The Devil Orochi—Original Species—Capture Level 4000. Compared to the Level 21 Devil Orochi from the Human World, the one inhabiting the Forest of Appetite had a higher Capture Level, greater strength, and a far more terrifyingly potent venom.

"It's not the strongest one, huh," Kenji said, rubbing his chin as he looked at the behemoth before him.

A Devil Orochi with a Capture Level of 5100 had appeared in the manga. The Ape King Bambina's base form had a level of 6000. The Original Species Devil Orochi was only a few hundred levels short of an Eight King. It was no wonder it could compete with the Battle Wolf.

The Devil Orochi's regenerative ability was extremely powerful, stemming from a type of Omnipotent Cell. There were two ways to capture it: one was to inflict damage so powerful that it destroyed the Omnipotent Cells themselves, and the other was to use high-level Knocking.

"A beast of this level... even the staff of Biotope 0 couldn't handle it." Atashino's expression was grave. She could probably handle it now, but she would have to go all out. Having only eaten the salad, AIR, she could just barely manage beasts below Level 5000.

"I've already eaten the Level 21 Devil Orochi. Today, I have to taste the original species," Kenji said, his eyes burning with intensity as he stared at the beast. To use Knocking on the original species, he would need immense force to deliver the necessary impact to its pressure points.

A massive sound of tearing air whistled towards him. A thick, vein-covered snake tail whipped through the air, so fast that the atmosphere itself couldn't withstand the blow. Kenji crossed his arms in front of him but was still sent flying. The giant trees in his path couldn't stop him at all. He flew right out of the Forest of Appetite. A battle of this scale, however, was not enough to move the Deer King.

"That's got some kick to it."

Kenji shook his hands, a smirk playing on his lips. The strength of the Original Species Devil Orochi was among the best in the Gourmet World, and it had high combat intelligence.

BOOM!

A sonic boom-like explosion echoed through the air. Kenji transformed into a streak of light and re-entered the Forest of Appetite.

"Tathagata Divine Fist!"

SPLAT!

A fist technique that descended from the heavens. The light of the stars flowed, forming a giant stellar fist imprint that blew the Devil Orochi's head apart in a single strike.

Kenji watched quietly. The Omnipotent Cells went to work, and in a near-instant, the Devil Orochi's head grew back. This ability was truly monstrous. As long as it had enough energy and its Omnipotent Cells were not damaged, the Devil Orochi could regenerate infinitely.

Swish, swish, swish—

The countless waving hairs on the Original Species Devil Orochi suddenly straightened, and a deadly poison was fired out like a Gatling gun at full auto. The overwhelming barrage of poison bullets left Kenji with no room to dodge.

"Breath Knocking!"

Hooo—

Kenji puffed out his cheeks and blew out a sharp breath. A hurricane-like airflow paralyzed the rain of venom in mid-air. They clattered to the ground, creating a shower of deadly poison.

BOOM!

"Knocking Impact!"

Thump, thump, thump—

Kenji instantly identified the Original Species Devil Orochi's pressure points. In the next moment, he struck nine locations on its massive body. His powerful fists left nine large craters on the beast.

"Original Species Devil Orochi, capture complete."

"I give thanks for this gift from nature!"

With the fight over, the Devil Orochi fell limply to the ground.

"Atashino, you can extract the Devil Orochi's Omnipotent Cells, right?" Kenji asked. Although he had no use for them, he could give them to Mobius and the others to play with. The Honkai Beast factors from Sesa were a little brother compared to the Devil Orochi's Omnipotent Cells. To be killed and then revived, only to have your age reversed... the Omnipotent Cells had more than just the ability to regenerate.

"I can. But researching Omnipotent Cells is not that easy. To this day, there are still very few applications for them," Atashino nodded.

"I'll send them to specialists to research. Even if nothing comes of it, there's no loss."

Elysia arrived at Mobius's research institute with practiced ease. A normal person would avoid this place at all costs. Only Elysia was not afraid of Mobius.

Mobius didn't even look up at Elysia. This was the MANTIS surgery data that Elysia had brought back. Some of it was familiar to Mobius, and some had been perfected by the Elysian Realm snake, which was saving her a lot of time.

Mobius turned her head, shot Elysia a disgusted look, and said irritably, "If you have nothing to do, then roll yourself out of here. Don't disturb me."

"Of course I have something to do! I've brought you a goodie. Kenji said it's called Omnipotent Cells."

Elysia pulled a test tube from the abyss of her chest and handed it to Mobius.

Taking the still-warm test tube, Mobius looked disgusted. Do you have nowhere else to put it? Or are you just trying to show off your figure? She wasn't the little snake from the Elysian Realm; her own assets were quite substantial.

"Omnipotent Cells... interesting. Let me study them and see just how omnipotent they really are."

After chasing Elysia out, Mobius's eyes burned with a fiery intensity, like a predator that had just spotted its prey. Danzhu and Cangxuan trembled in fear.

Herta Space Station, Seclusion Zone.

"Ruan Mei, what interesting thing have you gotten your hands on?" The big Herta sat on a table, her legs crossed, looking with great interest at the engrossed Ruan Mei.

"They are cells that lack the power of Abundance, yet can allow a creature to regenerate instantly," Ruan Mei said with a faint smile. In her view, the Omnipotent Cells had far more than just this one function. There was great potential for research.

"Oh?"

"How about you let me in on it?"

The big Herta stood up, walked over to Ruan Mei, and leaned in to caress her beautiful face.
