Chapter Fourteen: Villains Appear Simultaneously

At Connors' house, there was a sense of urgency. "There is no time anymore," Connors said, looking at the green potion in his hand with determination. "Forgive me, Peter."

Meanwhile, at the Osborn Building, Alexei Sisevich, a strong man from the Bear Gang, was brought over by people from Osborn Industries. His gang was obsessed with money and power. That morning, representatives from Osborn Industries approached him, promising him immense strength, along with everything else he desired. Believing them, Alexei followed them to the Osborn Building.

"When will I get the power you speak of?" Alexei, not known for his patience, asked impatiently.

"Don't worry, Mr. Alexei," replied the leader calmly. "Since Osborn Industries has agreed to your request, you will naturally agree to ours. The experiment will start soon, so please be patient." In the leader's eyes, Alexei was merely a volunteer for the experiment, fully aware that the risk of serious injury or death was present at any moment.

But Alexei didn't consider the consequences. Instead, he frowned and nodded. "That's fine; I can't wait long."

"Thank you for your patience. Until the experiment is completed, Osborn Industries will cover all your daily necessities, and all expenses will be borne by the corporation."

On the other side of the building, MacDonald Gargan, a private eye in a black fur coat, was also present. Hired by Osborn Industries, he came to try out a powerful set of armor. His business wasn't doing well, so he accepted the commission without hesitation. After all, he was just trying out armor, not participating in any human experiments.

Elsewhere, in an abandoned factory used by the Maggia Gang for secret transactions, a younger member informed a man in a black suit, "Head, the person has been found."

"Very good," said the man in the suit as he exited the car, extinguishing his cigarette upon the ground. As he entered the factory, he saw a man tied to a chair.

"Did you secretly tell the Devil Gang the route of my goods?" he demanded. Everyone in the underworld knew that the Maggia Gang and the Devil Gang were sworn enemies, yet this man had betrayed them.

"Joseph Harrow! I've seen the power of Mr. Negative. It's not something ordinary people can fight against. Let's surrender before it's too late!" said the brave man on the chair, showing no fear of Hammerhead, the feared gang leader.

Surprisingly, Joseph untied the man's ropes, placed his pistol into the former captive's hand, and pointed the barrel at his own head.

"In my eyes, the Demon Gang is nothing. As long as I want to, I can go directly to their lair and smash Mr. Negative's head inside!" As the killing intent in Joseph's eyes grew stronger, the man panicked and pulled the trigger several times. "Bang bang bang!" I saw there was no scar on Joseph's forehead, and terror had already filled the man's face. "You really are a monster!" Joseph grabbed the man's shoulders and slammed his own head into the man's, causing the man's head to gush blood. "Ahhh!!" The man's screams echoed throughout the factory. Joseph threw the man on the ground expressionlessly and said to the younger members around him, "Get rid of him, don't let him die too easily." "Yes, Head!" The surrounding members were all terrified by Joseph's fearsome side. They had only heard the rumors but didn't expect them to be true.

In the gloomy alley, a man wearing a windbreaker and a hat was hiding. No one could see what he looked like, and he seemed to be avoiding something. His name was Ed Ryan Toomes, and he was originally an electronic engineer. His dream was to fly in the sky and look down on the earth, but he couldn't realize it due to insufficient funds. Later, he asked for help from a businessman friend, but the businessman mass-produced his flight weapon and sold it to the military. When Ed refused to agree, he was framed by his friend and imprisoned. Now he had escaped and was hiding from the police. "Hello, Mr. Edrian," a greeting suddenly came from behind Ed Ryan. Ed quickly turned around, lowering his hat and voice, "Sorry, you have the wrong person." "I'm not mistaken, Mr. Ed Ryan, an electrical engineer, who doesn't know?" Ed was caught off guard by the man's admiration. He hesitated for a while and took off his hat, revealing his old and gray face. "Who are you? What do you want?" "It's nothing. I just want to negotiate a deal with you. The deal is that you can study your invention to the fullest in the company, with the assistance of the company's employees, and when it comes time to pay, we will notify you." "Ah, almost forgot, welcome to Osborn Industries."
