Way of the Drunken Immortal

Chapter 2: Ch 0.2 Micheal The Great

As the auction continued at full speed, the people attending the auction were relieved that the man sitting at number one was long gone. For them, just his presence, which makes many rich people nervous, is like a mountain hanging over their heads.

Meanwhile, the man they were talking about was lying on the couch and staring intently at the phone in his hand.

Time passed like this, and the auction ended.

The two old men didn't want to disturb him, so they waited for a while, until all the auction participants had dispersed and darkness fell.

Michael was still reading a novel when suddenly a beautiful girl opened the door to the room.

Michael turned his head at her voice and saw the girl standing in the doorway, holding the bottle of alcohol he had bought at the auction's beginning, along with the relevant files on the island.

The old men argued for a long time, but finally, they couldn't take it anymore and sent the young girl to deliver the items to him, saying it was a possibility.

At first, he was about to tell her that she could leave the items and go away when he saw that even her long legs, showing under her miniskirt, were sweating. When he looked more carefully, he saw that she was looking at him worriedly as she was shivering and sweating almost all over her body.

He realized that he was probably the reason she was sweating so much.

Michael exhaled deeply, took the things out of her hand, frowned, and closed the door in her face.

Even though he knew his appearance was too domineering, with his sharp gaze, dark eyes, dark hair, and the dark dragon tattoo on his neck, he was involuntarily annoyed when he saw people reacting in such an exaggerated way.

Such people look at him as if he were a demon, and it is annoying. In his opinion, a person with such a weak will cannot achieve great things in the future and can easily be used by others.

Suddenly, Michael realized that his thoughts had become too serious again, and he shook his head to get rid of them.

When he looked back into the auction hall and saw that no one was around, he realized what had happened and, after stretching and relaxing his muscles, he moved to leave.

Meanwhile, the girl finally got rid of her trembling and, remembering what had just happened, ran angrily to her grandfather.

When the old man saw that his granddaughter was coming faster than expected and that the mini-skirt he had made her wear with great difficulty was flying off as she came with furious steps, he thought that Michael had done something to his granddaughter and became angry, but when the girl came up to him, he realized how wrong he had been.

The girl took a step in front of her grandfather and tried to suppress her anger as she looked up and looked at him with tearful eyes. "Grandpa, is that he?"

"His name is Michael, the richest man in the world. But don't worry, just tell your grandfather if he bullied you. Grandpa will definitely take revenge for you... Poohh!"

The old man's words were interrupted by a hard knee to the stomach.

"Are you stupid, you old man!!! I thought you were going to marry me off to some random rich family, and I was fine with that, but... His Fucking Michael The Great!!! Why didn't you tell me? Sniff-Sniff... Because of you I missed my chance to talk to the man every woman in the world dreams about. Sniff"

The old man wanted to say something, but when he saw his grandson collapsed in an armchair crying, he didn't know what to say.

"Because of you! Stupid, senile, old, stinking grandpa! Why didn't you tell me earlier! I was so shocked when I saw him that I didn't say anything. Ahhhhh, and he frowned at me. I don't want to live anymore!! I'm a disgrace to young girls all over the world. Stupid old man! When Michael saw me in those dresses, he thought I was a whore. Senile! If... If you'd told me beforehand. At least I would have worn my long white dress and... and maybe I could have had a few sentences with him. I hate you!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!"

As the old man was thinking how to calm his granddaughter down, he listened to what she was saying and realized that he still did not understand the world of young girls. But he didn't get a chance to feel sorry for his mistake because his grandson suddenly jumped on him and started plucking his beard.

Meanwhile, Michael sneaked away and hailed a taxi on his own, texting his private driver that he was already on his way home.

After giving the taxi driver directions to where he lived, the driver turned his head in surprise to see that the passenger was Michael. After a few classic lines, Michael finally managed to convince the driver and went to the airport.

---- Later the same day

"Can you get me the alcohol I bought today, Albert?"

The old white-haired butler named Albert suspiciously paused in his work to look at Michael's profile overlooking the city.

Albert knew that his master was allergic to alcohol, and so when he heard these words, a crazy possibility came to his mind. A possibility he wouldn't even dare to say.

Albert was about to put this possibility out of his mind and follow orders when it occurred to him that his master hadn't smiled in almost a couple of years. The only time he ever smiled a little was when he was lazily sitting at home, reading a novel on his phone.

When he had first started to serve Michael, Michael had spent every waking moment with a perverted look on his face, thinking about how he was going to get richer. The more Albert thought about it, the more out of place he became.
