THIS IS LOVE !

As Y/n and Jungkook were arguing, they saw police bringing hanwoo, with them.

"Why don't you get it..." Hanwoo pleaded as the officers held him.

"Hold on.. what are you doing ?" Jungkook ask stopping them. "How could you arrest him ?"

"See dear, they are arresting hanwoo.." hae-won says. Y/n comes forward.

"Sir, he is the person who leaked the video of my sister." She said and Jungkook looked at her.

Tae smirked in background. "Did you hear that ? She lodged a complain against him." Officer said.

"Would you arrest anyone without evidence and witness ?" Jungkook asks sharply.

"We will get that too when we interrogate him. All evidences are against him." Officer says.

Jungkook then brings out few pairs from his car and hands then to officer.

"This is anticipatory bail. Read it."

Hae-won and yeji smiled in relief.

Officer reads the paper and Jungkook says, "I knew this day would come so, i was prepared beforehand."

Tae groaned in his mind. 'Why hyung is interfering ?'

Officer ask his subordinates to let hanwoo go. Y/n is shocked and infuriated.

"Do you think you can buy anything with your money ? He is a criminal and yet you are helping him." She ask.

"The crime hasn't been proved yet." Jungkook replies in clipped tone.

"And if it's proved ? Will you help your friend like this with money again ?" She ask and Jungkook immediately replies in negative.

"Absolutely not. Officer if you get any evidence regarding him then call me, I will bring him tho the station myself."

Officer apologise to y/n and leave. Hanwoo hugs Jungkook and says thank you.

"Don't be stupid. No matter what," Jungkook says and looks at y/n.

"I won't let anyone harm my family." Jungkook then leaves with his family from there.

Y/n clenches her fist but it's still determined.

Later, as Hyun-tae is about to enter the building with grocery bags, he meets ha-joon.

"Good evening, Mr. Kang." Hyun-tae says.

"Well, have you thought about the proposal. I know you want things to think but you know that minji doesn't has much time. It's been two days. I know that being a father you worry about y/n, and Jungkook also didn't do anything good to appeal you. It's ok if you don't accept the proposal." Hyun-tae say with smile and turns to leave.

"Wait, Mr Jeon. I thought a lot about it." Ha-joon says with a sigh. "And i think Jungkook and y/n can take good care of each other. Minji, y/n and Jungkook... It will be good for them."

Hyun-tae is delighted to hear this and hugs ha-joon. Then they sit in garden and discuss about this.

"I never thought you would agree to this proposal after the hanwoo incident.." hyun-tae says.

Ha-joon smiled and says, "Even i didn't thought, but then I overheard Jungkook and hae-won talking last night.

Flashback

Hae-won and Jungkook sat in garden alone. Ha-joon was taking marshmallow back home after a walk when he heard them.

"Jungkook, i know that hanwoo is like a brother to you and a son to me too but right now supporting hanwoo means war will loose minji forever." Hae-won says softly.

"If we run y/n in wrong way then the custody will not be ours ."

"Mom, don't misunderstand but hanwoo is not just a friend but like a little brother to me. When no one stood by me he was beside me, so how can I give up on him now." Jungkook says gently.

Ha-joon listened everything. "Minji is most important for me, but if I don't support him and later he is proved innocent, then how will I face him ? I can't be selfish and that's what you taught me." Jungkook said.

"I observed Jungkook, he has principles and he values the relationships and that is similarity between him and y/n. I feel that they both will compliment each other ." Ha-joon says making hyun-tae Happy.

"But have you thought that our decision will make our families a battleground." Ha-joon says worried.

"Don't worry, i have a plan." Hyun-tae says.

Hyun tae reaches home, with snacks,

"Why so much snacks today ?" Hae-won asked sitting beside him.

"Because I have good news." Hyun-tae says.

Everyone perk up and listen. "I have fixed jungkook's marriage with someone."

"What!? You mean to say what I couldn't do all this time you did ?" Hae-won asked shocked.

"Yes, and you just have to convince jungkook to come to winter palm hotel today evening." Hyun-tae says.

Though hae-won is doubtful she agrees.

"Wow!! Ha-joon you really found a perfect boy for y/n ?" Bong-cha asked grinning.

Ha-joon nodded. "Y/n won't be able to refuse you. " She adds.

On other hand, jungkook eats his breakfast and hae-won looks at him eating.

