Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V! Just a humble digger

Hey guys! It's me your perpetually lost author here!

Wanted to let you know before you read, I am feeling a lot better from my cold, but now I can get on my computer without feeling horrible.

But I chose the decks for rin and lulu, for rin I chose the swordsoul tenyi deck(without the link monsters, they will be pure vanilla monsters), and for lulu I imagine she inherits the will of Shark's shark deck(complete with his number cards), but I had another option for her.

Lulu would meet the dark magician and dark magician girl and both decide to let lulu inherit yugi motou's will, and she gets a magician's deck, with revamped versions of certain magician themed cards, like the dark sage will now become Merlin-the supreme dark magician(an xyz card).

But please! Tell me which one should lulu inherit? Because I'll reveal the chosen deck when she enters her first duel, so make your voices be heard and make it count.

As we entered the store I follow Charon as he takes the girls to a door that held a plaque that also held a warning.

Entrance to the spirit world

Please be aware, the duel spirits will not attack you unless provoked, so don't push your will onto them, otherwise you will not make it out in one piece-Charon

As I finished reading the plaque Charon pulled out an old fashioned key and with a *Click*, the door creaked open as Charon stepped aside and I look to see literal universes, each one showing a different symbol, with one showing a robot head that must represent machines, another with a tombstone representing zombies, all layed out like in dragon ball super.

(Basically imagine each duel spirit universe like a separate universal sphere like in dragon ball super)

"Welcome to the spirit world, here you will be fitted with your own respective decks." Charon explains as Rin and Lulu look anxious, "Now while you are there, don't force yourselves onto the duel spirits, they will come to choose you, and those you choose to approach will test you, for example in the wyrm universe, they will test your strength and willpower, while the spellcaster universe will test your intellect, and the other universe that will test you is a rare universe called the inheritance universe." He explains as Lulu raises her hand.

"Umm…Mr.Charon, why is it called the inheritance universe?" She asks as I also listen in as Charon as he gives a gentle smile, "the inheritance universe is unique not because it houses every type of duel spirit, no no." He says as he wags his index finger like avdol, "the inheritance universe houses the duel spirits of the greatest duelists to exist across the four dimensions, from Yuma Tsukumo to Yugi Mutou, if you enter this universe, they will see if you are worthy to inherit their former master's will." He tells us as he adds, "now both Mr.Amamiya and I cannot enter the spirit world, you both must enter alone." He finishes as Lulu starts to panic, and Rin was showing doubt until I place a hand on their shoulders, and I take a page out of Kamina's book, "don't believe in yourselves, believe in the Me that believes in you." I tell them with a brotherly smile as they blush a little as I add, "and don't worry, I have a feeling if things get dangerous, Charon can pull you both out, so take that leap and find your destiny." I tell them as they look at me and with a determined nod from rin, she pulls Lulu in through the door and as soon as they both enter, the door closes with a locking sound as Charon looks at me.

(Kind of a long paragraph, don't know where I can split it, so it'll look like that for a while.-thelostswordsman)

"So is there a place where we can chat while monitoring their progress?" I ask Charon as he nods his head in confirmation, "Of course, right this way." He says as he walks past me and I follow him into the back and see a door labeled "surveillance room" and he opens the door.

"Please take a seat, ive got some things to give to you." Charon says as he heads to another door in the room labeled "storage" as I take a seat in front of a tv monitor showing both Rin and Lulu, now separated and falling into the inheritance universe as Charon comes back in with a card and a phone.

"So Charon, tell me…how did you get here?" I ask him as he looks at the monitor before looking at me, "it was after getting shot by a member of the high table, I found myself in a pure white plane, and after what the entity described as centuries, they gave me an offer." He begins to explain as I see Lulu finally land in what looks like an Egyptian tomb that looked oddly familiar, but before I could look more Charon spoke again.

"I was given a second chance on life as I find myself the owner of this card shop, and was told that another reincarnator lives in this world, and he would enter the Meta-verse shop, where I use these golden coins to take requests from my customers." He tells me as I ask a question, "so if I'm a member, how do I earn these coins?" I ask him.

"The entity gives me offers that need to be dealt with, mostly taking down the dueling gangs and underworld duel rings, I merely hand these requests to people." He explains as the phone he had in his hands lit up and he looks at it.

"Looks like the entity knows you're here, you have a job." He says as he hands me the phone and I read the request.

Sawatari has taken the junior duelist trio Tate,Allie and Frederick as hostages as bait for Yuya Sakaki, take down Sawatari before an accident hurts the three kids.

Reward upon completion:5 Continental gold coins.

"The phone is for you to keep contact with me." Charon explains as I stand up, "good luck Mr.Amamiya." He says as he turns towards the monitor as I head to the door, "well then, into the plot I go!! Keep me updated on how Rin and Lulu are doing." I tell him as I find myself back in my room.

Time to deal with Sawatari.

Well folks I hope you enjoy this chapter, I was genuinely struggling with how to go about explaining how Charon became part of the world, and this was the best I could come up with.

But besides that how bad should Ren beat sawatari and his goons? An OTK or have him suffer?
