Three-body: The Most Competent Wallfacer in History

Chapter 622: Final Chapter: Domination of the Milky Way_2

This made the Singer civilization a bit anxious. In their concept, it would take an immensely huge civilization to amass so many warships.

In interstellar warfare, it was rare to have such a large scale of fleet participation.

Generally, if there was a significant disparity in strength, a single ship from an advanced civilization was enough, no matter how much the lower civilization struggled, one ship from the advanced civilization could block all their paths of survival.

The reason humanity could organize a huge fleet that surprised the Singer civilization was actually due to humanity's stronger mobilization capacity.

Galactic Era 2022, the decisive battle between humanity and the Singer civilization began.

The Singer civilization launched the first general offensive, hoping to destroy those hexagonal space transport devices and cut off the reinforcements of the unknown civilization.

This intent was quickly discovered by the human commanders, who used spatial technology to pull out the Singer civilization's ships that were in the space corridor and swiftly commenced a space encirclement.

At this time, the main forces of the Singer civilization advanced, while the human vanguard warships fired a quantum storm at them, hoping to disrupt their communications.

The Singer civilization retaliated, launching a Consciousness Bomb at humanity!

In the first round of exchanges, the quantum storm did not have much effect, and the Singer civilization's Consciousness Bomb also failed.

A Consciousness Bomb could directly attack the consciousness of intelligent beings, momentarily severing the link between the body and consciousness.

Unfortunately, on the human ships, there were only operational intelligent robots; human soldiers were far away, more than twenty thousand light-years in the rear.

And the Singer civilization did not possess the abilities of the Paradise or Big Tree civilizations, unable to locate the operators concealed behind based on their communication signals.

After probing, humanity got serious. Many ships began to assemble in units of dozens and rapidly released tremendous energy, turning the space where the Singer civilization's ships were located into separate closed circular spaces.

This was one of humanity's trump card weapons, "Space Encirclement," initially inspired by the Trisolarans.

After continuous improvements by the Solar System State over the years, it was now possible not only to create bends in space but also to form closed loops of space where humanity could carry out many operations.

For example, two enemy warships that were initially quite far apart could be made to collide, or the pressure in a part of space could be rapidly increased to collapse an entire warship.

The Singer civilization's ships found that the space around them became blurred in all directions, the traditional sense of direction was lost, no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't reach the positions they wanted or break free from the chaotic space's confinement.

Further attacks from the human fleet followed, destroying many of the Singer civilization's warships.

The main forces of the Singer civilization began to counterattack, and the previously stable formation of human warships suddenly suffered a colossal impact.

Many ships were directly exploded by this huge force, and the formation of human warships was dispersed.

Although it was still unclear how the Singer civilization achieved this, the supporting scientists from the Academy speculated that it was probably a Gravitational Weapon.

However, the power was unprecedented, like a giant scythe that had reaped through the human fleet.

At the level of human and Singer civilizations, combat no longer involved direct weapons like cannons or missiles; their weaponry was entirely based on cosmic rules.

Of course, their use of cosmic rules seemed like child's play to a God-level Civilization, but to third-rate civilizations, such a battle was hardly different from a war of the gods.

This round of clashes resulted in significant losses on both sides.

However, the human fleet was not afraid of losses, with a large number of warships constantly supporting the front lines.

And when a warship on the front line was destroyed, to prevent any mental damage to the operators in the far rear, the intelligent systems would sever the connection with the rear before the destruction of the warship.

On the human side, this meant only the loss of warships, with no harm to the crew, who, after a short rest, would connect to new warships and continue the fight.

The numerical advantage of human warships gradually began to show, and the human fleet reassembled, restored formation, and a fresh round of offense commenced.

Places where the Singer civilization's warships were located lit up with dazzling bursts of light, which then expanded into huge spheres of light.

This was humanity creating miniature suns by harnessing the power of nearby atoms swiftly.

Compared to normal stars, they were small, but at the moment of their creation, they essentially had the temperature and brightness of a normal star.

Many of the Singer civilization's ships, unprepared, were suddenly in the center of a star and immediately melted.

The power harnessed from these atoms was not conjured out of thin air but borrowed from surrounding atoms.

So, most of the atoms within several light-years concentrated on the battlefield, and seven or eight planetary systems were disassembled by the human warships in an instant.

The miniature stars created by humanity quickly became unstable without enough power to sustain them and soon exploded.

In an instant, temperatures of tens of thousands of degrees engulfed the formation of the Singer civilization's warships, not to mention that the material ejected from the stars continued to pummel them.

The Singer civilization also quickly countered, the space where the human warships were located suddenly became as sharp as knives, slicing many warships into several segments in an instant, completely losing their combat capability.
