"There have been strange signs, but what do you mean by that?" That was the first thing that Lin Fan asked when they were alone.

After all, he had arrived late and didn't hear everything, so he was still confused about what was happening.

He narrowed his eyes and said in a more serious voice, "This is something that the Five Great Sects and our ancestors have passed down for the longest time. Even if we fight with each other, none of that matters when we are attacked by invaders."

When he heard this, Lin Fan had an idea of what he meant by this.

It wasn't as if there was anything that he could do right now since there was someone preventing him from calling them back.

Seeing that Lin Fan didn't say anything, the minister of the left continued by describing a few more details about these events. It seemed that he was adding in details that he hadn't brought up earlier.

The way that the minister of the left did this was almost as if he was gauging Lin Fan's reaction to these things.

It wasn't that he was suspecting that Lin Fan was part of the enemy, it was just that Lin Fan had done many strange things before. The minister of the left just wanted to see if he would be able to give him any more surprises.

But there wasn't a single thing that Lin Fan was able to add.

Lin Fan looked at her as if he was about to say something, but then he swallowed those words when he saw the way that Mu Bao Bao was looking at him.

After seeing this, he said, "We can move the Love Sect disciples."

Mu Bao Bao didn't say anything, but the way that she looked at him changed.

Lin Fan shook his head with a smile before saying, "I know what you're thinking, but they're not that bad that you have to worry about them like that. At the very least, they will be able to keep themselves alive if they encounter something."

Then narrowing his eyes to reveal a sharper look, he added, "Not to mention that I believe that some of them will bring you some surprises that you definitely won't expect."

Mu Bao Bao raised a brow when she heard this and a trace of doubt appeared in her eyes.

However, Lin Fan didn't back down as he looked back into her eyes with a confident look in his.

Mu Bao Bao was silent for a bit longer before slowly giving a nod in response, but she also added, "Only those that have been with the Love Sect for a while. The new ones won't be allowed to join in."

Lin Fan said with a nod, "Of course."

Mu Bao Bao gave a sigh before saying, "I hope that you know what you're doing."

A bitter smile appeared on Lin Fan's face as he said, "If I knew what I was doing, then we wouldn't be in this situation. It's only because we don't know what we're doing that we're acting this way." But then after a pause, he added, "But I do have a way to get more information."

Seeing the way that they looked at him after he said this, Lin Fan added, "It will take some time for me to get this information and there's a high chance that I won't be able to get anything useful."

Mu Bao Bao gave a simple nod while the minister of the left said with a shrug, "It's better than nothing."

Lin Fan nodded in agreement before standing to leave.

Wasting time wasn't the best idea, so he wanted to get this information as soon as possible.

Neither of them stopped him and no one stopped him as he left the palace.

Everyone recognized him, so of course they wouldn't stop him;

Lin Fan was planning on heading to the secret room, but he also wanted to check in at the Love Sect before that.

When he arrived, he found a group that he wasn't expecting.

It was the Star Tower group led by Wang Fu.

When he saw Lin Fan, Wang Fu came over to say, "Sect Master Lin, we're heading back to the Star Tower now."

A smile appeared on Wang Fu's face when he saw this before he said with a more serious look, "There are things that are changing on the continent, I hope that Sect Master Lin will keep an eye on these matters. We have to return to the Star Tower to prepare for the things that are about to come."

Wang Fu didn't answer this question, but that alone was an answer.

It seemed that the Star Tower really was something special that it was able to do all of this.

And it seemed like the Star Tower was quite sincere that Wang Fu was even willing to give this warning.

But that didn't mean that Lin Fan was willing to show them too much.

So he just simply sent Wang Fu and the Star Tower group off.

Once they left, that meant that he would be able to bring someone else back.

It was also this person that he was going to get information from.

Even though Wang Fu and the Star Tower group left, Lin Fan didn't take a risk as he headed to the same secret room before having them summon him to where they were.
