Chapter 82 I Want to Kill Aurelia Shaw
"Is your specialty explaining for others?" Mason Nightshade snorted coldly with a sharp tongue, brushing past her as he walked straight towards Aurelia Shaw.
Without saying a word, he scooped Aurelia up horizontally, slanting a glance at the glare she gave him, "What are you glaring at? I won't put you down no matter how much you glare. Why are you still standing here?"
The latter sentence was directed at Jovana Shaw.
"What are you doing here?" Mason asked as something came to his mind.
The second floor had many rooms; Jovana's was at the end of the east hallway, while Aurelia's was at the west end. The rooms were far apart, and nothing required Jovana to be over in this area.
Jovana, caught off guard by Mason's sudden question, flickered her eyes nervously, stammering, "I... I... um, it's Dad. Dad asked me to come up and call you for breakfast."
Mason chuckled mockingly, "I never thought Miss Shaw had so many part-time jobs. This kind of work, typically done by servants, you do quite adeptly."
Jovana's face turned livid.
Mason ignored her, kicked open the bedroom door, and walked inside. Chapter source: My Virtual Library Empire (M|V|L4EMPYR).
Aurelia saw him heading towards the bedroom again and suddenly clutched at his clothes. The loose pajamas hanging on her body were pulled aside, exposing much of her chest, and slipped down her shoulder, her warm skin pressing against his cheek. She could clearly hear his strong, powerful heartbeat.
"So impatient to have me? Be good, I'll give it to you back in the room. Don't let your sister see and make fun of you," Mason said with a teasing smile.
Jovana's face flushed with embarrassment at what she heard. Suddenly she remembered something, raised her hand, and said, "Brother-in-law, your tie."
Mason turned his head to look at her.
Jovana squeezed the tie in her hand tightly, watching Aurelia in his arms with a spark of jealousy in her eyes.
It's Aurelia again! She missed the chance to personally tie Mason's tie because of her! It's all Aurelia's fault. This must have been intentional on her part.
That despicable woman!
Mason's eyes darkened. He reached out, and with a flick of his fingers, easily took the tie Jovana was clutching tightly, not giving her another glance, turning around and heading into the room.
"Brother-in-law, sister doesn't know how to tie a tie, maybe I should help you?" Jovana said unwillingly.
"No need." Mason snorted coldly, glancing at her with haughty disdain, "If she doesn't know, I can teach her myself. I don't like other women touching my things."
His gaze intentionally flicked to the tie in his hand, a look of disgust flashed in his eyes, and his cool, deep voice drifted over as the door closed, "Have the servants bring up a new tie."
Then, there was the faint sound of a man's teasing chuckle, "If you want to take a bite here too, I don't mind..."
I don't mind, my foot!
It's none of her business!
"Bang!"
The door closed.
Jovana clenched her fingers into fists, her face twisted with fury, her bloodshot eyes staring intensely at the door as if she could see the person inside through it.
Despicable Aurelia.
Why does she get to have everything good?
It would be better if she just died.
If she died, all of this would belong to her!
This thought, like a virus, invaded Jovana's mind. She turned and quickly walked towards Clara Philips' room, pushing the door open with a bang, rushing in, and shouting, "Mom, I want to kill Aurelia; I can't stand seeing her alive for one more day. Think of a way, let's kill her."
Clara's face changed, raising her hand, and with a "slap," she struck Jovana across the face.
