Tokyo: My Superpower Refreshes Every Week

Chapter 103: Shelf Speech_1

Tomorrow! Friday! Launching at noon.

Finally, the day to see the results has arrived, and my heart is filled with trepidation. The initial 24-hour subscription numbers for slice-of-life stories are usually quite high, so I'm here asking for a wave of initial subscriptions.

Writing novels is like mountain climbing, and I'm that determined fool who keeps ascending without knowing the map or the route. I'm not sure when I'll reach the summit, but I want to write well; I want to climb up and see the view from there.

The performance of this book has exceeded my expectations. To be honest, when I started writing it, I thought just getting through the four recommendation rounds would be a Victory. Unexpectedly, this book actually made it to Sanjiang (a prestigious recommendation list), and I want to thank everyone for your support.

The fundamental tone of this book is slice-of-life combined with the unique application of Superpower. It focuses on the daily life of the male protagonist, the daily lives of the female protagonists, and the various people intertwined in their lives.

I love writing relaxed, slice-of-life stories where the protagonist is unbeatable. Reality is harsh enough; there's no need for suffering in my books.

I'm single, so it's quite natural for the protagonist in my book to have several female leads, each with a distinct personality. However, I'm not very skilled at writing risqué content. I prefer to portray their endearing qualities and then gradually weave their lives together with the protagonist's, striving to depict the stories that unfold between him and them.

A harem is different from an unfeeling bulldozer.

I also enjoy writing about extraordinary events as if they were mundane. Consequently, the protagonist will use his Superpower to effortlessly dominate others—from government agencies to street thugs—rendering them all powerless to catch him, no matter how hard they try.

I've created a "Super Power Building" thread in the comments section. Everyone is welcome to post their ideas for Superpowers, including humorous ones.

Finally, regarding the update schedule that everyone is concerned about: there will be a mass release of 12,000 words on launch day.

If the initial 24-hour subscriptions exceed 2,000, I'll release 10,000 words per day for every additional 500 subscriptions. Suddenly, I'm a bit anxious—this goal might be too high. But then I remember, I've made it to Sanjiang before, so it's okay to dream a little! If we don't reach 2,000, I'll just delete this paragraph and pretend I never said it.

If the monthly ticket count for this month exceeds 1,000, I'll add an extra chapter.

As for donations, a contribution equivalent to one Alliance Hierarch will also result in a 10,000-word release day. This might be a high bar, but honestly, I'm already thrilled that all of you subscribe and support me.

Lastly, we're launching at noon! I'm asking for your initial subscriptions one more time. They are crucial for this book's performance, so please continue on this journey with me!
