THE STRONGEST CREATURE OF THE BEAST PIRATES

Chapter 45: CHAPTER 45

If Kaido hadn't sent Alastor out, how could Alastor have been seriously injured and unconscious?

Furthermore, if Kaido hadn't kept her grounded on Onigashima with shackles, how could she be helpless here, unable to help?

Therefore, all the blame falls squarely on the old man, Kaido!

Yamato suddenly let out a long cry: "Kaido!"

She ran off, transformed into a white whirlwind, and rushed straight out of the cave toward Kaido's palace.

Along the way, many members of the Beasts Pirates saw her and were so shocked that their mouths dropped open. "Ya... Master Yamato?"

Almost no one dared to stop Yamato, and those who weren't quick enough to move were knocked down by her.

Soon, she arrived at the main palace on Onigashima. Just as she did, she bumped into Ulti, who was picking up another lunch.

Ulti's eyes widened in surprise. She was momentarily dazed, then yelled:

"Okay, you damn master, are you trying to steal my lunch again?"

She was ready to settle the score with Yamato.

"Get out of the way, Ulti!" Yamato barked.

Ulti snorted, "Who do you think you are, telling me to get out of the way? No way!"

Yamato stopped wasting time with words and swung her stick:

"Bagua!"

Not to be outdone, Ulti shouted, "You want to fight, huh? Who's afraid of who! Moisturizing gun!"

Ulti, who possessed the ability of the Pachycephalosaurus fruit, had the hardest part of her forehead. She charged headfirst, colliding with the energy blast emitted from Yamato's stick.

In the past, Yamato had always held back during their fights, but this time, Yamato was serious.

The force of the blow sent Ulti flying, crashing into a distant building. By the time Ulti stood up, she was still dizzy.

What... When did the damn master become so powerful?

After knocking Ulti aside, Yamato continued charging forward.

Inside the main palace, all the core members of the Beasts Pirates were present.

Black Maria covered her mouth, smiling. "Poor Ulti. But it's strange—why is Master Yamato so angry?"

Sasaki commented, "It seems like Master Yamato is heading to see Boss Kaido."

Who's-Who, cigarette in mouth, smirked, "This should be interesting."

The three of them followed Yamato into Kaido's palace.

Boom!

The door was kicked open.

Flame Calamity King, Queen, and Drought Jack immediately turned in shock and anger. Who would dare kick down Boss Kaido's door?

When they saw it was Yamato, they immediately suppressed their anger and, in unison, took a few steps back.

Past experience told them that any encounter between Boss Kaido and his daughter, Yamato, would never end well.

Even though they were high-ranking, they knew better than to interfere in family matters.

Kaido, who had been drinking, glanced at Yamato, then continued drinking, speaking drunkenly:

"Yamato, what do you want? Come to be beaten again?"

Unexpectedly, the next moment, Yamato's words made Kaido spit his wine out.

"Kaido, I, Joyboy, will defeat you today!"

The name "Joyboy" echoed through the hall.

Kaido spat out his drink, and his drunken haze instantly cleared.

Even the usually calm King couldn't believe his ears.

Queen performed an exaggerated display, sticking out his tongue and eyes, screaming, "Jojojo... Joyboy?!"

Drought Jack, however, was more focused on something else. What caught his attention was Yamato's claim that she would defeat Boss Kaido today.

"Master Yamato, you are far too reckless—more so than me."

However, the three disasters and the others shared a common instinct: they all took a few steps back in unspoken agreement.

Kaido stared at Yamato as if he was seeing her for the first time. His tone was surprised:

"Yamato, did you just call yourself Joyboy? Do you even know what that name means? Don't you usually call yourself Kozuki Oden?"

Yamato stood tall, holding her slender mace. Her powerful aura startled even the Flying Six members who had followed her.

Yamato declared loudly, "Kozuki Oden is a thing of the past. From now on, I will be Joyboy! And Joyboy's mission is to defeat you, Kaido!"

Upon hearing this, Who's-Who was a bit confused. From what he knew, Joyboy was a great warrior who liberated the world—how did he become the one who would defeat Kaido?

