Chapter 2: Worst Betrayal
Cynthia's Point of View
I realized I wasn't dreaming when I heard Victor and Amanda laughing as they kissed. This wasn't a nightmare, but the brutal reality of my life, a reality I've never faced in my entire existence.
I felt the tears welling up, but I forced myself to hold them back. Amanda was my friend; I considered her to be my sister. I shared everything with her and she was doing this to me.
Victor promised me the world; he said he loved me, only to shatter my heart into millions of pieces. Why are they doing this to me?
I didn't have the strength to watch them kissing, moaning, and touching each other. I didn't have the strength to shout or yell... The pain was suffocating me, stealing my breath.
With the little strength I had, I turned, and I was about to leave the room, but Victor let go of Amanda. He grabbed my arms and pushed me to the floor. I fell, a sharp pain cutting through my body.
"Oh, my dear friend… You are such a fool, you know? Couldn't you see what was happening right in front of you.. "Amanda's lips curled up into a sarcastic smile.
My words got stuck in my throat. I couldn't utter a word. I felt too shocked, too drained, my heart shattered.
Victor threw papers on the ground where I was, and they fell right in front of me. "Sign these papers? "His tone was icy, void of any emotions...
My world crumbled, leaving only darkness. The love I had in my heart turned into dust, leaving only sorrows...
"Don't be so shocked, Cynthia... He only married you for your money… Once you finish signing these papers, we are going to kill you, and no one will know what has happened to you because no one knows you even got married... Just sign the papers, and we will kill you, send my regards to God... " Amanda's tone filled with nothing but sarcasm...
I couldn't recognize the woman who was in front of me. She was not my friend. My friend wouldn't do such a thing to me, would she?
I sucked in a sharp breath as Victor pulled the trigger off his gun. He knelt at my level, and he pointed it at my head. The surrounding room started spinning, and beads of sweat trickled down my forehead...
The only image that came to my mind was Anna. I couldn't die and leave her alone. She was my little sister. She was all alone. What will happen to her if I die?
"I'll sign the papers... Just please don't kill me... "I stammered, gasping for air.. I can't leave my sister alone in this cruel world... I can give away all my wealth for her.
"Sign these papers before I decide to shoot you," Victor said, his tone cold.
With my trembling hands, I picked up the paper and the pen, and I signed all the papers. Tears fell out of my eyes like rain, washing away all my hopes...
"Now, I want you to watch how I make love to your friend... Maybe I might change my mind and not kill you... You know. " Victor said sternly.
I felt numb. I felt absolutely nothing except emptiness...
I sat in the same position, not moving as I watched them, moaning, Cumming, and bouncing on each other...
I've always thought that when someone goes through so much pain they would scream, shout, or yell but I couldn't do any of that, I just sat there, tears streaming down my face...
This was the worst betrayal I've ever experienced in my entire life...
My friend and the man I love have betrayed me in the worst possible way. Heartbreak wrapped around me like a suffocating shroud...
I will make them pay for this. They better not leave me alive because I was going to make them feel just like how I was feeling right now...
It was too much to bear; it was too painful that I was now feeling numb...
When they finished their lovemaking, Victor stood in front of me, a smirk on his lips holding a gun...
He pointed it right at my chest, he pulled the trigger, and the gunbullet hit me right in the chest...
The sudden impact caused me to collapse on the ground, a burning pain ripped through my side. I doubled over, gasping, my vision blurring. Warmth spread, soaking my wedding dress.
Everything was starting to fade. I couldn't stay away. I could see them laughing out loud as they looked at me. Their laughter felt like music to a horror movie I never wanted to watch...
Anna's face flushed in my head. I was dying, leaving my sister behind...
I wish I hadn't met Victor or Amanda. I wish I had stayed away from them, but regret
