"So, she is now officially stuck in the same hell as us?" – said Hunter as she took off her helmet mask.

"?!"

"Wait, you are unmasking?!" – asked confused and shocked Maparapara.

"And wait, you are an girl?! I though you were an man!?"

"Oh, that was just an voice changed this guy came up with." – said Thanatos.

"Anyway, since we would be together with each other, its better if we know who we are and stuff."

"By the way, if you are wondering if I'm somebody famous like this guy, then nope. My real me is just random nobody that nobody knows about."

"I've only kept my identity secret just in case and stuff."

"Anyway, is that all the reason why you called me here for? To "get to know" her?"

"Well….. No." – said Phantasia.

"An business talk."

"And now this involves you too Maparapara, so you its better if you stay here and listen."

"?"

"Em…. Okay?" – said Maparapara as Eve walked towards her and gave her chair to sit on.

"Okay. Let me start." – said Phantasia.

"First thing first, Thanatos, do you remember about the dragon situations? Especially the one regarding the wind dragons?"

"Oh, yea, those traitors."

"?"

"Traitors?" – asked Maparapara.

"Ah…. Right, before we talk about the whole thing, I guess I need to give you informations regarding the organization." – said Phantasia before moments later he started explaining in the details the current situation, about the organization goal as well as the other factions.

He also informed the girl about the dwarves greed and the betrayal of the wind dragons.

"Huh…. You know, I kind of guessed that the churches here were somewhat bad, like in typical fantasies and stuff, since they looked too "shady" and "pure" too me…. But I guess everybody is bad?" – said Maparapara.

"Pretty much. There is nobody good here, but overall, the heaven, hell and spirits are the ones who are consider as the biggest baddies out there right now." – said Phantasia.

"Anyway, situation, situation."

"So, after the war with the dwarves had ended, the dragon alliance of the Tiamat had found out about the wind dragon betrayal alongside the organization, the situation for the wind dragon tribe didn't ended well."

"At first they tried to deny it, saying that it wasn't the wind dragon tribe unanimity decision or that there were some rouge wind dragons or some other schemes…. But after bit of investigation, the wind dragons mask was torn off and they were forced to escape."

"Not only that, they didn't cared about hiding it anymore and they showed who they were working with now."

"The goodness of the heaven, the goodness of the wind and the adventures."

"The wind dragon tribe had betrayed us and had joined forces with the heaven."

"Obviously, this betrayal and their action had caused the other members of the Tiamat alliance to go after them, alongside the darkness dragon tribe and the organization had also decided to support the hunt to make example out of the traitors."

"That is the story."

"The vampires were not asked for the help and the action that was taking place was far beyond our reach."

"Pretty much, we were told to sit this one out."

"While the dragons were waging war against the heaven and wind dragon tribe, the demons decided to show up and attack both sides at once out of a blue, securing an big hit."

"And while THIS WAS HAPPENING, the elves decided to launch their own attack as well, but not where the war was taking place, but instead on the dragon nests."

"All in order to steal the eggs of the dragons."

"In short… The situation turned chaotic."

"On the front there is an three way battle between 3 different factions slash alliances and on the back, the sneaky elves decided to attack and steal the dragon eggs."

"And so, there are currently 2 faction quest that anybody can take."

"The first quests is to join the three way war at the front."

"And the second quest is about attacking the elven kingdom, destroy it and take back the eggs."

"The vampires aren't obligated to take part in either of those wars, but there is no saying that we cannot take part in it."

"I see, so you are planning on joining the war." – said Thanatos.

"True, you do specializes in war and stuff… But with war are you even thinking about anyway?"

"The elven war." – replied Phantasia.

"There are 3 reasons."

"One, would be us getting closer to the dragon factions. Like personally."

"Two, we would be able to obtain a lot of high tier materials from the dragons and steal stuff from the elves, possible obtaining even class books and stuff. And better items means also better equipment that I can make to you all."