King's pupils widened with shock.

King, the orphan of the Lunaria tribe, had once believed Kaido to be Joyboy. As a child, he had suffered through cruel human experiments by the World Government, and he despised the world for it. He longed for Joyboy to appear, someone who would change the world.

But after meeting Kaido, King believed Kaido was the true Joyboy, the one who could create the world he desired.

Yet Kaido never acknowledged this title. His vision for the world had nothing to do with liberation.

For King and Kaido, only the person who could defeat Kaido—the "strongest creature"—could be Joyboy.

But now, Kaido's own daughter, Yamato, was claiming the name for herself.

Was this a play on the future of a filial child?

King couldn't help but feel absurd.

But if anyone in this world can defeat Boss Kaido, it would be Yamato-sama, who carries Kaido's blood. She truly has a slight possibility of doing so.

Though it's possible, it's still very small.

"Oooohoo! Oooohoo!"

After the initial shock, Kaido suddenly looked up to the sky and laughed wildly, tears streaming from his eyes.

"Yamato, you never fail to surprise me!"

"When you were a child, you suddenly declared that you wanted to be Kozuki Oden, which almost made me want to kill you!"

"And now you call yourself Joyboy, which is even worse than calling yourself Kozuki Oden!"

"Hmm, but that doesn't matter. Whether it's Kozuki Oden or Joyboy, I'm not afraid of anything!"

"If you want to defeat me, then show your strength, Yamato!"

As Kaido laughed, a violent aura swept across the room.

The intensity of the aura was so deep and terrifying that even the Three Calamities and the Flying Six broke out in cold sweat.

Only Yamato stood unafraid, unleashing her own powerful aura in response to Kaido's.

Buzz! Buzz!

Purple-black lightning crackled in the air, and the terrifying pressure quickly enveloped the entire hall, spreading outward.

Many members of the Beasts Pirates, even the high-ranking cadres, were stunned by the sheer force of the clash.

This was the clash of Conqueror's Haki vs. Conqueror's Haki!

It was the ultimate showdown between the father and daughter of the strongest creature!

"To be able to compete with Boss Kaido in the use of Conqueror's Haki, you truly are the daughter of Boss Kaido!" Who's-Who said in admiration, shocked.

"This is terrifying, absolutely terrifying!" Queen blurted, his face pale as he quickly retreated a few hundred meters.

Kaido laughed and said, "Not bad, but I'm your father. You can never defeat me in this aspect!"

Kaido released an even stronger wave of Conqueror's Haki, knocking Yamato back.

Though she was defeated in the clash of wills, Yamato showed no intention of backing down.

With her mace in hand, she charged at Kaido at an incredible speed.

"Divine Foot White Snake Strike!"

Kaido was hit, his face bruised. He grinned, wincing in pain.

"It hurts, but it's still far from enough."

"Yamato, remember, your strength and everything you have come from me. You'll never defeat me!"

"Accept your fate, Yamato!"

Kaido raised his mace, crackling with purple lightning and terrifying force.

Yamato took a deep breath and, with unwavering resolve, shouted:

"I refuse to accept that kind of fate! My own destiny must be forged by me! I want to be Joyboy and defeat you, Kaido!"

Her mace, too, was charged with purple lightning and Conqueror's Haki.

In the next moment, father and daughter roared together:

"Thunder Bagua!"

Rumble!

Blazing thunder flickered as violent shockwaves filled the air.

King, Who's-Who, and the others had to step back, narrowly avoiding being caught in the aftermath of the clash.

Queen hid behind a thick pillar, watching King also retreat. He couldn't help but laugh, saying:

"King, it seems Master Yamato's strength has already surpassed yours. Looks like you can only rank fourth in our Beasts Pirates!"

King shot a cold glance at Queen and replied, "Who's third?"

Queen puffed out his chest proudly. "Of course, it's me your uncle!"

"Yeah?" King's tone was sharp.

The two had a tendency to argue over their respective rankings.

Suddenly, a loud crash shook the hall, pulling both King and Queen back from their bickering.
