Phantasy
I felt a warm presence stir me from the heavy grip of sleep. My mind was foggy, and for a moment, I didn’t realize where I was. Damn, I must’ve slept like a rock, considering how close I’d been to Liliam all night. I pushed myself off the hard floor and sat up, trying to shake off the remnants of exhaustion.
Then, I noticed it—a figure near the fireplace.
A naked figure.
My head whipped around toward the bed, but it was empty.
“Wha—” I began to say, my pulse quickening as I turned back toward the figure. And that’s when I saw her—Liliam. Her amber eyes were glowing, captivating and fierce, pulling me in with a magnetic intensity that sent shivers coursing down my spine. Her desire was almost tangible, radiating off her in waves. In that instant, I was completely lost, unable to look away.
The air around us felt thick, dreamlike, as though I was trapped in some kind of trance. I questioned if this was real. Was this really happening, or had I slipped into some fevered hallucination?
“Liliam—” I tried to speak, to make sense of it, but she silenced me with a soft press of her finger against my lips. The moment her skin touched mine, my body responded instinctively, and whatever resistance I thought I had crumbled. She straddled me effortlessly, her body warm and intoxicating as it settled against mine.
I struggled to think, to reason, but the heat between us clouded everything. Every inch of her was pressed against me, her warmth seeping into my skin, her scent—blackberries and something purely her—overwhelming my senses. Her hands slid down my shoulders, tracing the length of my arms, and the sensation was electric, sending jolts of raw, untamed energy through me. A deep, primal growl escaped my lips before I could stop it.
I couldn’t resist her. I didn’t want to.
Her touch was soft, yet commanding, sending me spiraling into a haze of desire. My hands moved on their own, exploring her body, feeling the smoothness of her skin, the way she trembled under my fingers. I pressed my lips to her neck, kissing and biting, savoring the sweetness of her flesh. Each kiss, each bite pulled me deeper into her, drowning me in a need that was all-consuming.
A low growl rumbled from deep in my chest as I buried my face in the curve of her neck, my teeth grazing her skin just enough to make her shiver. Her fingers tangled in my hair, pulling me closer, urging me to keep going. The heat between us was unbearable, like a fire burning out of control, and with every touch, every breath, the flames grew higher. I needed more—more of her, more of everything.
My hands roamed her body, tracing the curves of her hips, her waist, every inch of her like she was crafted just for me. Her skin burned beneath my fingertips, and I could feel her trembling, her breath hitching with each movement. A soft moan escaped her lips, and that sound—it was enough to unravel me completely. My blood roared in my ears, my senses overtaken by her.
Her hands gripped the back of my neck, pulling me even closer as she settled fully onto my lap. We were both bare, skin against skin, and the anticipation between us built to the point of being unbearable. The tension, the need—it was all-consuming, and I was losing myself to it.
She held my gaze, her amber eyes dark with need, reflecting the same primal desire that was burning inside me. I couldn’t hold back anymore. The moment our bodies joined, it was as if electricity surged through me, lighting every nerve on fire. My wolf surged forward, a primal growl escaping me as I lost myself in the sensation of her warmth, her closeness. She arched her back, tightening around me, and I had to fight with everything in me to maintain control.
Our eyes locked as we moved together, perfectly in sync, like we were two parts of a whole. Every movement, every touch, was charged with a connection so deep, so intense, that it felt like we were the only two beings in existence. Time slowed, leaving us suspended in this perfect moment, and I never wanted it to end. I wanted to stay like this—lost in her—forever.
Her lips curled into a small, knowing smile, and her amber eyes glowed even brighter, like flames burning in the dark. It stirred something deep within me, something raw and untamed. I quickened my pace, giving in to the need that had been building between us, letting the last remnants of restraint slip away. Her soft moans of pleasure were all I could hear, each sound driving me closer to the edge, sending waves of heat coursing through me, pulling me toward a climax that was as inevitable as it was overwhelming.
Suddenly, I jerked awake.
I was drenched in sweat, my heart pounding furiously in my chest. My mind scrambled to catch up, reality crashing down around me. I glanced down at my hands—claws extended from my fingers, my wolf’s teeth bared and sharp. My breathing was ragged, and I could feel the wildness coursing through me, my body teetering on the edge of a full shift.
“Damn it, Gaius…” I muttered under my breath, trying to calm the beast inside me.
I stood up carefully, my muscles tense and my body half-shifted, desperate to keep control. I glanced at Liliam, still asleep beside me, her face peaceful and her breathing slow. She looked untouched by the chaos that had been brewing inside me all night. The soft light from the dying fire illuminated her features, making her look even more serene in her slumber.
But I wasn’t calm. I wasn’t even close. I looked down at myself, my body trembling with the effort to keep from shifting completely. My wolf was pushing for control, desperate to claim her, desperate to take what it believed was ours. My manhood throbbed painfully, my body responding to the remnants of the dream, the desire that still burned in my veins.
“Hold it, Gaius,” I whispered fiercely, gritting my teeth as I fought for control. I couldn’t stay here, not like this. Not with her so close, her scent filling the room, her body so soft and vulnerable beside me.
I stumbled to the door, needing to get away from her, to get away from the pull of the bond. The need to shift, to let the wolf take over, was clawing at me. I slipped outside into the cool night air, gasping as the cold hit my skin. The moon was hidden behind thick clouds, and the forest around me was dark and still.
I moved quickly, putting as much distance between myself and the cottage as I could. The bond was pulling at me, the dream still fresh in my mind, and I knew I needed space. I couldn’t risk losing control—not here, not now.
Once I was deep in the forest, I let go. My body shifted fully, fur sprouting from my skin, my bones snapping and reshaping as Gaius took over. A low, frustrated howl ripped from my throat, echoing through the trees.
We ran, Gaius pushing us to the limit, trying to burn off the pent-up energy, the frustration, the need. The forest blurred around us as we raced through the underbrush, jumping over fallen logs, letting the wildness take over.
But even as we ran, my mind kept drifting back to Liliam—her glowing eyes, her body pressed against mine, the way she whispered my name. The bond was getting stronger, and with each passing day, it was becoming harder to resist.
