The Records Of Nathaniel Caldwell

After we were done formulating a plan and I made sure to find a sharp rock to hide above my heart I calmly awaited their arrival 'The throbbing in my head is getting stronger does it have something to do with this body that's clearly not my own or does it have to do with that G-f- thing... wait why can't I remember it's full name I clearly remember it but it's like something is blocking me from actively thinking it's name.

Though this is a bit concerning it's not that hard to decipher its name after all it is the reason i'm here in the first place' After continues tries and putting every letter he could think of in that middle part he ended it with U as it seemed to fit most their though doing this did make his head throb even more Nathaniel didn't care as in his mind.

He has died once before and came back what's stopping him from coming back a third time 'From what I know words like this one usually end with the same letter that came before it so the name of that thing is Guff-' Searing pain immediately impacted Nathaniel's brain as he nearly collapsed to the ground as different kinds of knowledge poured into his mind.

''Wh-'' 'Why is this so painful if this is knowledge I already had or that this body already had at most I should be feeling a ton of deja vu as I recall all of this like childhood memories but this is different it seems like someone just roughly shoved a bunch of know how into my brain and decided to think about it later fuck that dude it feels like my brain is bursting'

Nathaniel's knees nearly buckled as he tried to keep steady while he kept whispering Guff to see if that would do anything and right after he did so him and the probably woman with a hard to pronounce name had shackles around them appear from thin air yet 'Why does it feel like these things were always here and who put these on me was it after I first woke up then passed out or some other time?'

Gwenddydd of course noticed their shackles but they didn't panic instead they seemed more interested in how it worked as she started fiddling with it Nathaniel whose eyes were now open quickly grabbed their hand while saying ''If you do that we might explode, get poison, shocked to death and or something I cannot think of right now so please do not do so after all you only have one life''

With a brief ferrow of their eyebrows they nodded their head and to that Nathaniel withdrew his hand as both of them started waiting for the people arrival but after a while Nathaniel broke the silence with some small talk ''So how were you able to hide from my vision?'' Gwenddydd thought for a brief moment before saying ''My creator designed me to be able to refract light so I could monitor the Nexis Mutants more effectively''

Gwenddydd response made Nathaniel briefly nod his head in acknowledgement before stopping and asking ''Creator is a weird way to say parents you know I mean it's not like your a robot'' After Nathaniel said such Gwenddydd responded by saying ''I indeed am a so called robot specifically I am Model #0001 Gwenddydd Mutation management unit prototype OG = Original my neural network is based on seraphim the first human to maintain sanity after mutation and the first to mutate'' 

After their very long response Nathaniel thought for a brief moment before asking ''If that's the case do you recognize the place we are in or like have any idea why we are here since your a robot'' I assume you didn't pass out or get knocked out?'' After a very brief pause after opening their mouth to responded Gwenddydd nodded to that and answered ''We were most likely taken in by the white doves also known as the anomaly containment unit and brought to the artificial continent also known as the Districts that is secretly used as a testing ground to see the effect of certain things on humans.

Before releasing it to the border public in a more tame and subdued fashion or just not at all however some do see this place as a prison as any genius who tries to shake to natural order or become a god is thrown down here and as a punishment is forced to stay down here by the ''chains'' that bind them since they weren't shackled.

However I could very well be wrong and this is another place all together but judging by the artificial sun it very well might be'' After possessing what Gwenddydd said to him Nathaniel started coming up with a few plans from this while wondering if what she said was really true that means a form of '''gods''' do exist here their just not all powerful as if they were no one would dare defy them or have the ability to become a god themself.

''Could you perchance speak the most common language you are aware of?'' After thinking for a little while they opened their mouth and said ''RENsj355--?~|'' With a sigh and thinking that of course he wouldn't be able to understand what she just said he noticed his nose bleeding before he passed out as every memory this body's owner has ever had crashed into his mind.

District 7 | 12:21pm

Nathaniel shot up with a startle as he looked around himself wondering where he was ''Where am I and where is Gwenddydd?'' Not even noticing the fact he was no longer speaking is mother tongue English Nathaniel started observing his surroundings before he quite quickly locked onto a sleeping figure in the corner of the room.

After a brief moment of hesitation Nathaniel got up as he started shaking her shoulder with his left hand as he asked in the most gentle voice he could muster ''Mam could you please wake up and tell me where I currently am?'' and after doing that about 5 times the girl woke up while sleeping saying ''We are in District 7 in the underground laboratory of NexGen i'm still sleepy wake me up when we are called for lunch''

To that Nathaniel sighed before throwing the girl on the bed and stealing their corner that they were sleeping while checking out if he could find anything and finding nothing he merely slumped to the ground while wondering 'Should I have been better to Howard?' But soon after he stopped thinking about that as he said ''At least I got a somewhat warm welcome To District 7 it could have been worse''