"Mom, let me tell you already that my answer is no." Jungkook said eating.

"Wha- but I didn't says anything. " Hae-won said startled.

"Mom, I am your son and whenever you put so much efforts in breakfast you and I both know what that means, and my answer is no." Jungkook said smiling.

"I don't know though.. " Hae-won tried to play cool.

"But I know you want to talk about my marriage. You first said minji needs a mother, and see because of that woman my daughter is not with me. Neither me or minji needs anyone in our lives. I am going now.. " Jungkook said firmly and gets up.

"But this time your father chose a girl for you.. " Hae-won said and jungkook stopped in his tracks.

"Dad? " He whispers softly. "Yes." Hae-won walked up to him.

"I know you two don't get along with each other after what happened six years ago.. "

Flashback

"Are you alright ?" Hyun-tae asked hae-won who was breathing uneven.

"I asked you to take care of her but you went out leaving her alone. You know that she is asthama patient. You didn't even picked her calls."

Mina stood silent while keeping her hand on her pregnant belly. Several bags were kept down.

"Can I ask where you went ?" Hyun-tae asked. "Calm down.. " Hae-won says still breathing heavily.

"Keep quiet. You.. How can you be irresponsible, what if she died ?"

"She didn't die, right ?" Mina said being insensitive.

Hyun-tae looks at her in disbelief. "Why are you making it an issue ? I went for urgent work."

"Urgent work ? Or shopping ?" Hyun-tae asked in loud voice.

"Dad, please, you can't yell at me. I am not your slave." Mina said.

"Slave ? I have never distinguished between you and my daughters ?" Hyun-tae asked.

Jungkook enters listening all shouting. "What happened ?"

Mina filled her eyes with tears. "Jungkook, look they know that I am pregnant then also they are shouting on me. I went for you, to shop for your boss and they are accusing me."

"Dad, you know she is pregnant, why are you shouting at her ?" Jungkook asked.

"What!? Toy won't even listen truth, just seeing your wife crying you trusted her ? If I cry, will you trust me too ?" Hyun-tae asked.

"Your mom got seizure when I left and she didn't even picked a call. Of she wanted to go shopping for boys she could have told me."

"Jungkook, but mom is fine now, and I didn't went for any time pass." Mina said.

"Dad, why are creating such issue of a small matter. Mom is fine now." Jungkook said.

"Wow!! You know what jungkook, to heel with your wife, your and your earnings." Hyun-tae shouted.

"If you are going to be like this then si be it." Jungkook too spoke rudely.

Jungkook snapped back to reality. "I know I made a mistake by trusting that conniving woman instead of dad. I even want to apologize but can't gather the courage."

"You don't need to, he us your dad... Just agree to meets this girl and her family." Hae-won said.

"I can do anything for dad's forgiveness but not this, I don't have anymore courage mom." Jungkook said.

On other side, mina threw a party for minji and invited her friends.

"Wow!!, Minji your mom is so cool, my mom never arranges parties for me, but is that your dad ?" A boy asked pointing at Namjoon who was talking on phone.

"No, that is not my dad." Minji said. "Then where is he ?" Boy ask.

"At home. Wait let me introduce you." Minji ask for phone from Mrs. Jung.

She video calls jungkook. Jungkook picks up the call and gets emotional seeing minji.

"Hi dada."

"Hi, dear.. " Jungkook said smiling. "Meet my friends dada." Minji gave phone to the boy.

"Hi uncle.. " He greets. Jungkook talks with every one.

"Dada, you know my friends were asking if that man is my dad." Minji said and turned her camera to namjoon.

Jungkook clenched his jaw and hae-won also frown.

"No, dear I am your dada." Jungkook said.

"Ok, dada you must be busy.. I won't waste your time.. Bye!! " Minji says and disconnect.

"No, no, I am not busy... I-I am not busy.. Mom, I am not busy..." Jungkook chokes as tears spill from his eyes.

Hae-won comforts him.

"But what is your relation with Minji ?" Judge asked. "I have no relation with that child but I do have relation with Y/N, to whom you have given the fate of this case mam." Hana said smiling. 

"What about her then ?" Judge asked. "I am Y/N's sister, Seohee's mother-in-law. Y/N was also going to be my daughter-in-law, but before wedding I got to know that Y/N can't concieve, they lied, both mother and daughter are liar so, I broke off wedding." Hana said acting concerned.

