Wandering in Omniverse

Ch – 54

Jason shook his head. "Nope. You guys will stay here and improve your strength... And if you guys will be in Glory City, then I'll have a reason to come back as early as possible."

The girls furrowed their brows, looking at him with complicated expressions.

"But..."

Jason smiled and caressed their faces, looking at the three of them. "Now now... be obedient. With how happy I'm here with you guys and everyone, I also don't want to leave but I still have to... After all, I still have some things to achieve."

The girls looked very reluctant, a little sad. In the end, they sighed with Xiao Ning'er taking the lead in speaking.

"Then you've to promise something."

"What?"

"Next time, you will take us with you. It doesn't matter where you go, we'll follow you. Since we're yours, we want to be beside you."

"Hehe... I promise." Jason smiled at them before an evil smirk crossed his face. "How will I be able to abandon my three little minxs?~"

The girls smiled and licked their lips, jumping on him and pushing him down.

For the next few hours, the faint sound of moans and flesh hitting flesh sounds echoed in Jason's mansion as he enjoyed his time with the three of them, exhausted them completely.

Ye Ziyun and Xiao Ning'er saw him in action for the first time as he made a mess of Huyan Lanruo, being rough with her just the way she liked.

'Now these three are down. It is finally time to move to my favorite... How can I leave before meeting Big Sis Yang Xin?~'

Jason put the three girls on the bed before leaving for the Alchemist Association.

The entire day was spent with girls and it was already late evening...

Yang Xin was sitting in his office, lost in thoughts. Looking outside the window, she sighed lightly.

'Why? Why can I not focus on my work? Why is he on my mind?... He is... so close to me that day if I should have... damn, I am thinking about it again...'

Since that day, Yang Xin couldn't forget about Jason when he was just a few millimeters away from kissing her. She was both frustrated with her lack of confidence that day and shyness, thinking about the events if she had taken that step.

"Big Sis Yang Xin~... you seem to be very busy~..."

Suddenly at that moment, the voice that was echoing in her mind, sounded in her office, startling her.

Looking ahead, she saw Jason leaning against the door, looking at her with a smile.

Watching the face that was giving her trouble sleeping, her face flushed red.

"W-What are you... doing here?" She asked, troubled in completing a sentence.

Jason smiled and flashed in front of her, sitting opposite to her.

"I'm here to check on Big Sis. You never came to pay a visit since last time. So, I'm worried for your health."

"I... I'm fine," Yang Xin replied, regaining control of her emotions. Smiling sweetly, she continued. "Little brother is so sweet being worried for me~"

"Want to have a drink with me then?" Jason showed a pot in his hand and asked.

"Oh? Little brother is asking me out?... Hehe... you always reject my offer before."

"So, it's a no then..."

"Nope. I'm in. Let's move to the courtyard." Yang Xin giggled and the duo walked out.

The sky darkened as Jason and Yang Xin were sitting on the stone table in the courtyard.

Jason filled another cup of wine from the jar for both of them.

"Little brother, I can't believe that you have this ability, this wine is really…. peerless without equal! The wine I drank in the past is just garbage!" Yang Xin took a small sip and then closed his eyes feeling intoxicated, already a little drunk.

Jason smiled and said. "Then I will gift two pots to Big Sis to drink later."

"Hehe... you really spoil me~" She giggled with a slight blush.

"What kind of world is beyond Glory City? Ever since birth, I, Yang Xin, have grown up in Glory City. The furthest I've gone is to some ruins tens of miles away. Like a caged bird, this life is so boring!" Suddenly, Yang Xin lamented gazing at the sky.

Taking a look at Yang Xin, Jason's gaze shifted to the distant sky and said, "Outside Glory City, there's the St. Ancestral Mountains. The St. Ancestral Mountains stretches for thousands of miles, with two tribes still luckily surviving. Further out of the St. Ancestral Mountains, to the east, would be the Endless Desert, in the west there are barren lands, plains, Toxic Forest, and a lot of other places. All of those places still have people surviving. There are demon beasts everywhere in the Divine Continent. There are even dozens of continents beyond the Divine Continent."

Yang Xin sighed at the insignificance of humans. In this vast world, they're trapped in this small Glory City and are struggling to survive.

"To the vast world, cheers..." Yang Xin raised her head and gulped the entire cup in one go. "I, Yang Xin, am an orphan. I suffered all kinds of ridicule when I was a child and slowly climbed my way up to my current position. What did I rely on? Appearance? Wrong, I relied on strength! Until now, those men who competed with me, which one of them is not convinced?"

"For big sister Yang's strength, cheers!"

"This Director of the Alchemist Association position that I have sat on, there have been many people eyeing it, but I still sat on it firmly. But so what? I have acquaintances all over the world, but no one understands my heart!" Yang Xin bitterly smiled and drank another cup, "I have fought for my entire life, but found out that everything is so meaningless."

Jason smiled and put his hand on hers as he laughed. "Big sister Yang Xin, don't you still have me?"

Jason was always aware of her loneliness just as Yang Xin could also feel the same feeling from him from time to time.

The world was just like this, filled with selfish and self-centered people. And that's why so many people in the world are lonely in their hearts.

"Haha, little brother Nie Li, having those words of yours, big sister Yang is satisfied..." Yang Xin charmingly smiled.

The two of them drank till late into the night.

In Yang Xin's room, Jason escorted Yang Xin to the bed.

"When I was born... my king wasn't... born, by the time... my king was born... I was old..." Yang Xin mumbled in her drunk state.

Despite having a gifted physique and a high alcohol tolerance, Jason's wine was in no way comparable to any cheap one. Let alone her even Ye Mo would find himself drunk after drinking his wine.

Hearing her words, Jason smiled lightly. Putting her on the bed and watching her lying on the bed, Jason caressed her cheek. "I don't think so, Big Sis~... In the end, age is just a number for people like us. I'll never leave you alone even if you try to push me."

Saying that, he placed a kiss on her forehead and stood up, ready to leave.

But just then, something stopped him in his tracks.
