Chapter 228 Third十七 Chapter Ding Dong
“Is Hikigaya not coming to school tomorrow?”
In her phone Shizuka Hiratsuka’s voice came with an air of helplessness mixed with a hint of worry.
“Mm,” replied Komachi Hikigaya uncertainly while holding her phone, the tone of her voice full of guilt.
“What do you mean by that?” Shizuka Hiratsuka instinctively raised the pitch of her voice.
“It means—tomorrow, I might not get everything done,” Komachi Hikigaya said, breaking out in a sweat.
“So, that guy is going to handle something?” asked Shizuka Hiratsuka.

A dazed Komachi Hikigaya wondered if her ears were playing tricks on her.
“I’m back,” a voice that betrayed hesitation mumbled as the door closed behind, making Komachi jump. She swiftly sat up and peered towards the entrance.
It was a face she recognized too well.
