The rise of the pervert primordial

Under the angered gazes of the vast majority of people from Wade's side, the girls from the Myriad Occupation sect who had suffered wounds due to their battles with the golems, were bathed in a dim light brown light.

Then, slowly but surely the bruises on their shoulders started fading away before they disappeared without leaving behind any trace, a similar scene unveiled at Wade's side, but it was on a much smaller scale, as in it only applied to Fawn's group and the mercenaries who properly fought the golems.

Not even a second after the previous, blue fire words lit up in the middle of the sky.

[The treatment has been properly administrated; the body trial will start right away if there are no valid claim for clarifications]

"Hey, hold a damn second, why wasn't I given treatment, I destroyed an arm of one of those things with my spirit technique!", exclaimed an elder from the Marsh Domain, who had lost mobility on both an arm and a leg since he used all his spirit energy before the time limit was up and a golem broke through the wide area barrage of attacks near him, to then sent him flying with a kick.

"Yeah, my yin water tsunami also broke the arm of an enemy, so heal me as well!", added a female cultivator from the Pleasure Palace.

"Me too, my lightning…", others who were sure their attacks got the limb of a golem, started complaining too, the moment the trial ended they immediately took out some pill or elixir to recover mobility on wounded arms and or legs, but very much to their displease, they had little to no effect.

The most they could do after taking a whole bunch of different alchemy products with recovery properties, was either move their fingers or toes and that was it, so by now they had realized that just like the fatigue soul cultivators had taken during the soul trial, the wounds received during the energy trial were way harder to get rid of.

[Delaying the start of the body trial is against the rules, a first warning will be issued to the perpetrators]

The previous message suddenly interrupted the rain of complains coming from the ones that were demanding to receive treatment.

"W-Wait… aghhh!", the first person who spoke was also the first one to receive the "warning" which unlike back at the soul trial, where those blue flames took away some of the energy cultivation from the ones that went against the rules, this time resulted in a light brown light similar to what was used to treat the girls from the sect a moment ago.

But of course, the effect was different this time around, all those who complained started screaming while they grabbed onto the arms which had lost their mobility, one could hear the cracking sounds coming from them, their bones were being shattered from the inside which is why they were screaming like that.

'Hoh, so the punishments follow the rules of suppression but at inverse, which is why during the soul trial the penalty was in the energy aspect, but the punishment during the energy trial is a penalty for the body aspect, then that means being punished during the body trial is incredibly dangerous as it will be a penalty in the soul aspect', thought Aster as he saw the bones on those guys arms being crushed so that, even if they recovered there will be after effects.

Unless those poor bastards got some fortunate encounter that would grant them a high Immortal grade pill or elixir, the arm in which they received the punishment will forever be frail and prompt to break.

As to why Aster considered being punished in the soul aspect the most dangerous out of the three, that's because the soul path is underdeveloped in the four Heavenly Quadrants, hell there hasn't been anyone who had surpassed the Soul King realm, so far, so knowledge about the soul and therefore ways to treat soul wounds are shallower than their counterparts.

'One might think that the ones behind the trials are rather indifferent, but they were considerate enough to let the actual punishment for last, well I guess even idiots would understand not to make a fuss after being punished twice', concluded Aster to then say.

"I want to ask why though the wounds of my teammates were healed, the pain didn't disappear", Aster's words drew the attention of both the girls from the sect who just received treatment as well as some from Wade's group.

For different reasons though, the girls from the sect were surprised at the fact that Aster knew that even though they looked perfectly fine, the pain didn't lessen, specially when they didn't show it in the slightest and it hasn't been even a minute since the treatment finished.

Seeing those girls surprised expressions, Aster chuckled as he said.

'Why the surprise, I of course watched the treatment process with my spirit sense from the very moment it started to make sure there were no "funny" things going on, also… you little girls are a thousand years too young to hide anything from your senior brother'.

The girls from the sect first slightly blushed at the fact that Aster was watching over them with such care, before they giggled at the latter part of his sentence, not all of the ones that ended up wounded by the golems were junior disciples, there were a couple of seniors as well, so it was funny that Aster talked to them like that when he is younger than them.

Well, technically out of all the present people Aster is only older than Kana, but just like Alice, his age both physically and mentally is nor determined neither limited by how much has his body lived, a trait that some races among them the dragon one from whom the Drage descend share, but even then, he wouldn't be even as old as the senior disciples who are in their early or mid twenties at most.

Leaving aside the girls from the sect who were distracted from the pain they still were under, due to Aster's words, the people from Wade's side whose attention was drawn towards Aster, Wade included, were doing so for a much different reason.

Basically, they wanted to see him being punished like those guys whose bones were shattered, which made Aster smirk at them, imagine their expressions when let alone being punished, he got an answer from those blue flames floating in the sky.

"In that case, is there a problem if they are completely cured by other means?", added Aster, which made Wade grit his teeth at the sight of the black-haired youth casually conversing with the blue flaming board, when they had to be afraid of being punished just by speaking.

