Villain Professor of Heroes

Chapter 110

Fortunately, it seems there were no separate instructions from the Department of Education or the Organization.

The switch to Team Zero had already stirred up quite a significant issue and caused a lot of administrative burdens, so it appeared they were refraining from making further changes for now.

For this year’s incoming freshmen, the plan was reportedly to educate them using the method from before the team system was introduced.

As was already clearly stated in the last bulletin, since only our current students’ year group was participating in the trial operation.

Thus, there was no need for anyone to take charge of an annoying separate team specifically composed of freshmen.

Except for a basic defense lecture for the first-year students, which required a bit of my time.

During the entrance ceremony, as usual, the entire faculty gathered at the main gate to welcome the new students.

Standing in the chilly spring breeze, I couldn’t help but recall this exact same time last year.

Back then, I was suffering from false lung disease, coughing and looking gloomy.

Then I accidentally bumped into Professor Han Min-ha due to the throng and met Yoo Hye-won, who struck me as unusually bold and forthright.

At that time, I wouldn’t have imagined my relationship with those students today.

People live long and their stories unfold.

“Why are you smiling, Professor?”

When Professor Jin asked, I shook my head while smiling.

“No, just a funny thought came to mind.”

“Did you know you’re capable of doing such a thing, Professor?”

“Excuse me?”

When I asked, confused, Professor Jin giggled and explained.

“I only mean, did you know you can get lost in strange musings and smile by yourself?”

“Ah, yes. That’s true.”

“Professor, in the year that’s passed, you’ve changed a great deal. It seems like your guidance students have had a good influence on you.”

“That seems to be the case.”

“To see Professor become so bright thanks to those good kids makes me happy too.”

I gazed mindlessly for a moment at Professor Jin’s smile.

How can someone be so pure?

Whenever I look at Professor Jin’s clear and kind eyes, I feel as though my worries vanish temporarily.

What a truly remarkable person.

“Your staring is making me feel a bit shy.”

Smiling sheepishly and turning her gaze away, Professor Jin called out to the freshmen with a slightly stern tone.

“Tsk! You all, don’t take random pictures!”

Looking back, I saw many students whispering in a group and pointing their cell phones at me. There seemed to be even more this year.

Probably because I’m the adviser for the famous Yoo Hye-won and Professor Han Min-ha who were once celebrities in the media.

While some people might enjoy and like such attention, I’m not one of them.

I don’t particularly like drawing excessive attention from others unnecessarily.

It’s one of the reasons I joined Sikrito.

Still, those students who do this will disappear in about a month anyway.

When they’re hit with a pipe or get a few shots of rubber bullets during the basic defense lecture, they’ll regain their senses soon enough.

It’s not really something to worry about too much.

That was what I thought.

But it turned out I was wrong.

Or more accurately, I had neglected one of the most critical factors.

“Hye-won student, do you intend on following me up to the lecture hall?”

“Unwilling?”

While trailing behind me, Hye-won repeated my question.

“Well, it’s not that I’m unwilling, but your entrance into the lecture may cause some complications. There’s also how others may view it.”

“Wouldn’t the senior students giving the juniors an example be a good thing? What’s wrong with coming along with the tutor? People will just think you’re a guidance student.”

“While I agree with the latter point, I cannot agree with the first. There’s nowhere in my curriculum where it mentions using students as assistants.”

“You can adjust that depending on the situation. Anyway, come on, let’s go—we’re running late.”

Before I knew it, Yoo Hye-won was gently shoving me into the lecture building.

Her ability to intrude on lectures like this is only possible because of the team system. Unlike other year groups that strictly follow a schedule, the second year students, who Yoo Hye-won belongs to, can operate relatively freely under the discretion of their professor, similar to university students.

Originally, this period was scheduled for my lecture, and I’d given the students some assignments. But Yoo Hye-won went ahead and left them voluntarily.

“Hye-won student, there’s one thing I must ask you to promise.”

Just before entering the lecture hall, I pulled her aside to the corner of the corridor.

“What?”

“If you really want to follow me, alright—I permit it. You are an exemplary student among the freshmen, after all. But that’s all.”

“Hm? What is it?”

“Please refrain from unnecessary words or actions. Just stay still.”

Yoo Hye-won smiled as she cupped my cheeks with both her hands.

“Understood. Give me a kiss, though, and I’ll keep quiet.”

“…”

Confirming there were no witnesses around, I reluctantly gave her a very slight kiss.

“Hm. We’ll continue the rest during the break.”

“Alright, then let’s get in.”

The freshmen, seated in the lecture hall, started murmuring and looking at each other after Yoo Hye-won’s unexpected entrance.

Yoo Hye-won is the most famous student among the upperclassmen. Not only does she come from an impressive family background but she has excelled every semester as top of her class, not to mention her outstanding looks—she’s a flawless star in every external aspect.

