[VRMMO] Chaos Doctor

After finally getting through the check point, I had rode my carriages down the road and after sometime had passed, I had managed to arrive to the first city, but I obviously did not stayed there for long and instead continue traveling.

Reason? There is a city I want to reach called Baran.

Baran is one of the biggest cities in the Emberion kingdom.

The city itself and city of resources where there are countless mines, magical forest and wild monsters.

Who ever you are and from what ever you came from doesn't matter. You will always find a job here.

Not only that, but a huge amount of merchants come through this place every day.

This place is kind of like Dawn city, but well… Simple put way more upgraded version that have way more material collection locations and stuff.

And that obviously cause way more merchants to show up as well.

But not only merchants ended up coming here, but also players.

Many craftsman's as well as the merchants players set up their bases here and that obviously ended up seducing a lot of different players as well, causing this place to straight up become full on market where players often visit this place to buy necessary equipment.

Not only that, but the kingdom is located right next to the huge human kingdom of Apop where a lot of players have started this area.

A lot of people from that kingdom crossed the border only to get to this city and there is also the whole Agion kingdom destruction, causing a lot of people to migrate into different kingdoms and Emberion kingdom was obviously one of the answers.

Apparently, thanks to all these players coming in and out had caused the city to expand and grow, not only that but the kingdom itself had also funded the city in order to seize this opportunity with caused with other facts combined in the rapid progression and upgrade rate of the city to the point the whole city ended up becoming something brand new.

And I got to say, when I finally got near the city, I could straight up tell from the hill that this place was BIG.

"Wow."

"This is…. One massive city?" – said Phantasia as he observed the city Baran from the top of the hill and could easily tell that the city way bigger than he had expected.

(I mean…. I did heard that the city was already big before the players showed up, but you are telling me that because of the players and the kingdom adding more supports and funds to this place had caused this to happened?!)

(This place is way bigger than any city I have been so far!)

(Heck! Even capital cities that are usually the biggest city in the kingdom were not as big as this place!)

(Jezus!)

"…."

(Should I change destination?)

(I mean, I did expected this place to be big, but obviously not by that much!)

(And if that place is so big, then that means the number of people here will be huge…...)

"…."

"But I do want some very nice materials I could get from this place…. Shit."

"Okay. Move out. We are still heading towards the city." – said Phantasia to his maiden monsters before then starting to have the horse drag the carriages towards the city.

After sometime had passed, Phantasia found himself in the line that had formed right outside the city where he had to wait before he could even enter the settlement.

"…."

"Okay. You are good to go." – said the guard wearing full body armor.

"Thanks." – said Phantasia before entering the city alongside his 3 carriages.

Phantasia crossed the massive gate and found himself finally inside the city of Baran.

Upon arriving, he found himself in the massive streets that straight up filled to the brim with many different kind of merchants that had opened up their stalls, including the players who were also selling their own products alongside the NPCs.

"Huh."

(This place is lively, isn't it?) – though Phantasia as he looked around, spotting countless people whenever he looked.

(But not only that…. But I can see a lot of guards here…. And pretty much all of them seems to be wearing high rarity armor as well.) – though Phantasia as he was able to spot an huge number of guards just walking around everywhere or just watching people who were moving around, including Phantasia himself.

(I guess they have strengthened the city defense force not only in numbers but also in equipment.)

(However, is their level is also high?)

(There is also the thing regarding the golems… Oh there is one.) – though Phantasia as he spotted the golem controlled by the merchant who was carrying boxes of fruits for him.

(Emberion kingdom is a kingdom of mages and alchemist, so it does make sense for many mechanical inventions as well as magical created beings like golems to be here.) – though Phantasia as he waited for the mechanical bridge over the river to lower before then he ended up lowering itself and allowing him and his carriages to cross it over.

"…"

(But that also worries me.)

(The most influential organization in the whole kingdom was completely taken over and the entire story regarding the event was completely covered up?)

(Did the kingdom was also taken over completely?)

(If so, then by who?)

(Honestly, there is still no evidence or what so ever and anybody could benefit from taking over this kingdom.)

(Heaven, hell or maybe neighboring kingdoms.)

(This kingdom have resources, technology and all sort of stuff people would straight up wage wars for.)

(But if the entire kingdom have been already taken over, then why the hell only change happening were in the Rose Tower?)

(Does that mean that the kingdom is still "Free"?)

(If it wasn't, then wouldn't the kingdom already be influenced by some sort of religion or maybe absorbed by another kingdom?)

"…."

"Ah, forget it for now." – said Phantasia to himself while riding through the streets on his carriage.

(Right now, I need to focus on being Phantasia instead of the Doctor.)

(I won't probably open up a full time shop, but probably just simple one or just sell everything on the auction house instead.)

(For now, I should buy myself a property and set up a base, since I have a lot of things to test our and experiment.)

The first order of business upon arriving at the Baran was to secure a home base that I would use for my research and crafting facility.

And oh boy. Prices for the housings costed a lot and even any modification you would like to add, for example adding another floor or building a basement would cost a lot.

Yea… It kind does make sense considering how many people want to move in and stuff…. Fuck.

Well, I'm currently the riches player in the game, so I can slap people with money like nothing.

Anyway, I managed to bough a property for myself and obviously it was pricy, but it was worth it.

I also started doing the renovation works as well as adding modification so I can use this place and this time I went all out.

The building I had bough this time was much bigger than other buildings I had bough so far and I had also added way more modification.

The reason is simpler than you can image.

I just wanted to get more serios regarding my research while also starting do the whole golem crafting that I was looking forward to.

I checked for the moment the [Golem User] and the class itself… It needs special made workshop to be used.

It's not like nightmare toys creation process, but still, I got interested into the whole golem creation and want to see how much different they are from my nightmare toys.

Not only that, but I also have this [Abomination Undead] I want to test out and even the [Cursed Poison] user.

I want to test them all out already!

Anyway, I helped out with the whole construction and everything and after time went by, my new house was completed.

And I got instantly to the work.

Creating the golem was somewhat bit complicated at first, but as soon as I got hang of it, creating golems were much easier.

The test golems were quite interesting.

I could create weaker golems than my nightmare toys or stronger than them, but obviously I can create both strong and weak nightmare toys as well.

But overall, I'm satisfied, since I can use both my golems and the nightmare toys together without any problems.

However, this wasn't the main charm of the [Golem Maker].

I can make mechanical magical work machines. I can create a magical machines that does work for me. A factory!

Honestly, I did not expected it at all and I could already see some application to the whole "Golem working machines" like for alchemy and blacksmithing machines that could help me out in my work.

But then I realized something.

I could combine it with the [Chimera] and [Nightmare Monster Toys] researches! I could create an factories of the fuking monsters even without a help of the dungeon.

Holy shit…... Holy fuking motherfucking shit.

I mean, they definitely did not knew about the whole ability to produce chimeras and nightmare toys without me being directly at the scene, but holy shit I got lucky like hell.

If I level up the [Golem Maker] to the highest level and master all the skills while also understand how the golem creation even more, I could have a straight up factory of the monsters.

And if we add in the dungeon research, I'm planning to make…. Oh…. THAT WILL BE INTERESTING AND NASTY COMBINATION!

I straight up cannot wait!
