"Do you even hear yourself?"
Ask Rize in a surprised tone as Asmodeus's suggestion of recreating the monster community from scratch surprised her.
Asmodeus then look at Rize as he reassuringly nods his head in confirmation and said to her.
"Of course, I hear myself."
He responded, to which Rize follows up on the obvious.
"So you are telling me, you have enough power to make an entire planet for monsters to inhabit, and strive without worry?"
"Yap, recreating an entirely new planet would be easy for me without a doubt, I am confident I can pull it off, I just need materials from space and other planets, to add to the one I am going to create, which shouldn't be too hard, seeing space itself has a large number of planets."
Spoke Asmodeus as he replied with a casual manner to a task even Rize finds impossible to do by normal standards.
However, Asmodeus already figure out how he was going to do it, with the blessing of Akashina making a man-made planet would be as easy as breathing.
All he needs is the resources and the rest would be like solving a 5000-piece puzzle in record time, it was as simple as that, meanwhile, Rize responds to Asmodeus with a loud sigh to represent her care meter becoming less and less as time goes on as she replied.
**SIGHHH!!**
"Why do I even care, I have seen a lot of unbelievable things in my lifetime, so this shouldn't come as a surprise."
Announce Rize with an exhausted look plastered on her face despite the obvious exhaustion caused by such a small box.
The idea of recreation was always a complicated topic, as the feats and scale were not something you can talk about so casually.
However as time goes on, Rize eventually moves on from it, as a different topic came up, of course, the one to change the topic was none other than Asmodeus as he said.
"That is my plan for the world, and with your help, we will eventually reach that goal in mind, after all, we have all the time in the world."
"We are effectively unkillable Asmodeus, that much I will say, but a plan like that still requires more than just power, you need a ruling body to make sure things run smoothly."
"That is true Rize, that's why I wanted you to work with me, I plan to create various worlds across the multiverse and have them under my rule, but I would have started small and created a planet perfect for vampires only, and you would be the sole ruler of this world, that way vampires never have to be under the control of Pyyrah, of course, I would also add a human cattle farms, in every settlement, so your kind never starves."
The words that came out of Asmodeus's mouth were toxic, as the things he offer were too good to be true, yet Rize could not find fault in his words.
Seeing the momentary aspect of weakness coming from Rize, Asmodeus find this a good opportunity to settle his argument and close this conversation with a contract between him and her, which would undoubtedly benefit both of them.
He slowly summons fort, the eerie-looking paper from the flames, pushes it towards her with one hand, and said in a charming voice.
"Once again thank you for listing to my offer and suggestions, but I think it clear to see I have no bad or wicked intentions, as I only have you and the vampire's race best interest in mind, So Rize why don't you work with me if it's the both of us, I have no doubt in my heart that we will achieve great things as a team of two."
Rize ponders his words a little and slowly thinks about it for the last time, she was well aware if she signed that paper there was no turning back, as that will be the point of no return.
So as one last attempt at refusal she said.
"What exactly are the terms of the contract?"
Asmodeus smiled at this, as he explained the terms of the contract which were 50/50 in terms of benefits and loss, on the losing side of the Devil's contract.
Rize must.
--Lost--
. Never mentions any secrets about Asmodeus and his faction to another or she will be silenced by a punishment
. Rize must always stay within a 100 meters radius of Asmodeus
. Rize must listen to Asmodeu's orders, and if the two disagree about something, the final verdict will be decided by a coin toss
. Rize can only eat Asmodeus flesh from here on out no questions asked
. Rize must teach Asmodeus everything she knows
--Gain--
. Rize will receive 20% of the overall spoil of wars when the new world is created
. Rize will be provided with sufficient nutrients every week to maintain her true form
. Rize is free to break the 100-meter rule once a month, or with Asmodeus' permission
. Rize people will not be harmed by Asmodeus, instead will be under his protection
. Rize is allowed to have Deus reactivated
After going over the initial loss and gain of the contract, Rize was satisfied with the outcome, as this contract put them at 50/50, she wasn't a slave, but something closer to partner in arms.
It was like signing a peace treaty between two warring Nations.
And as if to finalize the deal, Asmodeus signed his name on the contract and gave it to Rize, to sign her name as well.
She looks at the contract one last time as she breathes in and out slowly and after a minute or two of final decision-making, she signed her full name, and after that was done the contract exploded in flames burning away as if to represent it was set in stone.
The two of them were now in an inescapable vow, as that was the absolution and the power of a Devil contract.
With that said and done, Asmodeus stretch his hands out toward Rize and said.
"I'm looking forward to doing business with you Rize."
Rize looks at his hand as she stretches and grabs a hold of it while the two shake on their new partnership, as she replies.
"Likewise contractor."
However soon after Rize replied with something that took Asmodeus by surprise, as she said.
"Seeing that I have to be by your side almost every time might as well take the last bit of my energy, and start creating my new home."
"Hmmm... What is that supposed to mean?"
Asmodeus ask a little puzzled by her actions, to which Rize replied.
"Just watch and see, I am sure you won't miss it, just think of it as one of my spoils of war, this will be beneficial to you as well, the last time I did this was a thousand years ago when I was hiding from someone out of fear."
"..."
With that said Rize's entire body began to melt and dissolve into a black liquid, eventually that black liquid started to fuse with Asmodeus's shadow, and within a minute or two, Asmodeus's shadow lost its shape, and what was revealed was the shadow of a little girl, instead of his own shadow.
Strangely enough, everything he does the shadow does as well, as it still operates normally.
Asmodeus found this very intriguing and ask Rize as such.
"What exactly is this trick of yours?"
To which she replied as such via telepathy
'Well, I took over your shadow, and made it my home, inside your shadow is now a pocket dimension about the size of this room.'
"..."
"I see."
'Well, this way, I am still abiding by the contract while maintaining my privacy, also can you kindly, push my coffin inside the shadow please, it's my favorite coffin, and I do have an emotional attachment to it
Rize asks Asmodeus to which Asmodeus complied, by taking it and placing it in his shadow, and to his surprise, the coffin began to sink within the shadow.
'This is also a great place to store things if you don't have dimensional storage ability.'
This impressed Asmodeus as he voiced out his thoughts.
"You are one interesting specimen!"
'Why do I feel like, I am being treated like an animal?'
Asmodeus did not reply, or more like he didn't get the opportunity to reply because right after he heard a knock on the door.
As voice rang out.
"I have finished preparing Lady Rize's meal."
Asmodeus looked in the direction of the voice, which was of course Necroma, as he said.
"Yes, please come and give the honorable guess her meal."
