Top-level Qi Luck: Leading My Clan to Cultivate

Chapter 109 Robbed Clean_1

A quarter-hour had passed, and the two of them had swept through the area of Third Order Spiritual Medicine, obtaining more than thirty mature Third Order Spiritual Medicines. Most of these were items used by Foundation Establishment Cultivators, and although their value was all lower than that of Purple Yin Grass, they were still not something that Second Order Spiritual Medicines could compare with.

After spending half a day, they had plundered the Spiritual Medicine Garden, taking everything that met the age requirement for alchemy. High-value Spiritual Medicines were not spared either, being collected along with the soil to be transplanted into the Lin Family's Spiritual Medicine Garden.

As time went by, the two busied themselves for half a day and obtained more than a thousand pieces of Spiritual Medicine Materials, the vast majority of which were First Order Spiritual Medicines. The truly high-value ones were less than two hundred.

Even so, the value of the Jin Family's Spiritual Medicine Garden was much higher than that of the Lin Family's. The risk taken initially was well worth it just for the value of this Spiritual Medicine Garden itself.

With satisfaction, the two left the Spiritual Medicine Garden and flew towards the summit's plaza.

Atop Golden Horn Mountain was a Bluestone Plaza that spanned dozens of acres.

At the far end of the plaza were more than ten lofty stone halls of varying sizes snug against the square, each with several stories and all protected by strong prohibitive spells of varying degrees of power.

Lin Tianming casually strolled up, stopped in front of a grand hall, and opened his Eye of Five Colors to begin attempting to break the hall's prohibitions.

After spending two days, he had broken the prohibitions of a succession of more than ten halls, all belonging to some of the Jin Family's administrative institutions with no substantial loot. They were mostly items that could not be easily taken away.

Looking at the remaining two halls, which must have been where the secret manuals and treasures were stored, Lin Tianming's eyes couldn't help but heat up.

Quickly regaining his composure, Lin Tianming began to break the prohibitions of the place.

Half a day later, the prohibitions were broken, revealing the entrance to the grand hall. Lin Tianming and Lin Shilu walked straight in.

Gazing about, the first floor of the grand hall revealed more than a dozen stone platforms, upon which rested various colored Jade Slips and some books made of beast skin.

Lin Tianming immediately rushed in and picked up a Jade Slip to examine it.

Sure enough, it was a Metal Attribute Yellow Grade Technique, identical to the one from the Lin Family. It was probably not surprising for such common goods to be found in multiple major Families.

After putting down the Jade Slip in his hand, Lin Tianming started to inspect the other items.

In no time, everything on the first floor of the grand hall had been collected by the two of them.

They discovered a total of eight Yellow Grade Techniques, three of which overlapped with the Yellow Grade Techniques of the Lin Family. Among the unheard Techniques, there were two of Wood Attribute, and one each of Metal, Fire, and Earth Attributes, but none of Water Attribute.

The rest of the books were introductions and experiences related to cultivation arts. The creators were probably not of high rank, and thus not very useful. There were also records of miscellaneous and interesting events, which might help someone new to cultivation, but were useless to them.

Lin Shilu packed all the items into his storage bag to take back to the family for sorting, and then they went up to the second floor.

There were not many platforms on the second floor, and even fewer books and Jade Slips, barely totaling over thirty pieces, but they were all good stuff.

Lin Tianming held a Jade Slip and meticulously examined it. Before long, a look of joy appeared on Lin Tianming's face.

"Guiyuan Heart Sutra."

This Jade Slip was precisely the cultivation technique practiced by many Jin Family Cultivators, also a Mysterious Grade, which could be cultivated to the Late Stage of Core Formation, with Metal Attribute, and accompanied by no small Divine Skills, possessing extremely formidable attacking power. He had learned this firsthand; in terms of attacking power, the Divine Skills included in this technique were even more formidable than those of the Lin Family's Fire Origin Decision.

After handing over this priceless technique to Lin Shilu, he then turned his attention to the remaining Jade Slips.

