"How much are we willing to pay?" Gaara lightly laughed, "You'd be able to breeze through the banks of the 5 villages and no one would say anything about it so why are you asking me to pay?"

Naruto got angry and complained, "The money you earn yourself is the best so give me money!" He looked at the nearby astonished jounins and asked, "Right?!"

"Ah! Yes, yes." The Jounins replied as they scratched their heads.

Gaara just shrugged and said, "Then how about 2 million since it's an S-Rank Mission?"

Naruto patted his shoulder as he laughed out loud, "You understand me so much, thanks for the money!"

The jounins looked at Naruto helplessly while thinking 'This is the ruler?! Why is he so easygoing?!'

Naruto stretched his hand.

"Hm?" Gaara also stretched out his hand and shook Naruto's hand.

Naruto looked at him grimly, "I'm paid in advance since I have a 100% complete rate, I didn't ask you shake my hand."

"Alright, alright." Gaara just gave up and asked someone to go get his money.

Gaara looked at the surroundings and came up with a good idea, "Naruto, about the sands… you're using Wind Sage Chakra?"

Naruto turned his attention to him and nodded, "Yeah, it consumes 1 jounin chakra in quantity per minute but my regeneration is high so it doesn't cost much."

"It isn't much?" Gaara's eyebrows twitched.

Gaara then asked, "Can you do this with seals? I heard you set up a barrier seal in Konoha, we don't need protection with the peaceful situation these days, just a barrier to seal the sand away just like you're doing. Although I can control sand, it's a bit inconvenient to my people in the village."

"Kazekage-sama…" The ninjas around and the civilians watching looked at Gaara warmly feeling his gentle rule.

Naruto looked at him for a bit before nodding, "Since I'm quite satisfied with your attitude as a kage, I'll do it free of charge."

Gaara thanked sincerely, "Then, I'll take you up on your offer."

Naruto snapped his fingers and 8 clones appeared and all jumped away in 8 different locations.

5 minutes after chatting happily with Gaara and his jounins, the clones came back and brought stone.

Naruto caught it as a clone threw it and slammed it into the ground.

In one instant, a red barrier began to appear around the Hidden Sand Village, and it soon after became transparent.

Naruto clapped his hands around to undust his hands and said with a smile, "Done."

"Done? Just like that?" Gaara was dumbfounded, he thought that Naruto would take at least a day or two, after all the Hidden Sand Village was huge.

"Yeah." Naruto raised his nose proudly and replied, "It's done but let's see, if there's an emergency you'll need all the sand you need so…"

Drawing seals in the air with his eyes squinted. After a few seconds, he had already drawn more than 10 patterns on top of each other in the blink of an eye. As it hovered in the air, he used his wind sage chakra to get a stone from 20 meters away before settling the seals in the air to stone.

After seeing that the seals were correct, he nodded before throwing it Gaara's way.

Gaara caught it and asked, "This is…?"

Naruto explained, "Just input chakra there and wherever you are in the village, you'll be able to deactivate it. It's not effective when you're outside though."

Gaara clenched it tightly and replied "Thank you, Naruto."

"It was nothing." Naruto shrugged and saw the Jounin with a bunch of Ryos in hand coming, "Oh! My money is here!"

He snatched it directly and flew away as he laughed, "Thanks, Gaara. I'll see you later~"

Gaara chuckled and looked at the astonished Jounin around them.

"Kazekage-sama… that was the ruler? Are you sure he wasn't your next door uncle who's overly playful?"

The other jounins didn't dare say it because Naruto might hear them even though he was already far away so they looked at Gaara curiously.

Gaara laughed and explained, "Well, what he wants is a peaceful life, according to him, becoming the strongest is the way to peace."

They looked at each other with a wry smile. Although the logic was understandable, the difficulty is a bit… out of reach for them.

Gaara clapped his hands and turned serious, "Alright, everyone arrange the village for the announcement of the barrier, I'm sure some are happy but there are probably some that are panicking right now."

The Jounins who are experienced nodded and said respectfully, "Yes, Kazekage-sama." Before disappearing and gathering the villagers.

Naruto who was flying like a Z-warrior arrived in the blink of an eye and sensed a unique chakra so he went that way.

Soon after, he arrived at a ruin, he also sensed a chakra dna rushing downwards, 'He's already here?'

He thought in surprise but rushed inside as well.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

He flew in directly destroying the buildings along the way with a smile, it was already ruined anyway and there weren't people around so it's fine right?

If he was asked to compensate, he could also pay anyway. If he couldn't, the 5 great villages would pay for him.

Chuckling, he hovered over the person below, "Yo! Are you Mu…"

Mukade laughed out loud, "I don't need to break it, I just need to absorb it!"

"Oh… but that'll result in a random effect according to my understanding of that seal. You might even be swallowed by the Ley Line and die directly."

Mukade crazily replied, "Who cares?! If there's even a 1% chance to be able to control endless power, I'll take it!"

"Logic of the weak." Naruto shook his head then chuckled, "I guess I'm weak too haha! In my case, I turn it into a hundred percent after analyzing it for a bit though."

"Shut up! What would a brat understand?! You came a bit too late! I will possess the power of the Ley Line with my Puppet Jutsu. Then I shall rule over not only the Five Great Nations, but also the universe!"

Naruto chuckled and agreed, "True, but even an Otsutsuki doesn't dare absorb it and you dare?"

"An Otsutsuki? Who are those? Those are not comparable to me!" Mukade didn't pay any more attention to Naruto and chanted as he crouched down and began to absorb the seal. "On Mayura Girante Sewaka!"

After he finished chanting, a purplish chakra began arising from the seal.

Naruto squinted his eyes as he absorbed, 'Let's see… 1% Impure Chakra, 2% Sage Chakra… and… 97% unknown but 10 times as strong as Sage Chakra!'

Naruto looked at it excitedly but closed his eyes for a moment.

Opening his eyes, he immediately created 4 jounin clones with 10 jounin chakra quantities and ordered, "Set up a seal around the tower."

Naruto on the other hand rushed forward the increasingly getting stronger Ley Line Chakra.

Getting engulfed by it was not as Naruto expected, it didn't harm him but he instead sensed another kind of energy.

As he was sinking deeper and deeper to the energy, he snapped his fingers every second setting a spatial seal on the way to be able to connect the flying thunder god seals all around the world to wherever he was getting sent to.

With his amount of chakra, 1 genin chakra per snap was nothing, so he did it for until he arrived.

He also counted the time '25 hours, 1 minute and 32 seconds…'

He looked around for a bit as he arrived but then left a spatial seal on the ground before trying to go back but found out that he could only travel in between every 10 spatial seals and it'd take him awhile to teleport so he just decided to teleport back to wherever he was to find out where this place was.

After looking around, he looked above and saw light coming down from 5 windows so he flew up into the sky in an instant.

Hovering up in the sky, he was shocked and he was rarely shocked, 'This is… Roran… Why did it come back to life?'

He spread out his sage sense within Roran and sensed Kurama. "Why is he here?"

He rushed in the direction of Kurama's chakra DNA and was dumbfounded at what he saw, 'That's… Kurama's chakra DNA mixed with my DNA… Me?!'