"So, did you, broke the wedding because Y/N lied or because, she can't concieve ?" Judge asked with narrowed eyes.

"Ofcourse, because she can't concieve. I am lucky that I am saved from her, and honestly i think she is mentally disabled, she can't have kids so she tries to manipulate other kids into her favour, just like she is doing with minji." Hana said with hinting to cast Y/N out of the case.

Judge smiled. "Thank you for your information, now I am more convinced that Y/N is perfect candidate for deciding the case. But you won't understand this, as your mentality is too low, to understand someone's love and compassion. I think Y/N is lucky to not get a mother-in-law like you. Please leave."

Hana looked down in embarrassment and left.

"What ? My sister's mother-in-law came to badmouth me ? But..." Y/N was shocked. 

"Yes, Ms. Y/N, it's normal in such cases where victim is often defamed to get them out of case. But I think whoever, asked her to do this went too far." Judge said with a sigh.

Y/N remembered how Jungkook tried to buy her with some apartments. "But I know who is behind this." She says with anger creeping in her eyes.

"I am sorry, but I can't help anymore, Judge scolded me instead. I did whatever you said so now I am out." Hana says while taking her bag and leaving the office.

"Jungkook, this is bad, if judge is favouring Y/N and she gets to know it was you behind this then you can compeletly loose the case." Mr. Hyunsik said. 

"Don't worry, you think about any other way to win the case." Jungkook said rubbing his temples. Hyunsik nodded and left.

After a few minutes, a furious Y/N barges inside jungkook's cabin. She bangs her hand on table. "Mr. Jeon Jungkook, you should be ashamed of yourself." 

Jungkook sighed while sitting on his chair. "What are you doing here ?" He asked. "You know what the hell I am doing here." Y/N was furious.

"How dare you to contact my sister's mother-in-law and..." Jungkook held up his hand to stop her.

"Lower your voice, this is my office not your house." Jungkook said sternly. "Let your employees hear too, how disgusting of a person you are." Y/N retorted.

"And look at your guts, to talk all mighty after doing descipcable acts. I was in a dilemma to who to choose for Minji, as it is matter of minji's life, but I think you cleared everything."

"I know, that Mina isn't ideal mother, she lives with her.. friend or whatever.." Y/N said frowning and Jungkook clenched his fists.

"I was starting to pity you but you are such a manipulative bastard, who digs up people's past and use it for their own purpose. A person like you don't deserve Minji. Before slandering me you should first learn how to be a good father."

"I know Mina left Minji but you..what did you do for her in all these years..." 

"Enough okay!! Stop your bullshit and stop interferring in others life." Jungkook got up in anger and faced Y/N.

"I not even want to interfere, but you.. I know why Mina left you.. because no woman can stay under one roof with you, and even if they do marry you, her life will be hell." Y/N shouted.

Jungkook gave a mocking smile and stepped forward. "Really ? you should look around and see how many girls are dying to marry me." 

Y/N scoffed, "Those girls are dying for your money, they don't know your true face." 

"Maybe for money but atleast they want to marry me but look at you..." He said and stepped more close that their breaths mingled but both didn't backed away.

"You do remember Hyunwoo and Jaebom, thank god they are saved. And your Hana aunt knows your true face, I didn't force her, I know your true motive, that you hide behind your innocent face." Jungkook glared at her and then stepped back and shouted.

"The truth is that you were always a reject in past, are rejected now and will always be rejected in your life. Stop prying into others life to remove your lonliness." 

Y/N's eyes filled with tears but she didn't let them fall not in front of Jeon Jungkook. She gave a sly smile with glossy eyes.

"You know what like Mina left you...one day minji too is going to leave you.. with this disgusting personality of yours." With this she left.

Jungkook banged his hand on table and his eyes were red and glossy. "No one can stay with you." "You know what like Mina left you... minji is too going to leave you one day.." 

Jungkook threw the files on ground and threw the chair and broke a vase in anger. He took out his phone. 

"Hello, dad, yes, I am ready to marry the girl you chose, no need to see girl, just say yes and reach winter palm resort to meet them."

"Yes, Dad, I am on my way, you can agree to the prposal of boy's family. Today for first time I feel, I should be married and I know who to give my first invitation card." Y/N said with determination and tears in her eyes while driving.
