Chapter 2: Two Mysterious Woman
Yang Hao lay down on the ground, his eyes on the sky above. The canopy of trees filtered the sunlight, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor.
Suddenly, a voice broke the silence, "Hello!"
Startled, he looked up, his eyes scanning the surroundings until they landed on the source of the voice. Standing before him were two women.
The first woman was a big and rounded figure. Her skin was a deep, earthy brown, smooth and unblemished. Her face was broad, with a wide nose and thick, full lips that seemed to dominate her features.
Her eyes were small and beady, set deep within her face, and her eyebrows were thick and neatly groomed. Her hair was a rich, dark brown, streaked with subtle highlights, pulled back into a tight, neat bun that accentuated the roundness of her face.
Her arms and legs were thick. Her breasts were large and full, perfectly proportioned to her frame, and they strained slightly against the fabric of her neatly tailored dress. The dress itself was a vibrant, forest green, made of high-quality material that hugged her fat figure in all the right places, with intricate embroidery along the hem and sleeves. Her waist was thick, her hips wide and shapely, and her legs sturdy and well-defined, ending in feet clad in polished, leather boots that gleamed in the dappled sunlight.
Beside her stood another woman, her appearance equally striking but in a different way. She was tall and painfully thin, her figure almost skeletal. Her skin was a deep, dark brown, almost black, and smooth as silk, with a slight sheen that caught the light. Her face was long and narrow, with high cheekbones and a sharp jawline. Her eyes were large and almond-shaped, framed by long, dark lashes, and her lips were thin and pale, with a hint of natural pink.
Her hair was short and sleek, cut into a stylish bob that framed her face perfectly, a stark black against her dark skin. Her arms were long and slender, her hands delicate, with long, thin fingers and nails that were neatly manicured and painted a soft, neutral beige.
She wore a fitted, navy blue tunic made of fine, high-quality fabric, with silver embroidery along the neckline and cuffs. The tunic hugged her narrow frame, revealing the sharp angles of her collarbones and shoulders. Her breasts were small and barely noticeable, a stark contrast to her companion's ample bosom. Her waist was nonexistent, her hips narrow, and her legs long and stick-thin, ending in feet clad in elegant, black leather sandals.
The two women stood side by side, and if Yang Hao was being honest, then these women were unattractive, a fat and skinny duo. However, what were these women doing in this forest?
"Hello?" Yang Hao asked hesitantly. "Um…"
The larger woman spoke first. "I'm Seisa, and this is my Senior Sister, Meisa. I need to ask you something—why is a mortal like you wandering in such a dangerous forest?"
Yang Hao sighed and sat down. Seisa and Meisa joined him, and Yang Hao began to talk about his difficulties, Moreover, he also began to feel hopeful about getting out of the forest alive. After all, since these women were here, they might help him find his way out.
After listening to his story, the two women exchanged a glance. Meisa nodded silently while Seisa bit her lip, clenching her fist briefly before relaxing it with a sigh.
"Yang Hao," Seisa began, "do you want to become a warrior? Do you want to be strong?"
Tilting his head, Yang Hao asked, "But without an Elemental Seed, can I even cultivate?"
Seisa shook her head. "No, you can't—at least, not normally. But you know how some people are born with dual Elemental Seeds? I have two, which means I can give one to you."
Yang Hao nodded slowly. "So in exchange for the Elemental Seed, I have to give something in return, right? What is it?"
Seisa paused before replying, "Your lifespan."
Yang Hao fell silent, pondering her words.
Elemental Seeds were a rare gift—only a few were born with one, and those with an Elemental Seed had the opportunity to become cultivators and grow strong. Yang Hao, born without one, was doomed to a mortal existence with little hope. However, if he could obtain an Elemental Seed from Seisa, he might finally have a chance to become strong.
Only a handful of people in the universe were born with dual Elemental Seeds, and those individuals had the rare ability to donate one of their seeds. In contrast, those born with a single Elemental Seed could not transfer it effectively; any donation from them would prove useless. The reason behind this remained a mystery.
One thing was clear: if what Seisa said was true, Yang Hao had a chance. The thought sent his heart racing with excitement, though he quickly stilled his rapid pulse. He would have to sacrifice part of his lifespan for this opportunity.
"How much of my lifespan?" he asked.
"One year," Seisa replied. "At least for now. In the future, we might need more, but we won't take so much as to compromise your cultivation—we want you to give us two years of lifespan every year. Since you will get an Elemental Seed, you will live at least for a hundred years. So, in total, you will give me 60 to 66 years of lifespan. You might only be able to live for 30 or 35 years."
"Why do you need lifespan?" Yang Hao asked with a frown.
"We were injured by an enemy. To recover, we need lifespan," Seisa explained.
After a moment of thought, Yang Hao asked, "If I advance in cultivation, my lifespan will increase, right?"
"Yes. Since I'm only taking two years of lifespan every year, and with my method, it won't affect your cultivation. It all depends on your talent, the resources you obtain, and luck. If you advance in cultivation, your lifespan will naturally increase. So, is that acceptable?"
Yang Hao exhaled slowly. "Acceptable? Of course, it is. I was ready to die today, but you're offering me a chance to become strong—essentially, you're saving my life. In a way, my life is yours from now on. I'm more than willing to help you."
