Chapter 23 Peerless Master
"Are you not coming out yet?" Lin Hai's cold voice was like eternal chill, suddenly altering the atmosphere and making the black assassin hiding under the bathtub feel a surge of terror.
"An expert, definitely a top-tier expert." The black assassin thought to himself, being among the top thirty assassins in the Black Restricted Zone ranking, he acknowledged his opponent must be stronger than himself.
"Damn, how did I encounter this situation, which one on the Black Restricted Zone ranking is this Chinese man? Could it be the Legendary one, rumored to be Eastern..." The black assassin sighed inwardly, planning to confront his opponent with a formidable stance.
But Lin Hai's next words almost made him spit blood.
"Ah, looks like my wife really isn't here." Lin Hai's tone once again became frivolous and lazy.
"Damn, I was almost tricked into exposing myself, he was just pretending to scare his wife, how embarrassing, repeatedly losing my composure in front of this Huaxia man, if this gets out, I guess I, Lubis from the Body Shredder, will be laughed at."
The black assassin Lubis shook his head internally, deciding to train more rigorously after completing this mission.
Just as the black assassin felt relieved from alternating emotions caused by Lin Hai, he suddenly sensed a killing intent emanating from above the bathtub.
"What the hell is happening?" Without time to think further, Lubis quickly moved his body, and in an instant, his previous hiding spot was smashed through.
"So strong." Lubis no longer hid; he leaped out of the bathroom and stood inside Ouyang Xiaoya's room, revealing his dark, sturdy muscles, scanning coldly, yet he noticed the Chinese man seemed to have vanished into thin air. This version is sourced from MV3L3MPYR.
"Hehe, not too shabby." Lin Hai's clapping sound came from behind Lubis, startling him to quickly turn around.
Lubis saw Lin Hai, exuding an air of indolence, leisurely clapping, his eyes gleamed with a playful smile looking at him.
Extremely vigilant, Lubis tentatively asked Lin Hai, "Who exactly are you?"
"Body Shredder, Lubis, ranked twenty-ninth among the Black Restricted Zone assassins, immensely strong, known for being able to tear a living person apart with his arms, the strength of his fists could shatter a person's entire body, but his weakness is relatively poor agility, and his left eye has slight vision issues, not adept with weaponry." Lin Hai did not answer directly but casually recited the data from his mind.
Lin Hai's seemingly casual words stirred massive turmoil in Lubis' heart.
The opponent knew everything about him, including his weaknesses, such highly confidential information in the Black Restricted Zone should not be accessible so easily.
Who exactly is this Chinese man?
He knew nothing about the other party, yet the opponent was very familiar with him.
Moreover, for some reason, Lubis felt that this seemingly lazy and decadent Chinese man was extremely dangerous, as if he represented a natural and fearful threat.
Such a feeling is not common among ordinary people, but those who often navigate life and death realize that the chilling aura inadvertently emanating from Lin Hai could make even top experts retreat in fear.
"Who exactly are you!" Lubis' dark cheeks tensed, his muscles tightened, in a highly alert state.
"Heh, does a dead man need to know who I am?" Lin Hai laughed as he lit a cigarette, his demeanor relaxed as if the twenty-ninth ranked super assassin from the terrifying Black Restricted Zone was no different to him from a three-year-old child.
In Lubis's eyes, such an attitude was a contempt and provocation towards him. As an expert, he harbored a sense of pride and dignity that absolutely did not tolerate an unidentified Chinese man challenging his honor.
"No matter who you are, today you will die here, die by my hand, Chinese." Lubis said, his eyes revealing a bloodthirsty and cruel intent to kill.
Lin Hai seemed to hear the biggest joke, letting out a light laugh: "Heh, just with you? Worthy to say you'll kill me?"
"Although I'm injured and can only exert 60% of my strength at most, it's more than enough to kill a minor character like you." Lin Hai flicked ash off his cigarette, laughing as he spoke.
"Damn, to say that he can easily kill someone while only being able to use 60% of his strength due to injuries, it's too disrespectful, unforgivable." The black assassin Lubis was extremely furious inside, his pride and dignity as an expert being challenged repeatedly by the detestable Chinese man in front of him.
"I swear, you will absolutely regret the words you just said. The name 'Body Shredder' will make you pay the most terrible price, Chinese man!" Lubis's rage had clouded his mind, it was the first time he so desperately wanted to kill someone, and that person was Lin Hai, who stood smoking and flicking ash, making faces at him.
"Big talk," Lin Hai sneered, and this gesture nearly made Lubis lose control again.
"You are very confident, Chinese, but we, the dark-skinned race, are the most powerful in individual combat in the world. I will make you understand this truth, and to understand this, it will cost your own blood and life." Lubis smiled cruelly.
After saying these words, Lubis suddenly moved. He was like a cannonball, with a terrifying speed that was unimaginable, bringing a whistling wind as he rushed towards Lin Hai. His hands, strengthened by special training and incredibly powerful, aimed to grab Lin Hai's head and tear it apart in one go.
"Hmph, sharp-tongued Chinese man, you will experience absolute agony. I will tear you apart, and then kill your wife Ouyang Xiaoya, to make you understand the price of challenging an expert."
"Weak Chinese, hmph, frail body, superficial aura, daring to challenge the mighty Lubis."
Lubis was full of confidence. Although he couldn't see through the guy in front of him, he absolutely didn't believe that such a lethargic and frail-looking Easterner could possess any terrible power.
In his eyes, Lin Hai was just a trickster; Chinese people seemed to like playing mysterious, but in reality, they didn't have any real skills.
With a bang, Lubis felt his hands grabbed onto something, and he was immediately overjoyed.
"Haha, wretched Chinese, indeed playing tricks. Next, I will tear you into pieces, to wash away the disgrace I just suffered." Lubis felt reassured, regarding Lin Hai with disdain and contempt.
However, when he was about to exert force with his hands, it was as if he had grabbed onto Okazaka. His hands, capable of tearing through steel, could not move an inch.
"Damn, what happened?" Lubis was shocked.
Lin Hai's voice slowly rose in his ears, with a depth and disdain: "Your speed is decent; it's enough to deal with ordinary people. If you encounter anyone from the top 20 of Black Restricted Zone, you'd certainly be defeated."
Lubis raised his head, took a sharp breath in, his eyes widened, his dark face showing an expression of incomprehensible fear and disbelief as he exclaimed, "Impossible!"
He saw that his hands did indeed touch something, but it wasn't that he had grabbed Lin Hai; instead, Lin Hai was using just two fingers to hold his powerful hands.
Just two fingers had disabled the strongest part of his body from attacking. What terrifying skill was this!
Lubis was profoundly terrified!
