Worm CYOA: What I Did to Myself?

The story is still in development, but I already have many chapters written that focus solely on the MC's point of view. In case you didn't like my multi-POV idea, where I used Anonymous to turn Adriana's journey into a kind of Truman Show — where everyone is aware of what's going on except Adriana — here's the context:

Anonymous was meant to take advantage of the fact that many were watching Adriana's "social death," turning the audience into hostages and accomplices through threats and warnings about what could happen if Adriana ever discovered that all of her adventures across different worlds, and all the people she saved, were being presented as entertainment.

That revelation could send her into an emotional downward spiral — something like a mad girl using her copied powers to spread chaos. Not to kill, but to drive people insane for having played with her identity: turning people into masochists, changing their race to animals, aliens... forcing them to feel what she felt in the worlds she visited.

If the concept of Anonymous is still unclear, it's meant to serve as one of the consequences of Adriana's poor choices — a subconscious manifestation of a power that grants her benefits in exchange for her social death. Think of it like an artificial consciousness of Adrian, created by a script he set up when selecting the Thinker/Master (Autopilot) power.

This artificial Adrian is using his male body and remotely controlling Adriana's without her knowledge — wielding powers that involve public exposure and manipulation.

Power Description:

You are a streamer baby. you gain the ability to broadcast your POV whether it be in first or third person directly not only to the internet or any equivalent there is in the current world you are in but also to the wider interdimensional internet which allows you to broadcast from one universe to the next without any problem your broadcast can not be blocked digitally nor can anyone prevent other digital device from accessing your broadcast.

Idol (Oshi no Ko)

Sing! Dance! You are an Idol now! Your appearance is boosted by 2 levels. If you are already at the top level, then you look divinely attractive. Your singing voice is perfect, you can Dance, and you have a mild hypnotic power that makes people like you! And that's not all, you gain strength from Parasocial relationships. The more your audience love you, the more power you gain.

Accolades

Your accomplishments and feats will be immortalized, ensuring that you are revered as a legendary figure. However, what if you were to journey to a new world, one unfamiliar with the glory of your name? The tales of your triumphs would be lost, relegated to obscurity.

But fear not, for you possess the power to retroactively infuse legends, feats, and achievements into the very tapestry of history in subtle yet indelible ways. Picture a fairy tale weaving tales of your valor or infamy, stories passed down from one generation to the next, preserving your heroic or villainous deeds. Alternatively, envision ancient statues or paintings crafted with meticulous care, immortalizing your visage for eternity to admire.

The choice rests solely with you. Each time you venture into a new world, you can activate this ability, selectively imparting your own achievements into its historical narrative. With focused concentration, you can even determine the medium through which your tales shall be conveyed.

It is worth noting that this power bestows no significant advantages, such as the acquisition of inheritable castles or treasures. Rather, its influence is subtle, blending seamlessly with the world you inhabit, allowing your legacy to thrive in each new realm you encounter.

I didn't want to reveal this so soon because I wanted to build some mystery and drop hints for readers to gradually figure out the connection between these two characters — who are basically both Adrian — where Anonymous would act as the businessperson turning Adriana into an idol who will eventually become a goddess.

I've also been thinking about rewriting the chapters again to reduce the number of character reaction scenes as much as possible — limiting them only to the perspectives of people who are actually present in the scene or monitoring Anonymous's videos showing Adriana fighting Raiden Mei. This would be introduced in Chapter 9, specifically involving organizations like Schicksal, Anti-Entropy, and World Serpent from Adriana's world. Then, after finishing Adriana's arc in the Honkai world, I would write an interlude/epilogue chapter showing what happened to the other characters after Adriana's disappearance — and then begin a new story in another universe.

I'll leave this open for a week. If there are no replies by then, I'll stick with the multi-POV format — combining the MC's POV with limited character reactions presented as chat screen responses instead of inner monologues. The reason I originally wrote chapters with such long POVs was to explain, through various perspectives, how the Entities from Worm operate across different universes.
