Chel didn’t bother to turn her head, and Sora, expecting little in response, simply stood beside her.

Sora let out a gasp. In front of them was the ruined city. Buildings and the ground were shattered and half-collapsed, with debris scattered everywhere.
But what stood out more was the monster with three skull heads flying in the sky—and the black-haired girl flying alongside it. Wings had sprouted from her back, and in one hand, she held a purple-glowing sword, while the other gripped fireworks.
“That’s Laura, right?”
“Yes.”
“What are those wings? And the sword? That’s not the one I gave her.”
“…”
Chel didn’t bother to answer. The viewers would explain it for her, so there was no need for someone as bad with words as her to speak. And Sora didn’t seem to expect an explanation from her either.
The wings were the final item in Minecraft. The reason people fought the Ender Dragon, the final boss of the game, was to unlock the End dimension. And the reason people went to the End was to obtain those wings.
The purple sword was an ultimate item. You could only make it by covering a diamond sword with Netherite, which could only be obtained in the Nether.
‘A senior must have given it to her.’
It didn’t make sense that Laura could’ve gotten those items in such a short time. It was only logical to assume she had received them from a senior.
But even so, Laura’s efforts weren’t diminished.

Laura leapt from the ground. She used a firework at the right moment.
Then, she shot up into the sky and slashed the Wither with her sword.
The sword must’ve had the ‘Holy Damage’ option because chunks of the Wither’s HP were disappearing.
Despite being a hidden boss, the Wither was getting utterly annihilated.
The Wither’s strength lay in its range. More specifically, in its height. It soared high into the sky, out of reach for most players, and launched ranged projectiles. That was its strength.
But Laura narrowed the gap using ‘unconventional methods.’
Normally, players would trap it underground to limit its height, but Laura didn’t need that. She just flew right up.
The fireworks had a propulsion function, so by the time the firework sound went off, Laura’s sword was already slashing the Wither.
Even when the Wither tried to gain more altitude to avoid her, it was pointless. The fireworks’ speed was far superior.
‘She’s good.’
Even Chel, who had average gaming skills, was impressed.
Laura soared several more times, and the Wither took a few more hits from her sword. Finally, the Wither’s body cracked open—

—and began to crumble into sand.
At some point, the Wither’s HP had hit zero.
As proof of this, a star fell where the Wither had been. It was the material used to make a beacon.
‘I’ve been blessed with eye candy again. Today feels healthier than usual.’
Chel thought as she watched Laura’s stellar performance.