"What the hell, why isn't he being punished, this is clear and outright preferential treatment!", exclaimed an elder from the Ocean Aquamarine, to which Aster shook his head as he looked at them with disdain.

"You guys need to work on your reading comprehension", he mockingly said.

[The accusation has been processed, no special treatment out of the rules was detected, the claim made by the accused was a valid one, administrating punishment to the accuser for delaying the start of the body trial]

"Aghhh!", followed by the appearance of the previous message, the elder from the Ocean Aquamarine grabbed his left arm as the bones inside of it were shattered by the light brown light that assaulted the elder.

[Continuing with the clarification, other recovery means had been temporarily limited to the extreme for the sake of the incoming body trial, the participants are free to give them a try but it's not encouraged as a way for complete recovery will be provided during the body trial]

That last message illuminated the obscure mood that was pressing down on the participants from Wade's side, who were at a loss after they didn't recover neither mobility not got rid of the pain from their wounds even when using pills or elixirs.

Having his doubts cleared, Aster remained silent and since no one else from his side wanted to ask for anything, and no one from Wade's side dared to ask anything, the energy trial officially ended and the body trial officially started.

"What is…", the atmosphere in the road took a strange shift and then the vast majority of the present people, fell to the ground.

"Are you okay?", the first one to react was Valentina, she saw around half of the girls from the sect, collapse out of nowhere, so she of course immediately sought to know whether they were fine or not, only to realize that she… couldn't move, fortunately for her, Aster directly cleared her doubts.

"It's alright, they are just paralyzed, probably because they are not body cultivators", he said as he crouched down next to the nearest girl to him to then turn her upwards since she was laying face down on the ground.

The girl was clearly awake as she was blinking and her breathing was stable and all, but she apparently couldn't do even as much as speak, given the fact that she was being carefully handled by her admired senior brother Aster and yet her only reaction was a cutely reddened face.

"I'm still standing and can speak unlike them, so why can't I move", mumbled Valentina to which Aster pointed at another girl who like him wasn't a body cultivator but was moving to check on the girls near her, it was blond haired girl with bright blue eyes who appeared to be in her early twenties, to then add.

"Well, this is the body trial, so it would make sense that only those that had trained their body, whether they are body cultivators or not, can actively participate", the one who was pointed at by Aster was of course the body training obsessed girl, Agnes.

"It seems like to a certain extent, those who are not completely devoid of progress in terms of physical training, are less restrained resulting in different results, sister Valentina can speak and remain standing for example", said the Sun Diamond princess.

"And the difficulty is adapted to the level of every person separately, considering that miss Valentina can't move in the slightest but Nerissa who is also not a body cultivator, but has also done basic physical training, can even if slowly do so", added Aster.

Also, even if Nerissa could move, she wasn't able to "actively" participate in the trial, it was simply an anomaly resulting of her relatively decent progress when it came to the physical aspect even as a non-body cultivator, but Aster confirmed that she wasn't being pressed down by the new atmosphere that had descended into the road, unlike him, Agnes or the body cultivators from the sect that could perfectly move and were checking on, on all the others.

Speaking of which, Aster walked towards the few girls from his family who actually fell to the ground, unable to even remain standing, the closest one being the little girl who was laying face up on the ground with expecting eyes, wanting Aster to help her get up and or carry her like a princess, just for Aster to softly poke her forehead as he walked past her.

"You little spoiled girl, we'll play later, so be good and wait until I help your sisters", he said which made Kana giggle, it hasn't been long, but Aster and Esmeralda's training was enough for her to be able to at least move enough to sit down and also speak, though she indeed couldn't get up.

"Okay~", of course the little girl feigned to be completely paralyzed so that she would receive Aster's attention, unfortunately or not, she was really bad at feigning, just like how she couldn't contain her giggles when she feigned to be asleep, her body slightly shook as she laughed to her insides earlier, it was barely noticeable but Aster could easily tell, it was an amusing case of Kana being too pure to trick Aster.

Anyway, the next girl was a true case of not being able to move, though she still maintained the capacity to speak, her embarrassment made it so that she would have preferred that to not be the case, the glasses wearing receptionist girl, Angela.

'Well, it seems like I now have a good idea of what to do for a date with her', amusingly thought Aster as he helped Angela who fell frontwards on her arm, as she instinctively tried to protect her glasses at the last second.

'Ughh this is so embarrassing!', thought the poor receptionist girl as she saw Aster helping her accommodate her glasses properly, her heart was racing over the close contact and "intimate" contact, Angela's glasses were special for her and in fact besides the one that gave them to her and Angela herself, Aster is the first one that has touched them, not to mention that he even moved the few strands of her pretty dirty blond hair which got messy due to her falling down, back to their place.

"There you go, wait here for a second, I have to check on another person", said Aster once he had finished tidying up Angela whose face was burning red.

"Mm, thanks…", mumbled the receptionist girl, while swearing to do some physical training as soon as she had a chance, though deep inside of her hear, she was happy of this result, unaware that Aster could easily see through her.

