Ch 28 – Offer
Jason smiled, "You've made a great choice."
Zhou Weiqing raised his head curiously and grabbed the corner of Jason's shirt, asking.
"Master, what is a Saint Lands? Why I have never heard about them?"
"Haha, with how weak you're right now, and the small size of Heavenly Bow Empire, how was you supposed to learn about the Saint Land, my little devil~?" Jason patted his head and explained. "The Five Great Saint Lands are basically just the five top strongest groups of Heavenly Jewel Masters. Those guys are so self-righteous that they have given their names to themselves... If one is strong enough and has a group of powerful Heavenly Jewel Masters then they can also form a Saint Land. It's all come down to your strength!"
Long Shiya listened to his words and nodded his head, adding. "Your Master is right. Even though you're currently weak but with your potential, you will definitely face them one day... The only thing that you require in this world is Strength! Just look at me, except for one person, nobody in this world can compete with me!"
Long Shiya looked proud and smug about it, his belly jiggling.
"Haha, but isn't there me now too?" Jason raised his eyebrow and took a sip.
"Ugh!..." Long Shiya's face resembled a person who had a fly stuck in his throat. He rubbed his head sheepishly and laughed. "Yeah, I almost forgot about you. But do you really have to speak it like that...?"
Jason's words destroyed Long Shiya's smug and proud facial expression, bringing him, back to reality.
"Haha..." Jason laughed at his comments and patted Zhou Weiqing's head, rubbing his hair.
"Even though this old guy is funny but he is really one of the strongest Heavenly Jewel Masters in the World. If you want to ask for advice, you can also turn to him..."
"Yes, Master," Zhou Weiqing nodded his head with a serious expression before muttering.
"But he still lost to you in one move...?"
His words caused Long Shiya's facial muscles to twitch, slightly dissatisfied. But it's also true that he lost so he couldn't deny it anyway. He could only swallow it down and sighed, shaking his head.
"Haha... your master is much stronger than him and that's why I win very easily. If we were at the same level, then the fight would not have ended in the same way.
"Ohh..."
Long Shiya smiled and felt satisfied. He knew the other party was strong but by that sentence, he saved some face for the fatty...
Xiao Ning'er was caressing the little tiger when her brows furrowed slightly. She raised her head and said. "It seems some of your friends are in danger. Want me to lend them a hand?"
"Ah, sure," Jason smiled at her. "Bring them here after you saved them. They will be valuable if we want to form a Saint Land. Even though their strength is not great but their skills are decent."
Xiao Ning'er nodded her head and flew away, leaving the tent, and disappearing in a second.
"Why bother saving some weaklings?" Long Shiya muttered.
Jason smiled and said. "Well, one of them is a dear customer of mine. It will be pretty bad if he dies here, you see."
"Customer?" Long Shiya tilted his head in confusion.
Zhou Weiqing jumped up and said excitedly. "Master has a restaurant back in our kingdom. And the dishes he cooked are really delicious. You should try it too, old man."
"Then I will try it in the future." Long Shiya smiled at the little guy before he turned to Jason who just shrugged his shoulder and replied.
"Well, a few of my girls are pursuing the art of culinary so I'm just helping them in my free time."
"Is there such a path...?" Long Shiya was dumbfounded.
"There are all sorts of paths, big man. Yours are just one of many... It didn't matter which path you pursued since all of them led to one destination. The Dao of Martial Arts!" Jason spoke in a solemn voice.
His words contained the wisp of Dao of wisdom as they shook the old man's wind, clearing up the clouds of doubt, and enhancing his state of mind.
He stared at Jason in a daze, realizing that every action of this seemingly young man held an opportunity for him. He was getting excited to look at the Saint Land that he was planning to create...
They chatted happily until they saw Xiao Ning'er leading a group of people behind her. She resumed her position beside Jason, she resembled a beauty that couldn't be tainted by the mortal world at all.
Luo Ke Di who was following everyone raised his head and cried out in shock when his eyes landed on Jason.
"Huh?... W-What are you doing here?"
Jason smiled and waved at him happily. "Ah, Drunken Luo, I never thought I would get to meet you here. Come, come, have a seat."
Hua Feng glanced at Luo Ke Di who silently whispered something into his ear and the former's eyes sparked with a sharp light.
"Hello, My name is Nie Li. It's nice to meet you all." Jason smiled at everyone and introduced himself. "So, you guys are the infamous Heavenly Bow Unit of the Heavenly Bow Empire."
Hua Feng and others instantly tensed up, feeling a shiver running down their spine. They quickly raised their guards and yet their body language was very relaxed, prepared for the worst.
Jason nodded his head and laughed. "No need to be so cautious. If I really had any intention to harm you, I wouldn't have asked my wife to save your life. There is something I would like to discuss with you guys something very important."
Hua Feng stared at Jason and saw his relaxed smile. He sighed and walked over, taking a seat opposite to him. "Since you're aware of our unit's identity then I can presume that you are also aware of my identity."
"Hua Feng, the current leader of the Heavenly Bow Unit, also known as 'Ultimate Assassin'!" Jason filled a cup of wine for him and passed it to Hua Feng who tensed up a little before sighing and taking a sip of it.
"So, what does you want from us...?" Hua Feng asked nervously.
Jason smiled, his eyes glinting with a excited light. "I want you guys to join me and help me in rebuilding a sect!"
