Tokyo: Rabbit Officer and Her Evil Partner

This morning, Fushimi Roku slowly woke up at the Kazama Family's house. He recalled last night's dream, finding it intensely real... especially the voluptuous mature woman's hand; it was soft, smooth, and even a bit warm.

He dazed for four or five minutes, and Kazama Tatsuya and Watanabe Shun also woke up.

After their hangover, they all felt parched. Watanabe Shun went to get some juice and brewed three bowls of instant noodles as a makeshift breakfast.

While they sat at the dining table slurping noodles, Fushimi Roku and Kazama Tatsuya remained silent. Watanabe Shun found the quiet too much and wanted to liven up the atmosphere, so he initiated a conversation about the dream he had last night.

"You'll never guess what I dreamed about last night..."

Watanabe Shun, with a piece of Naruto Roll stuck to his mouth, waved his chopsticks while bragging—last night he dreamed first of Kazama and Fushimi touching each other under the same quilt, then he dreamt of the green train, saving Fushimi Roku who was about to jump off, and finally, the three of them went to a bubble bath parlor together.

Unfortunately, at a crucial moment, he was woken up by Fushimi Roku's phone ringing.

Kazama Tatsuya frowned and instinctively retorted, "I wasn't touching him, I thought the person in bed was..." before realizing something was off: "Wait, that was your dream."

"Who did you think it was?" Fushimi Roku became intrigued.

"What does it have to do with you? It wasn't you anyway." Kazama Tatsuya lowered his head to eat his noodles.

Watanabe Shun's wooden chopsticks hovered mid-air. He was stunned for a moment, then pursued the topic: "Did you guys have the same dream as me?"

"Just a coincidence." The two of them spoke in unison, without lifting their heads.

"No way it's such a coincidence, come on, tell me, what did you dream about?"

Watanabe Shun wanted to reminisce about the fun of the bubble bath with his good buddies, hoping to get the leader interested so they could justify going there together in the future.

Initially, Fushimi Roku and Kazama Tatsuya were indifferent, thinking Watanabe Shun's dream was only broadly similar, with many subtle differences for sure.

However, the more they compared notes, the weirder it seemed. Every detail matched up, and they could even describe what the bubble bath girls hugging them looked like... Watanabe Shun even noticed a tiny mole on the side of the voluptuous mature woman's sweater at her smooth armpit.

"That doesn't prove anything." Fushimi Roku slurped his instant noodle soup.

He had read about similar cases in encyclopedias, the kind randomly cobbled together this century, which often contained unsolved mysteries like the 'Bermuda Triangle', 'ghost planes', 'forest wild men', and even door-to-door salesmen promoting such social science books.

The books claimed that multiple people sharing a dream wasn't unusual and was likely due to similar life experiences, emotional similarities, similar brain activities, or common external stimuli, often seen in couples or siblings—hence the saying 'different dreams in the same bed'.

For example, "In Search of Spirits" recorded that Xie Feng and Guo Boyou had the same dream, dreaming of Guo Boyou falling overboard and drowning on a riverboat... Later, this actually came true, the dream having a premonitory attribute, though it could have been an extraordinary coincidence.

Kazama Tatsuya suddenly remembered that he had played a hypnosis tape before sleeping and got up to check the tape recorder, discovering he'd played the wrong tape and advanced to a tape meant for three sessions later.

He was shocked, hurriedly calling Doctor Arima to ask if this would delay the treatment process.

Fushimi Roku observed while holding his noodle bowl. Kazama Tatsuya talked on the phone for a bit, then sighed in relief and hung up, saying, "It doesn't really matter."

He paused, picked up his noodle bowl, and added, "Oh right, Doctor Arima said that us having the same dream could be because of the hypnosis tape... don't freeload on my tape next time before you sleep, and this won't happen again."

"Pfft, who cares..."

Fushimi Roku scoffed, but soon realized something and quickly asked Kazama Tatsuya to borrow the tape.

Kazama Tatsuya always valued Doctor Arima's 'miraculous prescriptions', otherwise he wouldn't have checked the tape first thing in the morning.

Previously, he lent Fushimi Roku a quit smoking tape as a favor to Minamoto Tamako; now, hearing Fushimi Roku claim not to care, only to turn around and ask to borrow the tape, there was no way he'd agree.

Fushimi Roku had to lie that he saw the woman Kazama Tatsuya wanted to touch in his dream, and if Tatsuya didn't want him to tell her, he better lend him the tape.

Kazama Tatsuya was silent for a moment but had no choice but to agree.

Fushimi Roku got the tape, excitedly headed home, followed the necessary steps (played the victim), and dispelled Minamoto Tamako's anger, taking the opportunity to send out a multiplayer invitation.

Minamoto Tamako had just woken up, so naturally, she didn't plan to continue sleeping. Fushimi Roku had to settle for second best, inviting Minamoto Tamako to take a nap on the living room sofa at noon.

Fushimi Roku reluctantly agreed for the sake of two Stamps. He spent ages getting ready, washing and changing clothes, then took an umbrella when heading out, just to block the sun.

Minamoto Tamako had a plan, determined to confront Uesugi Shion today, expose the conspiracy—no matter if she stayed hidden at home, justice's police would still come knocking at her door!