Standing arrogantly near the podium with her arms crossed, Yoo Hye-won flashed her trademark mischievous smile.

“Hello, juniors. I’m Yoo Hye-won, and I’m here to assist our professor. I assume you all know who I am?”

Before she cut me off mid-sentence and began her self-introduction, I knew it was coming.

“Hye-won student, I was about to…”

“Wow! Sister! I’m your fan!”

Trying to stop her, Hye-won was quicker. The students’ reactions overwhelmed me. They’d only been glancing around during the lecture until this moment, but she broke the ice.

When you’re face to face with a famous blonde would-be hero, how could anyone in this age group not be enthusiastic?

Thus, I was left silently waiting while Hye-won smiled and the students cheered enthusiastically.

Yoo Hye-won… I really need to lecture her once class is over.

Finally, after the lecture ended, I immediately looked for Yoo Hye-won, but the student who was near the podium just moments ago had vanished from the lecture hall.

Where could she have gone?

Stepping out into the corridor, I spotted her standing in the corner, her back turned.

Her blonde hair stood out starkly against the sea of black among the students.

As I approached, I noticed several female students bowing deeply before her. They had their hands clasped together in a very respectful posture.

In stark contrast, Yoo Hye-won stood there with both arms crossed and leaning on one leg—an extremely defiant stance.

What is she doing…? Is she reprimanding the freshmen? Why?

“Hand over your phones.”

When Yoo Hye-won motioned with her fingers, the students hesitantly pulled out their phones.

Could she possibly be extorting them…?

Upon seizing the phones, Yoo Hye-won promptly entered the photo albums and started deleting all the pictures.

Finally, I stepped in and stopped her by grabbing her wrist.

“Hye-won student, what are you doing?”

“Eh? Professor, when did you come?”

“What are you doing taking the phones of the freshmen?”

“Oh, this?”

Yoo Hye-won handed me the phone casually as though it were nothing.

In the photo album, several pictures of me during the lecture were discovered.

“I was just deleting the candid photos of the professor.”

“Hmm…”

It’s unclear if I should commend her for this or immediately demand she return the phones.

Regardless, Yoo Hye-won proceeded to snatch each phone, erasing all the taken photos of me.

“Since the professor is already taken, don’t entertain any wrong ideas. Focus on your studies. Got it?”

“Yes, sister….”

“Sister? Did you all smash your heads into a mental barrier? Don’t you call me ‘senior’? And show some respect when speaking to your senior!”

“Understood, Senior!”

“Your voice sounds too weak.”

“Understood, Senior!!”

Watching the freshmen shouting desperately, a satisfied smile finally crept onto Yoo Hye-won’s face.

“Go ahead.”

“Sorry, Senior! We’ll be more careful!”

“Good.”

As the students left, Yoo Hye-won turned to me with exaggerated blinking.

“Why are you staring?”

“I have so much to say but I don’t know where to start.”

“Hmm, then shall we finish what we were doing earlier?”

Yoo Hye-won dragged me into the ladies’ restroom by the arm.

Once inside and locking the toilet stall, she immediately kissed me.

“Wait, this is…”

“If you start screaming, it’ll sound like some perverted professor trying to assault a student in a bathroom.”

At this absurd threat, I just chuckled.

“Finish what you were doing earlier. And then we can talk.”

“Then let’s do that…”

A little later…

“Ah, I’m dizzy…”

Exiting the restroom, Yoo Hye-won leaned shakily against the wall in the hallway.

“Are you alright?”

“Would I be okay after sucking and biting for thirty minutes?”

She snapped back, though her swollen lips softened as she mumbled in a dazed state.

“But it was amazing. How about you, Professor?”

“I also enjoyed it.”

I had intended to lecture Yoo Hye-won shortly after the end of the class, but looking into her heart-filled eyes made me forget everything.

Recently, the mental barrier hasn’t been working properly.

“Alright then, let’s go back. The kids must be waiting.”

“Right. Let’s.”

“Professor, don’t get the wrong idea.”

Stopping a few steps later, Yoo Hye-won glanced up at me.

“Don’t mistake me for a rag.”

“I’ve never made such a misunderstanding.”

“Would you really hate it if I just let you touch my breasts or kiss you and you thought I was just a rag?”

“I didn’t do that.”

“Hehe, then that’s settled. Let’s go.”

As we made our way out of the lecture building towards the training ground where the students were practicing, Han Min-ha screamed as she ran towards us.

“Hye-won, why is your lip so swollen? Did someone hit you?!”

“Or am I that sort of person?”

“…”

Smiling, I gently nudged Yoo Hye-won and Han Min-ha into the training ground.

“Let’s go in. From today on, we’re starting some truly challenging and tough training.”
