Worm CYOA: What I Did to Myself?

Chapter 5: Adriana Grim Humiliation: The Stage of Madness Part 1

*

From the moment Adriana Grim arrived in the Honkai universe, the first sensation she had was that of constantly being watched for the amusement of some being who had placed her in this world without her consent, for entertainment purposes.

In this regard, her paranoia isn't wrong. What she doesn't know is that the reality is even much worse than she imagines: not just one person is watching, but the entire multiverse is watching every embarrassing moment of Adriana in Abel's body. If that weren't enough, just like what happens in ecchi manga or anime with heroines, there are scenes with revealing angles to please the eyes of certain viewers who enjoy admiring something beautiful.

This is because a figure wearing a Guy Fawkes mask, dressed in the same outfit as the character V from V for Vendetta, in some unknown location, with some power that allowed him to transmit images from all

angles and to anywhere in the multiverse, decided to expose Adriana's existence.

"I have decided that your journey, my dear Adriana, is... too monotonous in the shadows. Your presence on the stage of this theater called life is more important than you imagine. The sooner you understand that life is like a stage, the sooner you will understand that what is important is to play your role well, not necessarily to 'be yourself.' Performance is the key to social order, mutual respect, and the beauty of harmonious coexistence."

Amidst the vast and intricate tapestry of the multiverse, where realities bend and merge, a new and unsettling phenomenon emerged, casting a shadow of uncertainty over the most powerful cosmic and terrestrial factions of the multiverse.

In an instant, the broadcast began, being displayed like a channel, on TVs, radios, cell phones with social media access...

Allow us to introduce ourselves as Anonymous — and only Anonymous.

We are an idea. An idea that cannot be contained, pursued, or imprisoned.

Today, Anonymous is an idea of change, a desire for renewal. We are an idea of a world where corruption does not exist, where freedom of expression is not just a promise, and where people do not have to die fighting for their rights.

We are not a group. We are an idea of revolution. We believe that each generation finds its way to fight against the injustices it faces. For the first time, we hold the power to produce, distribute, and exchange information in our hands. An opportunity never seen before in history for collaboration and the construction of a world where hope, dignity, and justice are principles to be respected.

We are not an organization and we have no leaders.

Officially, we do not exist, and we do not want to exist. We do not follow political parties, religious orientations, economic interests, or ideologies of any kind. Once again: Anonymous has no leaders. If someone tells you they represent or lead Anonymous, that person does not know the idea of Anonymous, because we cannot be represented or led, because this is what we are: an idea.

Anonymous only asks that you inform yourself and seek information for yourself, only that.

We are common people, from all worlds and from diverse places in the multiverse.

We have concrete reasons to desire a change from the retrograde paradigms that our society presents today. This does not mean we will fight for a single objective. The objective is to create a series of positive changes and seek the best way to achieve that. We need everyone for the construction of this new world. All colors, all ideas, all differences. We want an honest debate with all those who, like us, share this desire for change. Anyone, and everyone who carries this feeling, is, by definition, Anonymous.

We are everywhere. If you want to find Anonymous, just look beside you: it could be anyone. We are the 99% of the population rising against the tyranny of the 1% and we are organizing multiversally with this objective. Within the multiverse, we are now expanding, and we want to invite you to join us, anonymously.

We only ask that you inform yourself and seek out the information for yourself, free from media interference. See with your own eyes the facts that are happening in the world and in your own city.

Speaking of which, have you ever heard of the Honkai universe? No?

Well, here's a video that provides a good introduction. Anonymous presents a video titled "Introducing the Honkai-verse | Honkai Operation Center Chapter 1 | Honkai Impact 3rd" which exposes the existence of Honkai and Otto's crimes against humanity.

Scary world, isn't it? But do you know what's even scarier? It's the fact that there exist identical worlds like this one with variants of these people committing the same errors and mistakes, as if the people in these worlds are trapped by scripts with fixed endings, and with narratives repeating in eternal loops; this phenomenon has also been observed in other universes outside of this one.

We discovered that the source of all this evil comes from a universe called the Worm Universe, where beings called 'Entities' exist. An image then appears of a colossal being the size of a small planet.

These beings have interfered with the history of the multiverse through their space-time manipulations, trapping all beings in the multiverse in an eternal loop, solely for macabre and parasitic purposes. Through their shards, they manipulate and distort the nature of all beings in the multiverse, shaping them into beings whose nature is geared towards conflict, leading all beings to mutual self-destruction.

Afterwards, they harvest the fruits they've sown (in this case, combat data, wisdom...), for the betterment of their own species, and then reset the universes to start the process again…

On the Astral Express, Welt Yang, one of the main characters from the HI3/HSR games, was looking at his phone to see what was happening on social media and came across the Anonymous broadcast.

And when he saw the entire history of his world and the dark truth of his past being exposed to the entire multiverse, it powerfully reawakened his PTSD, which he had long believed he had cured.

"Damn it!!! No matter where I go, Honkai will never leave me alone!!!"
