Chapter 19 Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor
Lumi sat here all night, wondering what to do.
The sun illuminated the classroom, making Lumi feel that this classroom became more and more familiar.
"I thought I would be the first to arrive."
As the classroom door opened, Lockhart walked in and looked at Lumi with admiration.
"Defence Against the Dark Arts."
Lumi remembered.
The classroom that I entered by mistake was the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom that I often visited last year.
Last year, Lumi was alone with Voldemort for a long time.
"Sorry, Professor, I think I'm in the wrong classroom."
After saying this, Lumi wanted to leave the classroom.
"Oh, it's Okay."
Lockhart didn't care about Lumi's reaction.
"My first class is for Gryffindor and Slytherin. Of course, I can let you sit in if you want."
He fiddled with his hair, as if it would make him more attractive.
"But my first class is Potions class..."
"It doesn't matter. I can tell Snape that you can go to Potions class during the next Defense Against the Dark Arts class."
Lockhart felt that this was just a trivial matter and that he only needed to use his words to get it done.
In fact, that's what he did.
He didn't even give Lumi a chance to refuse and walked out of the classroom.
Lumi opened his mouth, but still didn't say anything.
seeing is believing.
Lockhart's books are not good in Lumi's opinion, but if Lockhart himself is very good, Lumi will definitely buy all his books within this week.
Time passed slowly, just as Merlin took off his stockings.
When Gryffindor and Slytherin came to the classroom, they both wondered why there was a Hufflepuff here.
Still an outlier among Hufflepuffs.
"Oh, Gullil."
Malfoy was the first to ask: "If you don't go to Potions class, what are you doing here? Do you want to integrate into Slytherin?"
"Sorry, Malfoy."
Regarding this problem, Lumi was also helpless, "I walked into the wrong classroom, and Professor Lockhart saw me, and he asked me to take a lesson with him first."
"What about your Potions class?"
"I'll make up for the next Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson."
Lumi shrugged.
After getting the answer, everyone expressed sympathy for Lumi's next encounter, but they were also looking forward to how Lumi would be made things difficult for Snape during the Potions class.
After all, according to Lumi, the next Potions class will be with them.
Eating melon up close is great.
Being able to eat Snape's melons up close would be even better!
"Sit here."
Malfoy generously gave up his seat next to him.
Everyone was surprised by this.
Everyone, including Lumi, thought Draco was crazy?
But that's just right.
There was someone in Gryffindor that he didn't like, so he had to choose Slytherin.
As expected, the three Harrys were surprised to see Lumi sitting with Malfoy.
You know, last year Malfoy only treated Lumi with a nod of acquaintance, but this year he can let him sit next to him?
Is such a big change in one summer vacation?
"Do not misunderstand."
Malfoy said arrogantly to Lumi: "My father asked me to have a good relationship with you. As long as you don't get too close to Pote, then I will let you call me by my name."
"hehe."
Hearing this, Lumi chuckled, "I got it, Draco."
To Lumi, Draco's behavior was amusing, finding an excuse to rationalize his behavior.
This guy has a simple mind. Although he likes to bully others, he has never bullied himself, presumably because of Lucius.
As for calling him by name, it was a sign that he wanted to be friends with him.
Calling each other by name means that both parties are already good friends.
Lumi, who has a good feeling for Draco, will naturally not be stingy with having many friends, which is also a necessary part of socializing this year.
It was obvious that Malfoy's complexion instantly improved a lot, and he could hardly hold back his lips.
He made a very proud face in Harry's direction.
"Hello everyone!"
Professor Lockhart walked out of his office on the second floor, wearing a pair of sexy clothes that perfectly matched his temperament.
"I think you all read my book during the holidays."
"Now, let me test your knowledge level."
With a smile on his face, Lockhart held a stack of parchments and distributed them one by one.
After Lumi finished reading the above question, his eyes immediately changed when he looked at Lockhart.
"What do you think?"
Draco saw that Lumi was not in good condition, and his sixth sense gave him a premonition of the danger that would happen next.
"His books are very good, but the people are..."
Since we were discussing professors, Draco was still thinking about his words.
"Professor Lockhart."
Lumi looked at the questions on the paper and his patience was exhausted.
"Oh, don't worry, I've already told Snape and he will be happy to exchange courses."
Obviously, Lockhart did not notice the strange look in Lumi's eyes, "Please answer the questions, it is the exam period now."
"Sorry, Professor."
Lumi had no intention of stopping just like that. His expectations for Lockhart had hit rock bottom.
"I don't understand. The content on this paper has nothing to do with Defense Against the Dark Arts."
"What's the point of writing it? Why are you wasting our time during class doing these things that have nothing to do with class."
"I think Defense Against the Dark Arts, even if you don't teach us magic, just study books like Vol and Quirrell last year, we will be much better than we are now."
"Although he has left, his class is really good. With all due respect, you and your books are nothing compared to Professor Quirrell in my opinion."
After saying that, Lumi ignored the shocked looks of the people around him and just stood here.
"I just want to check how well you have previewed the textbook."
Lockhart looked bewildered.
In his opinion, Lumi should be a fan of his books and come to his first class even if he skipped class.
But now he understood that it was probably not his book that Lumi liked, but Defense Against the Dark Arts.
"textbook?"
Lumi pulled away Draco who was tugging on his clothes, picked up the book on his desk with his shocked eyes, and turned two pages.
"If you think you can use this kind of novel as a textbook, then I think you should systematically learn Defense Against the Dark Arts."
After just a few glances, Lumi showed no interest in the book. He slapped it on the table and stared into Lockhart's eyes.
"You're questioning the professor!"
Lockhart got angry and slammed the table.
"Yes, I'm questioning you!"
Lumi was not afraid at all.
"If all I can do in your class is read your novels and hear you brag about your achievements, then I will go to the principal and ask him to cancel my Defense Against the Dark Arts class."
"This kind of class is just a waste of time."
Lumi's sharp words made all the little wizards afraid to make a sound.
His aura was so strong at this time that facing him was like facing a fire dragon.
"Ha, you want to learn magic, right?"
Lockhart understood, pretending to be calm and patted the non-existent dust on his clothes, and picked up a cage covered with cloth from behind.
"What's inside is the most evil and terrifying creature in the world. If you don't have the confidence to face them, then I will take action."
After saying that, he forcefully opened the cloth, revealing a group of blue elves inside.
"A bunch of Cornish elves?"
The little wizards looked at the little guys holding onto the cages and were almost amused.
Lumi frowned, looking back and forth between Lockhart and the cage.
