"Sir…. We cannot spot any survival…. The village had been completely overruled with undeads." – said the elven knight as the group of the soldiers stared down at the village that had been completely taken over by undead virus.

"Burn it down….. BURN IT THE HELL UP!" – shouted elf capitan in fury as the soldiers began approaching the village, resulting in them getting spotted by the undeads.

The undeads began running towards the elven soldiers, but before they could reach them, the elves alongside their spirits used wind magic and fire magic to cut to shreds the undeads as well as burn them to ashes.

Some of the elven soldiers were hesitance as well as scared….. As they saw their people corpse getting destroyed by them, even causing on of the elves to puke.

"Man, up you idiots! It's not over!" – shouted the elven Capitan.

"We are going in!"

"Keep your guard up while looking around for any undeads that could be still hiding somewhere."

"After confirming that all undeads had been eradicated, we will be an throughout search of the whole place, we need to look for any clues that could point to the origin of how the plague had spread "HERE". Got it? Look out for anything that could possible do it…. Animals, food and stuff."

"Yes sir!" – replied the elven soldiers before the soldiers raided the fallen village, starting to look around in it, while also finishing off any zombie stranglers.

The Capitan entered one of the houses that were covered in scratches by the zombies.

The man took out an gem like object wrapped in the branches and put it near the food on the table….. And after the wait, the gem glowed green.

(So, it was the food… They infected the food…. And that caused the villagers to get infected…. But the question is how did they infected the food without nobody noticing.)

(This is village has its own supply of food thanks to the farming…. So, it wouldn't be for it be poisoned by the…. Wait, what if the food here that they sold was infected?!)

"Shit. I need to inform the queen." – said the Capitan as he took his device and started walking away.

The elf quickly took out his rapier and turned around, but moment later he was send flying of the house and then crushing into the opposing house.

"SHOW YOURSELF!" – shouted the Capitan at full power, getting attention of the other soldiers.

(The culprit is still in here?! Damn! If my wind spirit haven't warned me I would had died!) – though the Capitan as some of the soldiers rushed to him…. But as the rushed towards him, they tripped an hidden wire, causing an explosives to go off and blew up the elves.

The elven Capitan looked towards the explosion that had catched him off guard, but the very next moment his shadow started acting up.

The man tried protecting himself, but the spirit detected danger too late as the Hunter leaped out of shadows with her scythe impaling the man shoulder and then lifting him, swinging him above the Hunter, before then slamming down the Capitan.

The Capitan tried getting up, only to get Hunter fist showed in his mouth.

Hunter cloves changed form, revealing an gun, before moments an blast of magic was fired inside the man head, blowing up the man head off before he could do anything.

"Capitan! Are you there?!" – shouted the worried soldier that tried running through the cloud of smoke, before then getting though it and finding the corpse of the elven capitan.

However before the elf could even responded, Hunter leaped at him out of nowhere, decapitating the dwarves.

"SHIT! ITS ENEMY ATTACK!" – shouted the elven soldier.

"Where is the capitan!?"

"Fuck! Watch out! There are traps here!"

"…. I want an explanation." – said the elven general Paweł as he stared at destroyed village.

"Sir… It appears that the capitan and his men were ambushed…. And it does not look like they were fighting only zombies." – said the elven knight.

"Dammit….. LOOK AROUND! AND KEEP YOUR GUARD UP! I DON'T WANT ANY OF YOU TO FALL FOR ANOTHER TRAP LIKE THESE GUYS!"

While the elven soldiers began inspecting the destroyed village where also their previous party had went and were found wiped out, Hunter made her way away from the village and hide away before then contacting the Doctor.

"I don't get it." – said Hunter.

"Why you told me to leave the traces of the assassination as well as the traces linking to the infected food?"

"You know I could make them "disappear" completely, right? Why you told me to not to do that instead?"

"Is there any reason why you told me to leave the "leads"?"

"Simple my dear. To exploit the elven defenses weakness." – said Doctor.

"Anyway, the enemy had found already the traces?"

"Yeb. Some general kind of guy went into the village." – replied Hunter.

"Continue your part and I will go to the dragon general to inform him about our plans."

"So, we will be finally moving?" – asked the slime girl Maparapara.

"Yeb. All of the steps had been completed and now it's time to reap the spoils." – said Doctor.

"So, that plan of yours, is it working?" - asked the earth dragon general while being in the room alongside the Doctor, Maparapara as well as other high ranking figures of the earth dragon clan army.

"Yes, thank you for not attacking and instead recovering, my associate had managed to screw up the entire elven kingdom." – said Doctor.

"I don't get it." – said the tall and muscular lizardman that suddenly spoke up.

"Don't get me wrong, but I do believe that using the plague could be beneficial here, but you also told said that the elves wouldn't have problem dealing with it and make sure that the plague wouldn't spread across the entire kingdom."

"Well, simple." – said Doctor.

"They have heavy defenses and they quickly gather informations within their own kingdom, resulting in them being able to response to your attacks quiet quickly and effectively before you have an chance."

"There is also the problem that they need to build the so called tower of the cards whenever you attack."
