At the far end of the plaza were more than ten lofty stone halls of varying sizes snug against the square, each with several stories and all protected by strong prohibitive spells of varying degrees of power.

Lin Tianming casually strolled up, stopped in front of a grand hall, and opened his Eye of Five Colors to begin attempting to break the hall's prohibitions.

After spending two days, he had broken the prohibitions of a succession of more than ten halls, all belonging to some of the Jin Family's administrative institutions with no substantial loot. They were mostly items that could not be easily taken away.

Looking at the remaining two halls, which must have been where the secret manuals and treasures were stored, Lin Tianming's eyes couldn't help but heat up.

Sure enough, it was a Metal Attribute Yellow Grade Technique, identical to the one from the Lin Family. It was probably not surprising for such common goods to be found in multiple major Families.

They discovered a total of eight Yellow Grade Techniques, three of which overlapped with the Yellow Grade Techniques of the Lin Family. Among the unheard Techniques, there were two of Wood Attribute, and one each of Metal, Fire, and Earth Attributes, but none of Water Attribute.

The rest of the books were introductions and experiences related to cultivation arts. The creators were probably not of high rank, and thus not very useful. There were also records of miscellaneous and interesting events, which might help someone new to cultivation, but were useless to them.

Lin Shilu packed all the items into his storage bag to take back to the family for sorting, and then they went up to the second floor.

There were not many platforms on the second floor, and even fewer books and Jade Slips, barely totaling over thirty pieces, but they were all good stuff.

The rest of the manuals contained the Jin Family's experience in cultivating Spiritual Medicine, as well as talisman paper and Artifact Refining techniques, covering nearly all the arts of cultivation. However, it was uncertain how much they could learn from them.

It wasn't long before the two had packed everything into their storage bags and headed towards the third floor.

Tian Ming watched the vast amount of wealth with shining eyes, his heart blooming with joy.
