Mona and Abby were happy to have successfully returned from this survival test. And since the two hadn't seen each other during this week of competition, they immediately started talking about their experiences that took place during the exam.

Meanwhile, as the two of them headed towards their bodyguards who were waiting for them with smiles on their faces, Eda greeted them with a smile, "Congratulations on reaching the third test, Ms. Abby and Mona!"

At the same time, Russ also nodded in agreement. It would be of great satisfaction to the Miller family for these two young women to make such progress and, most importantly, for their safe return.

Mona was not concerned by such formality and soon asked with curiosity, "Did you observe the other competitors? How was the performance of the best competitors during the second stage?"

She, of course, wasn't curious to know how amazing the other competitors were, but rather, because she was someone at level 41, a strength that was quite rare among the participants!

All Mona wanted was to gauge the strength of the other competitors who had fared in the exam. Even if she wouldn't be able to make it into the top 3, she could certainly strive to aim for the rank within the top 10!

Thus, knowing about her opponents was the best possible way for people like her to make adequate preparations!

"This..." When he was about to say, Russ let out a deep breath before continuing, "Ms. Abby's friend stood out the most among all the competitors..."

Upon hearing this, both of the women were surprised as they stared at each other for a moment, they just couldn't believe it!

After all, despite the fact that Minos was one of those monsters capable of fighting against higher-level cultivators, there were many participants in this competition who were at level 43 and one of them had already reached level 44!

So, they couldn't understand how Minos was able to steal the attention of these geniuses!

Curious, Abby inquired further, "And what did he do to attract so much attention?"

She then continued to narrate the details that happened, including the 5th stage beasts which had fallen at the hands of Minos. The young Stuart had truly put on an impressive show for the witnessing audience...

And as the two girls heard this, they couldn't help but open their mouths in utter shock. If it weren't for Russ and Eda, who were telling them about what had transpired, neither of the two would have found such a story to be true.

This was undeniably the most absurd thing they might have ever heard!

And while the two young ladies of the Miller family were dazzled after learning about Minos' achievements, several other competitors found out about the young Stuart's feats through their own companions.

Even Troy had been curious about Minos since this guy seemed to be his only opponent in this edition of the Spiritual Tournament.

Meanwhile, Minos and Ruth had already reunited after the conclusion of the second test. The raven-haired beautiful young woman had already been waiting for him in the same spot where they had bid farewell before the start of the competition while holding a satisfied smile on her face.

"You have reached level 39! Congratulations! At this rate, it won't be long before you beat me!" she exclaimed with a beautiful smile beaming on her face.

Minos nodded and rewarded her with a short kiss.

He was tired of those exam days and was eager to return to the hotel to rest as soon as possible. Along with that, he also had to satisfy his physical 'needs' together with Ruth, so there was no reason for them to be wasting their time talking in this square any longer.

And with that in his mind, they soon headed to their hotel which was located in the central region of the Capital City.

After arriving in their room, Minos wasted no time and immediately went to the shower, craving to take his first hot bath after spending a whole week in that forest. And although he could use his spiritual energy to cleanse himself, that was the kind of thing that met his needs but didn't make him satisfied.

Taking a good hot shower was something that Minos valued and always indulged in. It provided a way to relax without anything distracting him...

And it wasn't long before he finished the shower and went straight to bed, where Ruth lay on the bed stark naked, her whole body exposed for his delight!

Among those, Minos had also met a guy named Todd Cohen, the grandson of a merchant in the Kingdom of Waves. While Minos and his group were returning after attacking Leroy, they rescued Todd from a group of beasts.

And on hearing his surname, Minos connected the dots and discovered that Todd was a descendant of Lance.

Anyway, Minos met and formed acquaintances with a lot of people during this period.

He merely wanted to stay in this tournament so that he could continue fighting against opponents of his generation as a form of training.

With that, time flew quickly, and in the blink of an eye, it was already time for the third test of the Spiritual Tournament to begin!

The remaining 4,000 participants in the competition would engage in their 32 battles, in the form of a Battle Royale, with 125 competitors fighting simultaneously in each group!

During each of the fights, only the last person standing would be considered the winner and would advance to the final phase of the Spiritual Tournament.

That alone could also be considered a tremendous accomplishment for many of these competitors, who could boast of being among the top 32 greatest geniuses in this region of the continent!

And such an accomplishment was definitely not small. Even if some of these individuals were not chosen by the sects of the Flaming Empire, they would still become the focus of their respective families.

To estimate its importance, even the King of the Cromwell Kingdom would be present to watch the top three matches!

And many other families in the region would also send their representatives to watch the final matches, hoping to spot some talented youth who was not yet affiliated with any of the prominent houses in this region!

"Come on. I can't wait to see what the order of the fights will be!" an adult man exclaimed anxiously.

He was eager to watch the battles which involved the most outstanding youngsters in this edition of the tournament, and it was particularly true in the case of Minos and the young Troy.

"I hope that the top competitors don't face each other at this stage of the competition..." an old man commented aloud.

Though it was an exciting thing to watch such matches, this might also be the end of the dreams for a few of these competitors.

After all, fighting during the last stages of the competition would give them enough chances to draw the attention of a sect, even if they lost in the first few fights!

"Hmm, look at that! The fight list is out!"

Someone from the huge crowd exclaimed.
