If you like this work of mine, than pls gi check out the better version of this on my account, it's a lot more depicted so you know how the moves actually look and what they do (i really didn't explain it good in this book) "yuo" also doesn't say a hole lot of cringy stuff (when i started the book i was in phase...urgh) i know i ask you guy's so much, but please humor me this once.
