The Seekers of Truth in a World of Deception: The Mystery of Parallel World’s Memories and Science

Chapter 20: The Decision to Implement AI

The Beginning of the Meeting

Satoru Koizumi and his team gathered in the meeting room of their new headquarters to discuss future strategies. The main agenda was the introduction of a new AI system to counter ADAM’s growing threat.

“ADAM’s attacks are becoming more intense by the day. At this rate, we won’t be able to hold out,” Satoru said with a serious expression.

“That’s why I propose we introduce EVE and ELIZA, which will help us defend and retaliate effectively,” Satoru continued.

Tomomi nodded in agreement. “EVE is perfect for strengthening our defense system. With its computational power and predictive abilities, it should be able to preemptively block ADAM’s attacks.”

Masato also agreed. “ELIZA would be effective in counter-attacking ADAM. Its self-learning capabilities would give us a tactical edge.”

Ryoko, however, expressed a concern. “But it’ll take at least three years to fully develop EVE and ELIZA. What if we’re attacked again before then?”

Kagaya thought for a moment before responding. “True, but there might be some regularity in the timing of ADAM’s attacks. Analyzing that should be a priority.”

Misa chimed in. “If we can find a pattern in the timing, we might be able to predict the next attack. It’s worth analyzing the motives behind the attacks.”

Satoru nodded in agreement. “Let’s start developing EVE and ELIZA while also thoroughly analyzing ADAM’s behavior patterns. This is the only way we can survive,” he said, reaffirming his resolve.

The Decision to Implement EVE and ELIZA

As the meeting progressed, the team delved into the specific roles of EVE and ELIZA.

EVE was assigned to defense. “It will predict ADAM’s attacks and provide real-time defense strategies. It will also quickly identify and patch any security vulnerabilities.”

On the other hand, ELIZA was designated for offense. “It will analyze ADAM’s weaknesses and launch effective counter-attacks. Its self-learning function will continuously optimize its attack patterns.”

Kagaya summarized, “With the introduction of EVE and ELIZA, we’ll strengthen both our defense and offense, making it possible to retaliate against ADAM.”

Ryoko, more confident now, added, “Once these two AIs are completed, our security framework will be significantly enhanced. Let’s commit to the three-year development plan.”

The Mystery of ADAM

ADAM’s timing for launching attacks remained a mystery.

“If we could figure out ADAM’s behavioral patterns, we could implement more effective measures,” Satoru pondered aloud.

Kagaya proposed, “ADAM might be responding to certain actions we’re taking.”

Ryoko agreed. “By gathering and analyzing data, we should be able to uncover its behavior patterns.”

Commitment to a New Challenge

The team solidified their plan to complete EVE and ELIZA over the next three years. Their goal was to secure the capability to defend against and counter ADAM.

“These next three years will be crucial. Our future depends on this plan,” Satoru said to the team, instilling a renewed sense of determination in everyone.

Takumi Takagi’s Energy Technology

Takumi Takagi, a pioneer in energy technology, devised a plan to integrate his technology into the systems of EVE and ELIZA.

“With my technology, we can maximize the performance of EVE and ELIZA,” Takumi confidently stated.

Tomomi asked, “How will you integrate it?”

Takumi explained, “By optimizing energy consumption with next-generation energy technology, I’ll ensure stable operation for both systems.”

“With that technology, our AI can function at its full potential,” Satoru said, expressing his gratitude.

Developing the New AI

The development of EVE and ELIZA, incorporating Takumi’s energy technology, progressed smoothly. The AI underwent numerous tests, gradually approaching completion.

“How’s EVE’s defense function shaping up?” Ryoko asked.

“It’s capable of real-time threat analysis and rapid responses. Energy efficiency has been optimized, allowing for long-term operation,” Kagaya replied.

Masato added, “ELIZA is also adapting to the latest attack patterns through self-learning.”

Preparing for Completion

As the completion of EVE and ELIZA neared, final adjustments and testing were conducted.

“We need to have everything ready before the next attack,” Satoru urged the team.

“Let’s finish strong,” Tomomi declared, showing her determination.

With the introduction of the new AI systems, the team set out on their mission to gain the upper hand against ADAM, fully committed to the new challenges ahead.
