NOVEL WEB NPCs Tiers of power
There is Four Tiers of power for NPCs....Okay! Let's start off with A Regular NPC....
[Name: "The Village idiot," Ralph]

[ Health: 2,500/2,500]
[Stamina: 2,500/2,500]
[ Race: Human Male]
[ Bio: Just Your Typical Dumb ass. ]
As You can see Ralph is just an ordinary Village idiot but what if one day Ralph stumble into a magical item that granted him some mysterious power......

[ Level : 🌟 5]
[ Health: 2,750/2,750]
[Stamina: 2,750/2,750]
[Mana: 8,250/ 8,250]
[ Race: Human Male]
[ Bio: Just Your Typical Dumb ass. That found something Shiny.]
Now Ralph is 10% stronger...and can even use mana now Ralph is no longer an ordinary Typical Dumb ass Villager but A [Tier 1 Elite aka mini boss.] Which =🌟 each of these tiers will increase the NPC power (🌟=10% attack power and resource bar increase) (🌟🌟=20% attack power and resource bar increase) (🌟🌟🌟=30%attack power and resource bar etc. Even if they stay the same level. once The NPC Reach Tier 5 They will be 50% stronger than a normal NPC that's at the same level.
The Next tier of power pass the Elite tiers of power is Dungeon boss/World Boss Tier for an Example....

[Stamina: 5,500/5,500]
[Mana: 15,000/ 15,000]
[ Race: Human Male]
[ Bio: Just Your Typical Dumb ass. that can possibly kick your ass now.]
The Dungeon boss/World Boss Tier= 💀. Sometimes you will see how much HP/SP/MP they Have. depending on your level, the area you are at or A Special way to Defeat the boss. The Difference between a Normal NPC and A Boss Tier is that The Boss tier is 100% stronger than an NPC that is the same level and could one shoot any that's around its level and 10 levels below it.
The Next Tier of Power is Raid Boss☠️/Prime Evil👹/Champion⚡️Tier...this is The Pinnacle of power for NPCs in "Your Fantasy" They are The Strongest And most powerful in the game for NPCs, some are immortal to kill by normal means even if you have a thousand army of players.
