30 Years in Whitebeard’s Crew, I Became Invincible

Chapter 151: Chapter 151: The Colosseum, CP0 Appears

Luffy and the other two were stunned. Franky didn't know who Loxus was, so he looked confused, but the others did.

Loxus was Roy's son; he was the same person they had once traveled with. How could he have joined the Beasts Pirates?

The three of them found it hard to believe. Kin'emon didn't understand the situation, but to him, if they were from the Beasts Pirates, then they were enemies. That was enough.

"Who was that blind guy earlier?" Luffy asked.

"Don't ask too much. Knowing too much isn't good for you," Roy said with a smile.

"Not good for us? What's that supposed to mean?" Sanji stepped forward, questioning.

"You'll understand one day. I just hope when that time comes, you'll still have the courage to face him. He may be blind, but he's not someone you want to mess with," Roy chuckled.

Fujitora's strength was not inferior to Aokiji's in the slightest.

"Alright, I'm off. Got some entertainment to catch." Roy slung the bag of money over his shoulder and left the casino.

"What did Roy mean by that? Hey, Kin'emon, you seem to know him. When did you meet?" Zoro pressed.

"To be honest, a few years ago."

Technically, it was a few years ago for Kin'emon, even though he had lost twenty years after being sent forward in time by Toki.

Before they could figure out who the blind man was, Zoro realized his sword was missing, his black blade, Shusui. He panicked instantly.

Kin'emon also grew anxious. After all, Shusui was a national treasure of Wano.

However, a nearby toy calmly told them, "Don't worry. It was taken by the fairies."

"Fairies? What fairies? That's ridiculous!" Zoro protested.

"The fairies have always been Dressrosa's guardians. Whatever they do, we don't question it." the toy said.

"Are you kidding me?! That's Wano's national treasure! We have to get it back!" Kin'emon shouted at Zoro.

Zoro then noticed movement near the window, his sword!

"Shusui!" Zoro ran off after it.

Sanji, not trusting Zoro's awful sense of direction, followed. Kin'emon, concerned for the sword, also followed.

Luffy was about to go too, but Franky grabbed him.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, Luffy, I think this team's getting way too chaotic. We need a leader. I'm stepping up to organize our plan!" Franky declared.

"And what's your plan?"

"Easy. We use what's already here."

Using his quick thinking, Franky captured the casino owner and dragged him into an alley for questioning.

After interrogation, they learned everyone had gone to the Colosseum, where things were heating up.

At the colosseum, Roy was already seated among the spectators, watching the announcer present the prize:

A Devil Fruit, the replicated Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan type.

"The Phoenix Fruit, only the Whitebeard Pirates had it before!"

"Did it really come from them? If I get it, I'll be unstoppable!"

"The Whitebeard Pirates have been gone for a year, and now they're active again, and this fruit shows up? Will these Phoenix Fruits start spreading?"

"No way. Even if it's replicated, they can't mass-produce something like that."

"A legendary Mythical Zoan that allows resurrection from fire, just like a real phoenix."

"Only Marco, Whitebeard's First Division Commander, had this power before."

"If I get that fruit… does that mean I can't die?"

The entire crowd buzzed with excitement. Everyone coveted the fruit.

Atmos, sitting beside Roy, was fuming. He glanced at Roy, took a deep breath, and stared hard at the fruit on display.

"Go," Roy said.

Atmos blinked in surprise.

"I know what you're thinking. The registration is about to close. If that fruit belongs to us, then go and take it back. I know you don't want anyone else to defile it. Just remember to disguise yourself. Starting a fight here could get you surrounded," Roy advised.

A smile spread across Atmos's face. He nodded hard. "Got it, big bro. Thank you."

"I could practically hear your thoughts leaking out. If I didn't let you go, I'd feel guilty for calling myself your big bro. Go." Roy waved him off.

"Yeah!" Atmos stood up, fired up, and walked to the registration booth.

Soon, he had signed up and put on a red mask before stepping into the ring.

There were a lot of contestants today, split into four groups. Atmos was in Block A.

Roy waited until Atmos stepped onto the field. A free-for-all began, and only one winner would advance.

Atmos wielded his greatsword and swept through his opponents in an instant, advancing to the next round with ease.

In Block B, Bartolomeo made his entrance, tossing fake bombs into the crowd. The spectators screamed, their true colors showing.

Roy wasn't surprised. Faced with death, people revealed their ugliest instincts.

Slaves would always be slaves. This world had never changed.

"It's getting lively… That brat is still as annoying as ever. Truly Oden's son," Roy muttered.

Though he sat on the execution platform, his Observation Haki had wrapped around the entire country. Everything played out in his mind like a 3D map.

'If I had this two years later… Wonder what I'd get from the next sign-in? I already have Haki, what's next?'

Roy watched a man warming up in the ring.

King Elizabello II of Prodence Kingdom, he did possess Conqueror's Haki, but needed warm-ups to gather and unleash it in a single punch called the King's Punch.

Unfortunately, he ran into the Barrier-Barrier Fruit and lost the match. Bartolomeo won Block B.

"Looks like deals are already being made. The Marines are moving, too. Makes sense, a blind guy like that can't properly see the fight anyway." Roy folded his arms and kept watching.

Block C was getting rowdy, and suddenly, three new figures appeared beside Roy, dressed in suits and wearing masks.

Their sudden presence startled the crowd.

Everyone knew who they were.

"World Government agents, CP0."

"How did they get here?"

"Let's get out of here before things go south!"

Panic spread as people fled, leaving only Roy still seated. The three agents sat to his left and right.

"Stop the theatrics. Sit down and watch the damn match," Roy said coldly.

The three realized that even moving was difficult. When they first noticed Roy, they wanted to make a move, but now they couldn't even twitch.

"If any of you so much as flinch... I'll kill you on the spot."