Not wanting to tease Angela more, Aster got up and walked towards the only other girl who actually besides talking, couldn't move in the slightest, it was a girl who could be perfectly described as the incarnation of the color white, thanks to her pale white both hair and skin, as well as her pupils which barely distinguished from her sclerae, Vivian.

Contrary to what one would expect, Vivian was happy that Aster came to check on her after the others, because if it was before, due to her being "attacked", her body constitution would have released all kinds of poisons to respond, but as of current, her dress which Aster gifted her, was completely white colored, besides the permanent golden colored parts which were painted with Aster's blood.

In other words, her poisons were under her control even when she was being restrained, and that was enough for the white-haired girl to brightly smile at Aster who was helping her sit down.

"I was worried for a second, but it seems like your spirit energy and the dress you gifted me are enough for my heart to be at ease, Aster", she casually said, ignoring the other meanings that her words held for the others that heard them.

"Ahem, it's good that the technique is working", said Aster, trying to divert the attention from those curious girls who even when paralyzed were gazing at Aster, while letting their imaginations run wild.

Besides those two, the other girls from his family who weren't body cultivators could remain either standing but chose to sat down by themselves, since they couldn't walk anyway, among them we have Eris who was being laughed at by Mylene, the ice princess Aria who was being laughed at by Alice of course.

And then Dahlia, Kana and Camila who were being tended by the blonde motherly woman Sarina, who despite also not being a body cultivator, could freely move.

'Mmm, as I thought a body related talent, trait or aspect does count at the moment of resisting the paralyzing effect of the atmosphere, but there is a limit to it, otherwise Camila should have been able to move freely as her constitution reinforces her body when she uses the copper, silver and golden liquid', concluded Aster.

As an example of the previous, Sarina and Kana are both beast race descendants, however while Kana's movement was limited as she had only recently started training her body, Sarina was a warrior even before meeting Aster, so she has a decent amount of physical strength, which is the base of her future body path cultivation.

So ultimately, the training weighed more than the innate aspect in order to resist the paralyzing effect, and in case you wonder why Dahlia who is an energy and soon also a soul path cultivator, could also remain standing, it's because there was still some extra vitality in her body, which she had taken from those guys she fought back then, thanks to her manual.

"Everyone on this side is okay", said Mikaela who had finished checking on the girls at the south side.

"Same here", added Agnes who checked the north.

"No problem as well", concluded Layla who checked the west part of the group, as for the east that's where Aster was, and it was basically composed of his family, and a couple of girls who were close when the atmosphere changed, and he has checked on everyone at this point too.

[The preparation time had finished, the body trial will begin right away, from this moment onwards, all the non-participants who remain on the spot for more than five minutes will receive a penalty, the participants have twelve hours to reach the end of the road or they will receive a penalty]

And with that, the blue flame board disappeared from the sky and instead, ethereal looking hourglasses appeared above all the non-participants, it wasn't hard to guess that those were timers, which upon reaching their end would trigger a penalty.

Wade who was in a worse state when compared to Valentina, though he is also an energy and soul cultivator like her, as he couldn't remain standing and was sitting from the very beginning turned to see his group which was a mess.

Unlike the side of the Myriad Occupation sect, none of the wounded from the energy trial recovered mobility on their bruised limbs and to his bad luck, most of them were energy and body cultivators, meaning that they were participants of the body trial, but due to the previous, they were having trouble walking under the constant pressure of the atmosphere.

Add to that the fact that the mood between the different forces and families that conformed his group was in a horrible state, and you get groups of people who were still laying face down on the ground, a few who were being mocked at by the ones that they disdained until now as they needed their help and the list goes on.

'Damn it!', cursed the Cascade young lord to then shout.

"Enough you fools, those who can move help the ones who can't to get up, we have to get moving as soon as possible!", unfortunately after the fiasco at the energy trial, besides the other two big forces who were in a real alliance with the Ocean Aquamarine family, the others didn't directly follow his orders anymore.

"The Telles family will help others move for a proper fee, limited to three people", said the leader from the Telles family, they had a couple of mercenaries as spare manpower and this was a good business opportunity, so he of course tried to earn some benefits, and the Telles weren't the only ones.

"The Redheart family has an extra space, those interested in reaching the end of the road, name your bid!".

In a matter of seconds, discussions and insults could be heard coming from Wade's side, as more than half of the members of said group started arguing with each other, all this under the gaze of Fawn who surprisingly despite being a Fey princess, meaning she is an energy and soul cultivator, could still move.

"Boooom!", then a shockwave, accompanied by a slight tremor drew the attention of everyone at Wade's side, they all turned towards the side of the Myriad Occupation sect, just to be welcomed by the sight of the Lord of the Twin Sword Valley whose right fist punched the ground, resulting in a large perfectly straight line to appear on it.

'What is that bastard planning to do now?', wondered Wade, as he saw Aster repeat the previous three times, on different positions, to then crouch down and insert his hands on the ground.

"Crack!", the sound of something shattering echoed through the vicinity as Aster tore a piece of the ground, resulting in a relatively decent large rectangular stone tablet to be created.
