Veronica is now faced with many hard decisions. Made more so because, unlike the typical isekai she had hoped, where she just blitzes everything like she did in the game in her past life, she is restricted in a great many ways. Primarily physically thanks to her being born with a weak body. Which means getting sick often! It doesn't help that Veronica is also the villainess. What's a newly reincarnated guy turned girl to do? Well.... she can start by gathering her maids! Then start helping turn the Nemunium Empire around and maybe prevent a world war!