An hour later, the two had finished examining the remaining techniques and manuals.

The other two Mysterious Grade Techniques were one of Earth Attribute and one of Water Attribute. With this, the Lin Family had gathered all of the Mysterious Grade Techniques of the five attributes.

Beyond the techniques, they also found two volumes of Alchemy Experience. The Jin Family's alchemy was renowned throughout the Luoyun Mountain Range and, with nearly a thousand years of continuous improvement, their alchemy experiences did indeed hold many points of value.

The rest of the manuals contained the Jin Family's experience in cultivating Spiritual Medicine, as well as talisman paper and Artifact Refining techniques, covering nearly all the arts of cultivation. However, it was uncertain how much they could learn from them.

It wasn't long before the two had packed everything into their storage bags and headed towards the third floor.

Unfortunately, after a careful search in every corner of the third floor, they found nothing at all.

The Scripture Pavilion of the Jin Family had been thoroughly looted. Lin Tianming made his way to the last great hall.

It didn't take much time to break through the restrictions, and the two of them walked inside.

Passing through the main hall of the great hall to its depths, there were several rooms on both sides of the corridor. Lin Tianming noticed that the layout here was somewhat similar to the Lin Family's Hall of Merit and surmised this must be the Jin Family's Hall of Merit.

Thinking that there must be treasures used for daily exchanges by the Jin Family here, Lin Tianming and his companion were particularly excited and quickly chose a room to enter.

Lin Tianming pushed open the heavy stone door, and what caught his eye were several chests crafted from jade stone. Lin Tianming immediately rushed over and opened them.

"Spirit Stones..."

Lin Tianming grabbed a few Spirit Stones to examine, and they were all Low-Grade Spirit Stones.

After his counting, just in these few chests, there were over thirteen thousand Spirit Stones.

They moved the chests out of the room and placed them in the main hall, awaiting the final tally.

Half a day passed, and the two had swept through everything in the great hall three times, gathering all the useful items together into a small mountain.

Looking around, the treasures in front of them were varied: elixirs, Spirit Grass, Spirit Stones, Spirit Ore, Demonic Beast Materials, as well as different quantities of Spiritual Artifacts and talisman paper, though not in large numbers.

It was presumed that because of the recent battle, the Jin Family had carried the Spiritual Artifacts and talisman paper—resources for war—with them. Still, the loot remained quite valuable.

Lin Shilu took out a piece of Beast Skin and recorded the type and quantity of all the treasures before putting all the treasures into storage bags.

Tian Ming watched the vast amount of wealth with shining eyes, his heart blooming with joy.

After all, the sight of treasures worth over a hundred thousand Spirit Stones would tempt any Qi Refining Cultivator.

Setting aside the Cultivation Manuals and the yield from the Spiritual Medicine Garden, just these supplementary cultivation resources were worth at least one hundred thousand Spirit Stones.

Besides these, there were also over a hundred storage bags from Jin Family Cultivators that hadn't been tallied. If all were accounted for, the sum might be astronomical.

Watching Lin Tianming's eyes narrow into slits, Lin Shilu spoke with a calm expression.

"Tian Ming, the Jin Family must have another Treasure Vault!"

Hearing Lin Shilu's words, Lin Tianming snapped back to reality and, after some thought, began to understand.

Any family would not place the accumulation of a thousand years in such an obvious institution. They would opt to store them in multiple locations and keep them hidden to avoid being completely looted in case the family fell, also preserving a slim chance of rising again.

Moreover, the haul here, although not insignificant, was hardly substantial for a family like the Jin Family that had existed for a thousand years.

This place was probably where they stored regularly used resources for exchanges by the Jin Family's Qi Refining clanspeople, completely devoid of items used by Foundation Establishment Cultivators.

Therefore, there definitely was another hidden Treasure Vault; it just was not easy to find.

Lin Shilu's conjecture was something Lin Tianming totally agreed with.

Afterwards, the two left the great hall and began to search separately within Golden Horn Mountain.
