The forts were called "King's Landing", inside each of the fort like structure there was a gigantic mechanism powered by the sea current bellow against the Redline itself. 

The mechanism allowed ones to travel above or below the huge Redline Wall by harnessing the power of sea current resembling a huge "Water Elevator", it was due to the ingeniousness of the ancient people to create something like that. 

At the bottom, there was an opening for the "Water Elevator" just right behind Marineford and on the opposite sides, the opening lead towards G-1 Marine base facing New World.

Using the elevator, the group finally went into Marineford in no time. The sun had already set, leaving the HQ brightly lit by lamps.

Just right when the group entered Marineford checkpoint, Kimimaro turned towards Vegapunk, 

"Doctor, is it appropriate for us to depart now? If you still have any unattended business, we can complete them now, or if you preferred to rest for the night, we can provide an abode for you and your bodyguard." Kimimaro asked politely.

Vegapunk smiled seeing Kimimaro polite attitude, he nodded and replied, "Don't worry, we can go now. I missed my hometown already." 

On the other hand Borsalino took out his pocket watch and spoke, "Ooh~, look at the time, Vegapunk, i'm afraid that i need to go back now, nee~." 

"It's okay Borsalino, it was a pleasant surprise seeing you again! Well, we'll meet again soon i suppose." Vegapunk sighed slightly, however he still kept his smile towards his old friend.

Borsalino nodded at Vegapunk then he went beside Kimimaro and asked with unconcealed concerns, "Nee~, Please take care of him and Sentomaru, Kimimaro." 

Feeling Borsalino's hand rested on his shoulder, Kimimaro nodded while reassuring him, "Don't worry Borsalino, it's my duty that nothing would happen to both of them." 

Borsalino locked his gaze at Kimimaro's vivid green eyes, after a while he flashed away using his light power leaving only light particles dancing in the air.

"Now Doctor, shall we?" Kimimaro gestured with his hand towards one of the docking Marine ship not far from where they currently stood.

"Please take care of us, Vice Admiral." Vegapunk accepted the gesture, he and Sentomaru behind began to walk toward the appointed Marine Galeon Ship.
