guy that's gonna get killed by Sky and Sasaki.”

Kuragami chuckles.

“Also don't underestimate my friends. They will beat anyone that tries to stop our mission. You know, I know there's an arena that the strongest performers get sent to. I'll destroy Raffles Circus along with that arena.”

Bear laughs uncontrollably. Kuragami feels insulted.

“What are you laughing at?”

“The D.O really must not care about you.”

Kuragami raises his eyebrows.

“They shouldn’t have sent mere Shorai to stop us.”

Kuragami charges up his aura, hoping that he will finish the fight instantly. Bear laughs even more.

“This is your first mission too isn’t it? How I pity you. As soon as you gain hope that you’ll make a change, your life is about to get taken away from you. Forget about any goals you have, the circus is your graveyard!”

“Not until, I make this a world where all dreams come true!”

Kuragami sprints swiftly towards Bear with his speed increased due to his aura. Bear roars again which creates the shockwaves to push Kuragami back. But that's not enough.

Kuragami catches his fall and goes on to dash straight back at Bear with a wind breaking punch to the gut. Bear endures it and punches Kuragami's back leading him to drop on floor creating cracks.

Kuragami tries to pick himself up but drops. He's in too much pain. It seems as if the shockwaves affected his durability. Bear uses this opportunity to throw him around and beat the life out of him.

After every punch and kick Kuragami screams in pure anguish. All he's thinking about at this moment, is death. Death just fills his mind. He thinks he's finally going to die, and join his parents. There's nothing that he can do.

Before in Furendori Town…

“Stupid Kizoku, what makes you think a kid will be able to finish me off!”

Rhino’s aura increases heavily while he stands up.

“My attack didn’t finish him?! How?”

“Hey Sasaki, you go on ahead. As I expected, Rhino isn’t an opponent you should face. The fight we’re about to have, you won’t be able to catch up. Go to the forest and help Kuragami. Both his and the other persons aura are conflicting heavily.

“Alright. Discipline right?”

Sky smiles. Sasaki runs past Rhino and to the forest. Rhino uses his axe to stand up and swings it at Sasaki running past. Sasaki looks back and it's already too late to react to it. Sky appears in front of the axe and with his bare hands, he stops the attack.

“Go Sasaki!”

Sasaki runs into the forest.

Punch after punch, hit after hit. Kuragami is covered with blood, scratches and scars. There's no hope of him winning this fight on his own, not with the mentality he has right now.

Cherry and Homura finally encounter an enemy. One of the three giants, Scorpion. Scorpion mainly poisons his enemies then strikes fiercely at them. On his back is an artificial scorpion tail.

Homura and Cherry aren't as fast as Sasaki or Kuragami so Scorpions fighting style gives him the advantage.

“You’re the kids I saw yesterday.”

Scorpions skips the small talk and attacks Cherry.

With delayed reaction, Cherry attempts to dodge but fails. Scorpion takes the first strike and attacks her with his poisonous tail.

Cherry gets poisoned and all her movements slow down while pain starts build in her body.

“Cherry, no!”

Homura rushes straight to Cherry but Scorpion blocks his path.

Homura generates fire in his right hand and goes for a Fire Fist punch straight to the chest.

Scorpions feels the burn in his chest as it stuns him. Homura then runs past Scorpion to Cherry.

As he runs to Cherry, he sees her standing up as if nothing happened.

“What. I'm confused you were heavily injured. How are you standing up so easily?”

“Homura, I'm a Nature Disciple. I can heal myself. He poisoned me but it doesn't matter. I was trained to heal myself over any poison. But be careful though since it's harder to heal others.”

“Alright. Use your trees to stabilise him. I'll attack him.”

Cherry nods.

Bear realises one more fatal hit will probably kill Kuragami so he leaves him on the floor and charges up his aura.

“You got close to beating me kid. This is the end for you know.”

Bear roars which leads to his aura boosting in power. He concentrates all the aura to his fist and runs to Kuragami. Bear goes in for the strike.

Kuragami is on the floor, still conscious but unable to move. Cold air starts to come out of his body where the scratches and bruises are. As Bear is about to make contact to Kuragami, Sasaki comes out of nowhere and beheads him. His head just starts flying and a fountain of blood spurts out.

“One second later and you would've been dead Kuragami. I guess you got lucky.”

“I lost. I can't believe I lost!”