"And third would be us standing out "WITHIN" the organization."

"We cannot have the "Kid" always represent us and stuff, we need to be some powerful and recognizable figures within the organization in order to obtain many form of benefits, if you get what I mean."

"Hm….. This would definitely benefit us….. But there are two things I want to know." – said Thanatos.

"Why aim for the elves? And what does the "Kid" think about it?"

"Well, the "kid" doesn't care. He said he is fine with us going, since he knows he may obtain some interesting and powerful new weapons I would research for him after the mission, meaning he believes that it would benefit him."

"As for the why elves…. There is specific…. Well, few good reason why. But I don't want to reveal them yet…. However, what I can reveal is that I want to obtain the world tree wood."

"I can possible make some nasty staff using this thing."

"Still, I haven't heard your answers yet or anything… Especially you, Maparapara."

"You are just a new guy right now, so there is no reason for you to take part in the first job, so- "

"Nah. Fuck you. I'm joining in." – said the slime girl.

"You ain't having me sit this one out if I can benefit from this a lot."

"Still…. I kind of need an new armor set and weapons."

"Don't worry, I will make you some, but I will also need you to reveal some info about you." – said Phantasia.

"Specifically, how you fight, I need that kind of informations in order to understood what sort of equipment I should be making for you."

"Hm…. Fine." – replied slime girl.

And like that, we had fully recruited an brand new member to our little "group".

But obviously neither me or Thanatos trusted her fully yet… So, we are keeping an eye on her right now.

Anyway, the time went by and the preparations were going pretty well.

And then finally, the time came for us to head straight to the Mao'pa'o continent where our little elven thieves are.

Honestly, I was thinking about making myself an worship or something, but I still don't know how to make one and honestly I didn't had any time at all to bother researching how to make it…. So instead, I just rented an ship for us to go elven nation.

"Huh…. I though… I though you would take something like worship with you or something." – asked the slime girl while the group was traveling using small boat.

"Nah, it was an bad idea." – said Thanatos.

"We don't want to stand out too much until we get to the continent and we also need to keep hidden until we group up with our allies."

"Huh, so we are fighting alongside dragons, yes?" – asked slime girl.

"Well…. Yes, but no." – said Phantasia as he walked towards the slime girl.

"?"

"What does that supposed to mean?" – asked confused slime girl.

"Well…. The eggs that were stolen belongs to the earth dragon tribe and the elven forest shouldn't be problem for them…. But they were ready." – said Phantasia.

"The entire territory forest is rigged with an special barrier that would either keep the dragons out or it would weaken them if they somehow managed to break through."

"There are also a lot of monsters known as the treants and ancient treants that are guarding the forest."

"Pretty much, the enemy took special means to make sure that the earth dragons wouldn't be able to operate normally."

"The dragons, the big ones couldn't made into the forest without sustaining heavy injuries and the foot soldiers such as lizardman and dragonewts were ambushed and killed by the elven archers."

"Pretty much, the earth dragon tribe couldn't make any progress at all."

"And there is also the way the elves fight. They only aim to defend."

"An time limited mission, eh?" – asked Thanatos.

"Pretty much, yes." – said Phantasia.

"The enemy goal based on their fighting style is to keep the dragons occupied while the elves are aiming to do something with the dragon eggs."

"But the question is "what?". What are they planning to do with the dragon eggs."

"And is there reason why they aimed for the earth dragon eggs specifically?"

"Ah…. Conspiracies everywhere no matter where we look…."

"Still, even if we are not the dragons, we will be still struggling to deal with the elven defenses. Think of the forest as an giant fortress or something for the elven kind, an one that is extremely annoying and rigged with all sort of traps that are not only aimed for the dragons."

"But, I may have already an plan in mind…. An little plan that only need an approval from the "allies" in order to take action….."

"Since this thing will be one of the most nasties thing I had ever created yet."
