The Rise of the Titan

Chapter 486: Chapter 486: Eight Legends

"Boom!" The immense and irresistible force transmitted from the weapon to the six-armed Naga. Despite her size being over ten times larger than Muria, she couldn't withstand this force with her physique alone. Her body drew a straight trajectory through the sky before crashing into the ground, raising a cloud of dust.

"Lady Loreina!" screamed the subordinates of this legendary Naga. Under the lead of several soul-level Nagas, they charged at Muria.

"Such courage, daring to attack a fully healthy Titan. What a pity!" Muria admired the courage of the Nagas charging at him but then mercilessly swung the poleaxe in his hand.

Bright blood, severed limbs, arms, snake tails, and beautiful heads scattered in the air, accompanied by the Nagas' dying screams, presenting a ghastly yet strangely beautiful scene.

"No, Cecil, block the Titan for me!" The legendary Naga who had been slammed into the ground by Muria soared into the sky. Seeing this scene, she screamed in rage.

"Hehehe," laughed the sea monster Cecil, her flower-like body trembling. "Swear an oath to do one thing for me, as long as it doesn't endanger your life."

"Hurry!" The two ocean legends struck a deal within a breath's time.

"You won't disturb my master's battle," declared the Balor demon with the broken horn as he threw his beheading sword at Cecil, intercepting the sea monster just as she was about to stop Muria from delivering his second strike.

"Slosh!" The sound of flesh being torn apart rang out again. The legendary Naga watched as her kin, who were supposed to assist her in battle, were killed one after another.

"I will kill you!" Loreina roared in anger. She could accept the death of her kin, but being slaughtered so meaninglessly was too humiliating.

"Let's see if you have the ability," Muria laughed as he cut down nearly a third of the Nagas and crippled almost half with two swings.

"Clang!" Muria wielded the Infernal War Spear and the poleaxe, fighting against the legendary Naga who wanted to devour him alive. He showed no signs of falling behind, using his superior strength to repeatedly knock her to the ground.

After a few exchanges, Loreina realized a humiliating truth: she couldn't defeat this Titan who hadn't even reached the legendary rank with pure strength alone. When she tried to use her spatial abilities as a legend to suppress Muria, he pinned her with the Sun-Spear, making her realize that flashy tricks were useless against him. She had to either overpower him directly or retreat.

But Loreina knew she had a fourth option: to discard all her legendary pride and ask for help from Cecil, who was fighting a brainless sea monster. "Won't you all join me in besieging the Titan's offspring? What are you waiting for? Do you think only a few of us want him dead?"

"Kill the Titan's offspring," called the eight-armed sea monster, abandoning its fight with Cecil to rush at Muria.

"This is the last time I fight alongside such chaotic fools," Cecil said angrily, turning her attention to the sea monster. She couldn't stand creatures like it, whose thoughts were incomprehensible to normal beings.

"Master, I'll handle these two!" The legendary upper demon with the broken horn arrived just in time, taking over the fight against the sea monster and Cecil after Muria withstood a combined attack from three legends using his Holy Glory Abyss.

"What about that hybrid fish?" Muria asked after slicing Loreina away once more.

"It escaped," the broken horn replied, a bit embarrassed. He had intended to chase it but saw Muria being pressured by three legends and decided to assist him instead.

"Hmm," Muria wasn't surprised. It's standard for legends to flee when outmatched. He casually killed a soul-level Naga before pinning Loreina to the ground again. "Broken Horn, hold them off and find an opportunity to get us out of here. Don't get entangled with them."

Muria had no intention of killing a legend. Without a special environment like the Titan's domain or the Abyss training ground, it was almost impossible to kill legends with soul-level combat power. After all, Nagas weren't like weak human assassins; they earned their legendary status through hard work and struggle.

Besides, these three legends were just minions of Ambori, an evil ocean goddess. But those who wanted Muria dead weren't limited to just her. He didn't know exactly how many there were since he was someone who actively pursued justice.

"Truly, the followers of an evil ocean goddess," Muria remarked as he emerged from the space with the broken horn, holding his blood-stained spear and poleaxe. "A bunch of chaotic fools."

The balance of Muria and the broken horn fighting against three legends didn't last long. Another group of evil god followers disrupted the balance. To Muria's amusement, these new enemies, initially targeting him, started fighting Ambori's followers instead, giving Muria a chance to escape.

"Swish!" "Swish!" Shortly after Muria took to the air, two daggers silently stabbed at his waist, only to be blocked by the Holy Glory Abyss armor.

"Seems the rumors about you having a set of legendary armor were true," said a Drow Ranger, retreating after the failed strike, with a hint of jealousy and envy.

"Then what are you waiting for? Kill him, and the armor is ours," said a sinister voice as a slender figure holding a staff appeared behind Muria.

"How do we divide it?"

"One piece each."

"Stop talking and kill him first."

More and more Drow Elves with different appearances emerged around Muria, their combined legendary aura creating a suffocating pressure.
